寒假的一天

而这些交通事故往往都是人为的不遵守交通规则造成的。我在生活中就发现了不少违反交通规则的人。有的为了快速到达公交车站，不走“斑马线”，斜穿马路;有的向刘翔同志学习，不管三七二十一，也不看护栏上的警示语，直接飞跃护栏，汽车从他们身边擦肩而过，十分危险。在公交车上，我发现有的司机开车粗心大意：车还没进站，门先开了;或是门没关，油门已经踩到底了;有的司机和旁边人一边聊一边开车，也不看看满车厢的标语：为了您和他人的安全，请勿与司机闲谈!还有的司机为了赶时间，油门都要踩爆了。左打一把轮右打一把轮，把车弄得和海盗船毫无区别。

看!又一场悲剧!在宽阔的马路上，各式的车辆川流不息。一辆载人的三轮车在“逆流而上”。这时，一辆灰色的“大众”向右拐弯，与三轮车相撞，那辆“三轮”便笔直地飞了出去，车内三个鲜活的生命又一次消失在滚滚车轮下，一阵阵欢声笑语泯灭在刺耳的汽笛声中。

2、在经老师家长同意并有会游泳的成年人陪同的情况下游泳时，还要提醒并注意以下几点：

①游泳前要选择好的游泳场所，对水域情况要了解清楚。在设有“禁止游泳或水深危险”等警告标语的水域，千万不可下水游泳。

②下水前要做好准备工作，先活动身体，头、颈、双肩、双臂、腰腿、手、脚的关节都要活动开;若水温太低应先在浅水处用水淋洗身体，待适应水温后再下水游泳。

③下水时不能豁然跳水或潜泳，更不能互相打闹。不要在急流和漩涡处游泳。 ④如果在游泳中突然觉得身体不舒服(如：眩晕、恶心、胸闷、心慌等)，要立即上岸休息或呼救。

my daily life

Though my daily life is extremely monotonous, I try hard to adapt myself to

it. Why? Because I intend to be a good student. I wish to render service to my

country. I get up at six o’clock every day. after I wash my face and brush my

teeth, I begin to review my lessons. I go to school at seven o’clock. after

school is over, I return home. we usually have supper at seven o’clock.then I

begin to do my homework. I want to finish it before i go to bed.

我的日常生活

虽然我的日常生活十分单调，但我却竭力设法去适应它。为什么?因为我打算做一个好学生，希望将来为国家服务。

我每天六点起床、洗脸刷牙后，就开始复习功课，七点钟我就去上学。

放学后，我就回家了。我们通常在七点钟吃晚餐，之后我就开始做家庭作业，希望在睡觉前把它做完。

我爱中国菜 I Love Chinese Food

Chinese food is famous all around the world. A lot of foreigners speak

highly of the delicious food when they come to this big country. For me， I like

spicy food， so hot pot is my favorite. I can eat what I like and put the food in

the spicy soup. The hotness makes me feel so cool. No matter where I go， Chinese

food is always my favorite.

中国菜闻名全世界，有很多外国人来到这个大国以后都会赞扬美味的食物。对我来说，我喜欢辣的食物，所以火锅是我的最爱。我可以把我喜欢吃的食物放进辣汤里就可以吃到自己喜欢的食物

One way to get around in big cities like Beijing and Shanghai is to take a

taxi, but it’s too expensive. Many people like to go out by subway or light

rail. They are very fast and convenient. Now they are becoming more and more

popular. Buses are cheap, but they are very slow in rush hours.

If you want to see a city well, you can go out by bike. However, most

people prefer to get around in a downtown area on foot, because it’s good for

health.
