想在职场中获得成功的，首先必须认清自我，一定要弄清以下三个问题 :

1.你现在是干什么的?

2.你将来要干什么?

3.你过去是干什么的?

这三个问题不是按时间顺序从过去到现在再到将来，而是从现在到将来再到过去。其奥妙在于：如果你被雇用，雇主选中的是现在的你，他希望利用的是将来的你，而这将来又基于你的历史和现状。

不要写成观后感

写好看片分析文章，关键在于能否准确把握文章的体裁。考生最常犯的毛病，就是审题不当，完全不符合考试要求，体裁不合，把它写成心得体会、观后感了。这样，哪怕文章再有文采，哪怕你"自我感觉良好"，得分也不会高。所以有必要弄清观后感于看片分析有何不同。

首先是文章的体裁不同。观后感、心得体会一类文章基本属于抒情文范畴，抒情色彩浓；二看片分析则是文艺评论，属于议论文范畴，理论色彩浓。前者重

在 感，而后者重在议。前者常有喜怒哀乐的句子，如"看了这部作品后我很感动"、"我很气愤"、"我心潮澎湃"之类；而后者态度比较冷峻，一般用各种议论手 段，夹叙夹议，分析阐述，而不追求情感和"文采"。

其次是作者的身份不同。写观后感时，作者的身份是普通观众；而写看片分析时，作者的身份却变成了"评论员"和"业内人士"，至少应是个"准电视人"即 将来可能进入电视行业的后备队。既然来报考，就应该有一定的准备，有潜在的素质，就应该培养自己的专业素质和职业意识。他们在看电视时，就不能把自己混同 于一个普通观众，而必须多一个心眼，多一番思考：假如我是专家、评委，我该如何评价它？假如我是同行、同事，我该向他学习什么？假如让我来拍摄，我该怎么 做？总之，你必须寻找电视内行人的感觉，逐步培养专业眼光，逐步完成角色的嬗变：观众--准电视人--电视人--专家。

再次是针对的目标不同。观后感针对的是"这件事"，即作品的内容；二看片分析针对的则是"这部片子"，即作品本身。前者回答的问题是：你知道这件事后 有什么感想？这件事给你什么启示？而后者回答的问题是，这部作品该怎么理解？哪些地方比较成功？如《难圆绿色梦》，这部片子讲述一位植树造林模范的事，他 辛勤种树几十年，数却被人砍光了。如果写观后感，应针对这件事，当然表示痛心、谴责。而写看片分析时，则针对这部作品，分析它获奖的原因，成功的经验，应 表示出赞叹、欣赏。这二者的基调是明显不同的。

最后是文章的侧重点不同。观后感重在作品的思想内容，重在教育意义；而看片分析则重在作品的创作经验，包括艺术形式。前者要求紧扣主题，联系实际抒发感受；而后者要求紧扣创作特色，分析其表达效果，分析它的形式是如何为内容服务的。

俗话说，"外行看热闹，内行看门道"。简而言之，所谓看片分析，就是要你以"内行"的眼光，讲出作品的"门道"来。

明确看片分析是议论文这一定位后，接下来就是谋篇布局的问题了。常见的毛病有以下几种。

全文只有一段。有些根本没有段落概念，不会分段，往往想到哪里写到哪里，天马行空，东拉西扯，思维跳跃，胡子眉毛一把抓，这当然不行。

"串讲式"，或曰"赏析式"。它往往从电视片第一个镜头讲起，然后第二个、第三个……一边叙述内容，一边作些评点，还美其名曰"夹叙夹议"。这好比语 文老师串讲课文，念一段，讲一段。这种写法缺乏宏观的锻炼，没有形成小论点，没有上升为理论，没有总结，也不符合要求。它还带来另一个后果，就是叙述太 多，议论太少，往往头重脚轻，开头十分啰嗦，结尾又草草收场。

"杂文式"。这经常发生在擅长写作的同学身上。他们不满足议论文的一般套路，斥之为"条条框框"、"八股文"，很想展示自己的文采，于是把它写成文艺性论文，即杂文。当然不排斥少数尖子可以写出优秀的杂文来，但在考试时一般不要用。

书信要用黑毛笔、或蓝色水笔、圆珠笔、钢笔写。不能用铅笔，以防模糊不清。也不能用红笔写，这会让对方以为是绝交信。信纸要用专门信纸或稿纸。

（1）称呼、问候用语及信中语气、措词要符合写信人的身份。

（2）要考虑收信人的文化水平及经历，使收信人看得懂信。

（3）要抓住重点，力求写得充实、圆满、简短。

首先，要写得清楚明白，使对方一看就懂。写信是单方面谈话，不像当面拉家常那样，对方听不懂时，还可以解释说明，直至弄懂为止。因此，写信时，要告诉对方什么事情，要求对方办什么事情，或者回答对方什么问题，都要写得清楚明白，一目了然。要做到这一点，其实并不难。这就是：仍照日常说话一样，话怎么说，信就怎么写，朴实无华，本色本香。如果装模作样，堆炮辞藻，反而会显得不亲切，不诚恳，影响双方感情的交流；甚或因咬文嚼字，弄巧成拙，闹出笑话。

其次，要写得简洁利索，使对方一看就能抓住要领。本来么，书信的目的是最为明确的，或是相互问好，或是交流思想，或是传递信息，或是研讨问题，或是有事相托，等等。写信时，若不兜圈子，不说车轱辘话，而是开门见山，直抒胸臆，自然就会收到句无虚发，经济明快的效果。而且这种书信，自己写起来，一定是得心应手；对方一看也准能心领神会。如果信的内容，涉及面广，谈的问题也较多，像交流思想、研讨问题等，那么就要和写文章一样，动笔之前，要想好先写什么，后写什么，并做出通篇的安排与布局，切不可语无伦次，信笔写来。

补填志愿、调剂录取时，由于他填写的联系电话号码少了一位数，根本联系不上他本人，通知其所在学校，也因其外出旅游寻觅无果，错失了补填志愿、调剂录取的良机。所以，填报表的一些细节不可忽视，一个小小的电话号码也可在关键时候引发不可想象的后果。

2、受限专业记分明

在录取场上，考生因身体受限而被院校退档的事例每年都有发生。填报志愿时一定要看清该专业是否与自身身体状况相符。

3、体检结论看仔细

考生在体检后，一定要仔细核对一下各个数据，对有异常的数据要仔细核查，切不可大意。

4、“熟人”谎言切莫信

每年高考录取期间一些不法“招生串串”，总是挖空心思，使出各种伎俩，诈骗考生及家长的钱财。家长一定不要轻信“招生串串”。

5、慎重对待定向生

按照相关规定，定向就业招生应该和非定向招生同时进行投档录取。高等学校定向就业招生计划在该校招生调档分数线以上不能完成的，可以视情况在调档线以下20分以内、同批录取控制分数线以上，由省级招办补充投档并由学校按照分数高低择优录取。近几年来，执行定向招生计划的常是一些重点大学、名牌大学，对有着“名校情结”和一心要上重点大学的考生而言，选择定向生也是个不错的选择，但省招办有关人士提醒考生，一定要慎重考虑“就业的限制”。

6、收费标准要知晓

考生不能光图填写院校和专业名称就简单了事，事先一定要了解清楚学校的收费情况，再根据自身家庭的经济条件填报志愿。

7、信息代码切忌错

信息代码至关重要，各个批次的志愿要准确填写，学校代码和专业代码的填写均要准确而规范，填写后同学之间最好相互检查，或请家长检查。

I was born in a small village of Shan Dong Province on April 4th, 1968. When I was young, my family was very poor, so I had to work to earn money to help my parents after class when I was in the middle school.

In 1986 I was admitted by University of International Business and Economics (or: UIBE) to pursue a bachelor degree in Economics. My major is accounting in Department of International Business Management. The undergraduate education gave me a wide range of vision and taught me how to cooperate with others. I developed several professional interests in Accounting, Finance, and International Trade.

The following eight-year working experience offered me a good chance to give full play to my creativity, intelligence and diligence. In 1990-1993, I worked as an assistant to funding manager in China National Technical Import and Export Corporation. In 1993-present, I was employed by China Kingdom Import and Export Corporation to be the Manger of Financial and Accounting Division.

MY PERSONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT: After graduating from UIBE, I was employed as the assistant to the funding manager by China National Technical Import and Export Corporation. After reading a lot of related files, and analyzing the overall funding situation of the corporation, I found that the loan policy was not been put into effect. So we have thousands of millions RMB loan with very high interest rate while a large amount of cash in bank with very low interest rate was idle. I reported this to my supervisor, and then we studied and revised the loan policy. This revision saved the corporation approximately RMB thirty millions yuan. In order to raise the funding effectiveness, after one year’s hard work, I developed the internal banking system within the corporation based on the actual funding supply and need of the different divisions and projects. This internal banking system made full use of the corporation’ funding resources, and due to this, I was highly praised by the president of the corporation.

WHY CHOOSE YOUR MBA PROGRAM? After I have worked in business area for eight years, I feel that I need to continue my education by pursuing a Master degree in business administration. I have practiced my professional expertise in accounting, demonstrated my leadership abilities and perfected my communication skills. But I have yet to become an entrepreneur in my own right, and to fully master the art of modern business. I want to be trained more vigorously in scientific methods of analysis and synthesis. There are a lot of opportunities and challenges in China that I do not yet fell fully confident to seize. The Moon Festival or Mid -autumn Festival is one of the three major traditional festivals celebrated by Chinese people. Like harvest time in other countries, the Mid-autumn Festival actually began as a

thanksgiving celebration, honoring the Soil God and the Crop God. This is also a time for family reunions. Chinese people enjoy moon cakes during this feast just as they eat rice dumplings for the Dragon Boat Festival. On that day people usually go back home to have family reunion. Each family will have the members get together to have a big dinner. The most popular food is moon cakes. They are round and look like the moon.

The moon is the brightest this night. People ate the delicious food while they were enjoying a beautiful full moon in their yard. At this time, some old people would like to tell many past events and tell the children a story about the rabbit. The children really believed that there was a rabbit on the moon. They wanted to go to the moon and have a look one day.
