今天我们进行了国学小达人的比赛，我们班应一平去参加了。

在大屏幕里，我看到了总共有五组，每组大约有4人，他们个个摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试，一看他们这姿态，便知道他们都是满腹经纶的大才子，肯定做好了充分的准备来参加这次比赛。

第一轮转眼就开始了，一开始，其他组都很活跃，而第五组的应一平却毫无反应，我们紧张得为他捏了一把汗，心里默默地祈祷他早点进入角色，老天爷似乎听到了我们的心声，老师突然提问：“‘我劝天公重抖擞’，请5号台回答下一句。”只见应一平胸有成竹地站起来说：“下面一句是‘不拘一格降人才’。”“答对了，加10分。”“耶!”我们班一起高呼，刚才为之紧张的气氛随着一声高呼烟消云散了。

第二轮乘风破浪接着开始了，我们一直愤愤不平，为什么呢?因为第二组一直能抢到答题的机会，且每次都答对，分数也随之一路上升。而应一平的第五组已经好久没被叫到了，刘家铭鼓着腮帮子，气呼呼地说：“我真恨不得到现场去按100下!凭啥第二组能按到这么多?”我仔细瞧了瞧他们两组，还真让我发现了一个秘密：原来第二组的“按铃手”把手放得很低，远远看去，他的手就搭在按铃上了，三二一后，他只要稍一用力就按到了，而我们恰恰相反，我们是从高的地方按下去，虽相差不多，便早已被第二组抢去了。

比赛到了白热化，不知不觉中，第三轮——“华山论剑”开始了。我们班的应一平似乎开启了他的大脑“主机”，老师说一个问题他就会以闪电般的速度按下去，并以正确的答案回答问题。因此我们组的成绩哗哗升高，看着这一路上升的分数，把我们刚才的郁结情绪都被抛到九霄云外去了。

比赛终于在一阵又一阵的掌声中结束了，而我们还意犹末尽，沉浸在比赛里，久久不能平静……

寒假的一天

It was a very busy evening, I was doing my homework at my home. My father

was writing a composition in the study room. My mother was interested in

Shanghai opera. She was watching a Shanghai opera contest. The apartment was

very quiet. Suddenly the light went out. It was a blackout, but I liked it very

much. It came and I didnt have to do my homework. We went to the living room

very slowly.

After 5 minutes, we all sat in the sofa. It was a lucky, fortunate day. I

said that lets held a concert. My parents agreed with me. I took out some

candles and lighted up. We were singing, laughing and talking. We had a really

good time. But while I was singing, the light suddenly turned on. Oh, my God. My

father went back to his room went on writing.

My mother turned on the TV and said to me “Dear, do your homework!” I felt

very frustrated. I sat at the desk and thought I hated light. I hoped there

would be a blackout the ne_t day. I thought I would enjoy myself more and more.

I went into a dream.

回到家我看了新闻，看到了人民英雄纪念碑，碑上写着：“三年以来在人民解放战争和人民革命中牺牲的人民英雄们永垂不朽!三十年以来在人民解放战争和人民革命中牺牲的人民英雄们永垂不朽!由此上溯到一千八百四十年从那时起为了反对内外敌人争取民族独立和人民自由幸福在历次斗争中牺牲的人民英雄们永垂不朽!”

此碑文中的“三年以来”是指解放战争;“三十年以来”是指自1919年五四运动起的新民主主义革命斗争到1949年新中国建国;而1840年则是中国受侵略的开始，1840年中英战争，中国从此弥漫着滚滚硝烟，成为了半殖民地半封建国家。这三个时间段中，都有中国爱国志士的不屈抗争，我为中国英雄们自豪!

Since I was very small, I was very shy in the public place, so I always

avoided giving performance in front of so many people. Though I tried hard to

get over it in school, I still felt uneasy in the public place. When I came to

the job market, I realized that I must get over my fear, or I would lose my

stage.

I still remembered the horrible experience for my first interview. Early in

the morning, I got a called that I was given a chance to the job interview. I

felt so excited. When I came to the company, I found there were other six young

people competed with me, then I started to feel nervous. The employers asked us

to sit in the round table and introduced ourselves one by one. When it was my

turn, I lowed down my head and spoke in low voice. Then the employers continued

to let us give speeches in the stage. I lose confidence and made the horrible

performance.

This interview taught me a lesson that I must get over my fear, or I will

lose chances. So I practise hard and dare to stand in the stage.

4月1日，我们****区实验小学1、2、3年级开展了社会实践活动，地点是南京市红山动物园，一大早我们就出发了！

我们乘坐大巴车到了红山动物园，刚一进门，我们就看到了一棵大树，树上站着一只大鹦鹉，那只鹦鹉是红色的，尾巴很长，自由地飞来飞去。

接着，我们看到了亚洲象，他们的头上长了两个小瘤，耳朵比非洲象小很多，身材也没有非洲象高大，牙齿都被锯断了，看起来很可怜。

我们还看到了蜥蜴、扬子鳄、黄金蟒….各种各样的两栖爬行动物。长颈鹿、斑马、狒狒、河马等动物。

吃完午饭，我们又继续前行，看到了猴子还找到了猴王。区分猴王很简单，只要一直翘着尾巴，站在高处，投喂食物时第一个挑选自己喜欢吃的东西的那只猴子，就是猴王。

我们还看到了白孔雀，东北虎和鹦鹉。然后坐大巴车回学校了。

今天的活动让我觉得人类这样做太残忍了，我们为了开拓自己的眼界，锯掉大象的牙齿，用臭水塘养河马，把蛇、蜥蜴、鳄鱼用玻璃罩罩起来，这是一件多么残忍的事啊！我们可以去动物的家，为什么要摧残可爱的小动物们！所有的动物都是在一些迫不得己的时候才伤害人类的，而人类为什么要无缘无故的伤害动物们？我们可以到野外去看动物，这样根本不用伤害动物。地球不仅仅是我们人类的家，他是属于所有存在在地球上的万物的，使我们共同的。只要少一样就不完美、不美好、不完整！爱护地球上的万物吧，人类！

[实践活动的感想作文

拔河比赛马上就要开始了!在场的人个个都笑开了花，眼神中流露出对这场比赛的期待。周围的大树摆着它们绿色的手掌，太阳已升上高空，好像在加油打劲。

地上放着一条粗粗的长长的绳子，粗糙无比，像一条巨长的蟒蛇，谁看了它都要不禁打个寒颤。

已经快开始了，只见每个班的选手们都昂首挺胸，自信满满的来到场上，双方面向对手，排成一列，拿起地上的绳子。他们的眼睛怒视着对方，好像要把对方的气势压下去。

只听一声"呯"这震天的哨声刺激了下选手的意识，突然猛地往后拉。双方选手们都把身子往后倾，双脚微微叉开，使身子更加稳定。忽见一个小男孩让我眼前一亮，只见他双眼紧闭，头上出现了七条线，和一个大于号和一个小于号，他满脸涨得通红，肥嘟嘟的小脸挤成一团，牙齿狠狠地咬着自己的嘴唇，好像在用痛提醒自己不能松懈，他的脚仿佛已在地上扎了根丝毫没有乱动，双手已被这粗糙的大绳磨得通红，汗水如同从花上留下的晨露。

有一队伍好像有点累了，手中的绳子不听使唤的朝另一个方向跑，使他们的脚开始离开地面，变得混乱，有的同学身子往前倒，是前面的同学往前差点摔了跤。就是现在，对手一使劲，喊着"一，二，三。″"一，二，三″的口号，把绳子拉入自己这里，绳子中间的红点一个劲的往这边跑，另一队的希望好像已经从自己手中脱离，目光已变得暗沉起来。最终是那队赢了。场上一片欢呼，有的还激动地跳了起来，好像一阵海的波浪。

虽然那队输了，但是笑的很灿烂。我明白了，只要齐心协力，用尽全力一定可以成功。

今天，我和妈妈一起去白鹤殿口村玩，那里还有我们一（5）班的二十个同学。我们要一起参加一（5）班的暑期实践活动。

我们到了白鹤殿口村的文化礼堂，换了一身衣服，戴上帽子就出发了。衣服和帽子上都有我们一（5）班暖阳中队的标志。我们先是去捡垃圾。我看了看地面，咦，怎么一点垃圾都没有呢？我又仔细找了找，我只找到了一根烟头而已。我们捡了好一会儿却没有捡到多少垃圾，我想：看来汤溪和白鹤殿口村比起来还是白鹤殿口村干净。

我们第二个项目是去水上乐园。水上乐园好玩极了，就是一不小心就会掉进水里。不用担心，我们都穿着救生衣，不会有危险。我们担心的是掉进水里后爬不爬得上来。我好几次掉到水里就爬不上来了，幸好有一位爷爷在那里负责照顾我们。这下爷爷可忙坏了，这边刚把一个小孩抱上来，那边一个小孩又掉水里了。那边抱上来，这边又有人在喊救命……那位爷爷忙得不可开交。刘柯毅的爸爸也来帮忙了，不过他们还是没有轻松多少。我经过好几次的落水终于等到了成功，我爬上了水上乐园的最顶端。啊！成功的感觉真好。

我们第三个项目是坐卡丁车。我先自己开一辆小的电瓶卡丁车，开完三圈之后妈妈又让我跟刘柯毅的爸爸一起开大卡丁车。刘柯毅爸爸开得那叫一个快呦，我下车的时候总觉得小心脏已经跳到嗓子眼儿了，怎么咽也咽不下去了。

晚上，我和几个女同学一起睡在帐篷里。

这一天我们玩得开心极了。

A Happy Day

尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们：

大家好！今天我给大家讲述一下关于劳技实践活动课的感受。

昨天，细雨绵绵。可是雨水冲不淡我们全体同学心中的激动之情。在“野外生存”这个小组的同学更是如此。一想到自己能在外面体验一番，我们就个个激动万分。

上午，老师给我们讲了一些荒野求生的知识。随后，让我们复习一遍系绳结。大家都心领神会：下午的体验一定与系绳子有很大关系到吧！于是，我们听得更认真了。大家的神情，好像要一口吞掉老师，不不不，是老师讲得每一字每一句呢！

认真听讲是体验的基本。可是，同学们如果只用这一个秘诀，那是远远不够的。

转眼间，来到了体验的时候。体验的内容是比赛做担架。担架需要十分牢固，除此之外，速度也是一个很重要的考核标准。一听到这两点，我们队立刻有了明确的分工。老师一声“计时开始”的令下，大家就赶紧行动起来。我们先把两根竹竿排好，然后让陈宇涵和其他班的一个男生轮流给绳子打结。我和陈子欣把一个个的结套进了竹竿里。当我们把绳子用完，绳结套完时，只见一堆乱麻蜷缩在竿子的一端，好不扫兴。有人建议我们重来一次，可那样速度肯定会慢很多。这时，我发现绳结和绳子都是可以移动的，如果把它们移到合适的位置，不就能成为一个牢固的担架么！

在最后的比赛中，我们捧回了速度和牢固度两个第一名。老师让我们上台说说自己的秘诀。我说：“其实，秘诀有三点。第一是认真听讲。认真听讲好比是坚实的地基，不听讲，连基本的原理都无法掌握。第二是团结合作。团结就是力量，若不团结，整个集体就是一盘散沙。第三是不放弃的精神。如果在途中灰心了、放弃了，那担架还能完成吗？

今天的劳技实践活动，不仅让我学到了“野外生存”的一些基本知识，更让我懂得了在团队活动中合作和坚持的重要性，收获很大。我把这些收获分享给大家，希望我们在今后的学习和生活中保持这样的精神，共同进步。我的发言就到这里，谢谢大家！

（一）第一阶段：宣传发动阶段

2、召开文明礼仪教育实践活动启动仪式，全面宣传启动。（文明礼仪倡议书、举行“与不文明行为告别”宣誓签名活动。）

3、利用国旗下讲话、校园广播、板报等教育阵地，向全体师生解读活动的目的、意义、背景以及活动方案等。

4、各班召开“讲文明、懂礼仪”的主题班会。

（二）第二阶段：实施发展阶段

1、开展“眼睛看陋习----我身边的不文明行为”调查活动，由学生自行设计活动调查表，确定调查对象，选择自己身边的亲人、朋友、同学为调查对象，调查结束后，对调查的结果进行收集、整理，并对调查结果进行分析，撰写调查报告。

3、改正自身一个不文明习惯；劝导班内同学纠正一个不文明习惯。

4、并要求全校学生每人写一篇感想文章，对优秀的作文进行汇编；

5、组织“讲文明，讲礼仪”的手抄报比赛；

6、组织部分学生成立校园文明督导队，利用课余时间进行检查，及时纠正学生的不文明行

7、“我的宿舍我做主”宿舍内务规范整理大赛。

8、开展文明礼仪进社区实践活动，到街道、社区等开展环境大扫除活动和“人人争做文明人”为主题的义务宣传活动。

（三）第三阶段总结、表彰阶段

1、开展“文明礼仪之星”评选活动。以班级为单位，参照学校制定的评选标准，先选出符合条件的学生，再由班级同学进行投票，最后根据票数的多少，每班各选出五名“文明礼仪之星”。

一、指导思想

3、开展“感恩父母”亲情体验活动。

以“感恩父母”为主题的书信比赛，通过书信、贺卡表达对父母的感激之情；以“爸爸妈妈，我想对您说 ”为主题的演讲比赛；“亲情交流”团体辅导和班会活动；布置“家庭实践”，包括：（1）开展“亲情调查”，了解父母的工作、生日、兴趣、烦恼等，提交“亲情调查表”。（2）进行“亲子对话”，与父母深入地谈心，交流思想感情，倾听父母的教诲，对父母说一句体贴感激的话。

4、开展“红十字志愿者”活动。

1）． 走进村镇街道，参与社区清洁卫生、环境保护、植绿护绿、公益宣传，做“社区小义工”。

2）．开展“文明出行行动”活动。让学生遵守交通规则，过马路走人行道，上下学自觉排路队，同时对行人乱穿公路等不文明行为进行劝导。

3）．开展“保护环境，回收废纸”活动，所得的钱款用以资助灾区同胞。养成关爱他人、乐于助人的品德。

四、活动要求

1、按照简单易行、切实有效、就近方便、力所能及的原则，努力达到教育效果。

3、与学生的日常学习、生活结合起来，把常规管理和德育活动结合在一起。

4、发挥学生自我教育功能，在家庭、学校、社会开展广泛的实践活动。

今天上午，牛老师利用第一节课的时间，组织我们到操场上去活动，因为这次活动是在雪地里，而且这场雪是新一年的第一场雪，所以同学们听了这个消息，异常兴奋。

我们来到操场上，我看到操场上白茫茫一片，雪很厚很白，有很多别的班的同学早就在快乐的玩弄着这柳絮一般的白雪了。看到同学们玩得那么开心，我也不由得伸出手碰了碰雪。“哎呀!好凉!”我在心里喊着。虽然凉，但我心里很想玩。于是我决定用雪堆一个雪人，我用手一把一把地抓起雪，把它们堆在一起，用手把它们团成一个不是很圆的球，身体就这样做好了。下一步应该做头了，我有团了一个球，想把这个球堆在雪人的身体上，好让它们连在一起，成为一个完整的雪人。可是我刚把头放上去，雪人的身体就塌了。“没办法，重新来吧。”我无奈地说。我又重新认真做了起来。

一节课过去了，我虽然没做出一个完美的雪人，但是我玩得很开心，很快乐。我要感谢这“迟到”的雪。

our campus.It is seven storeys high.With its bright,spacious reading rooms and

我们到了那里，我看到许许多多的小朋友在看动画片呢。这是，老师来了，给我们唱起来生日歌，我们非常开心。接着老师让我们做一个游戏。老师说：‘’让一个女生，一个男生上去。2人把双手高高举起，然后剩下的同学 手拉手在一起钻山洞，谁被捉住了就要换人。“游戏开始了，我们就都跑了起来。老师说：”STOP。“我被捉住了，我换人了，我后面的杨飞翼也被捉住了。

下面老师给我们发了一顶小帽子，小洋烛灯，还拿来三层的蛋糕，老师让我们手拉手，许一个心愿。开始吃蛋糕了，我们非常兴奋，坐在我旁边的小朋友吃的满脸都是。笑的我们乐开了嘴。

要是下次还能来参加生日会，那该多好呀！

狗dogs

Nowadays many people like to have dogs as their pets. Dogs are friends of man not only because they are lovely but also because they are faithful to their masters.

Dogs can do a lot of work for man. They play with us. They hunt with us. They keep door for us. But long ago, dogs all over the world were wild.

Dogs can date back to the Stone Age. All dogs have the same ancestor. It is believed that their ancestor was much like a wolf. Other animals, such as the fox, came from this ancestor, too. 最后一步就是煮粽子，烧火的外公总是把火候把握的很好，味道很香、很浓，如果在第一时间内吃粽子，你看到的肉粽子总是嫩地流油，看到的蜜枣粽子总是金黄柔嫩;看到的八宝粽子总是很可口，我们可爱吃了。
