那练村有不少丢荒地，村民对原先种植的速生桉意见很大，如何变废为宝?黄军河与扶贫工作队员

村干商议后，决定将这些丢荒地和速生桉林地共110多亩通过承包流转土地的形式进行经营，按“双高”基地建设要求种植甘蔗，预计能实现甘蔗年产量600吨，为村集体经济创收7万元。

第三步，连接词的运用，使文章连贯、流畅。我把这些词分为8类，叫做“畅词”，往往学生由于中西方语言的差异，会忽视这一点，所以在授课中会通过大量的练习巩固和加强学生的印象。而且不仅要写，还写出高水平的畅词，因为高考是选拔性考试，要做到“人无我有,人有我优”。比如，“首先”这个表示次序的畅词，一般同学一定想到的是firstly 或者first of all。可是我建议学生启用to begin with, 或者initially (这个是建议水平较好的启用)。“然而”，绝大部分启用but, however，我建议学生采用on the contrary 或者oppositely。

反转又反转，终究巨星陨落，杂交水稻之父，那个让中国不再惧怕饥饿的袁隆平爷爷终究还是离开我们了，多希望这依旧是一条假新闻，多希望再辟谣一次。

“我有两个梦，一个是禾下乘凉梦，我梦见水稻长得有高粱那么高，穗子像扫把那么大，颗粒像花生那么大，而我则和助手坐在稻穗下面乘凉。第二个梦是杂交水稻覆盖全球梦，可以增产一亿五千万吨粮食！”袁隆平是我国研究与发展杂交水稻的开创者，也是世界上第一个成功利用水稻来种优势的科学家，被誉为“杂交水稻之父”，袁隆平院士在获得共和国勋章时曾说：“我不能躺在功劳薄上睡大觉，应该继续努力！”这样伟大的科学探求精神多么宝贵，虽已获得共和国勋章，但已高龄的袁老却说要继续努力。

火神山、小汤山医院的总设计师黄锡璆，79岁手写战书抗“疫情”。从设计到交付，前后不过十天，可容纳一千多张病床的火神山医院就这样在武汉拔地而起，让中国又创造了一大奇迹。三天后，规模更大的雷神山医院也正式完工。背后是一万多个无名英雄的默默付出，十天十夜，分秒不停。这，不是奇迹，而是中国速度。

为了防止疫情的扩散，武汉不得已封城，全国各地纷纷进行防疫管控，防止新冠病毒传染。这次疫情，还涌现了各行各业的平凡英雄：坚守岗位的警察叔叔是英雄，自愿加班的工作人员是英雄，各个路口的志愿者是英雄，运送医疗物资的司机是英雄……疫情面前，人人都是英雄。

我的妈妈只是市场监管局的普通一员，大年初一接到通知，到街道上、市场中检查摸排，控制物价。此后，她每天都早出晚归，为抗击疫情尽一份微薄之力。就连我们这些居家学习的学生，也在响应国家号召“宅家为国家做贡献”。

在这次抗击疫情中，我们身边不断涌现出许许多多令人感动的平民英雄。在缙云县平坑口卡点，有这样一位奶奶，她坚持每天给工作人员送早餐，从不间断，她，就是俞爱莲。俞奶奶虽然已经74岁了，但身体依然很硬朗，每天清晨五点多就起床为工作人员准备早餐。做好了，她便把早餐送给工作人员，好让他们吃上热乎的白粥、馒头和小菜。有人问她为什么要送，她说“我只想为他们做点事。”俞奶奶的粥，暖胃，更暖心。

疫情无情人有情。正是一个个坚守岗位的平凡英雄，帮我们筑起了一道道防护墙，让我们有一个安定、幸福的生活环境。我相信，我们万众一心，众志成城，很快就能战胜疫情，春天很快就会来临。
