病的第二天，爸爸叫我去跑步，去增强体质。我实在没力气，只跑了两圈就气喘吁吁，爸爸大吼：“快跑啊，坚持，不想生病就快跑！”我无奈地站起来，像一堆雪一样，软不拉塌，我汗流浃背，咬牙切齿，像在度过生命的最难关，我跑着跑着，就跑了三圈，我体力透支了。回到家，爸爸告诉我，要坚持运动，运动有益增长抵抗力，不会生病，我点了点头。

后来，我爱上了运动，并且每天坚持锻炼一小时，就再也没生病。运动对人有很大的好处，能改善心血管系统，少年期就不容易得心脏病，就能幸福生活一辈子。

我国有许多传统节日，比如元宵节，重阳节，端午节。但最盛大隆重的节日莫过于春节了。
