早上我起了床，一阵阵香气直往我鼻子里钻。我贪婪地用力闻着，大声地喊着：“哇，好香呀!”

锅里煮的是什么呢?原来是我最爱吃的肉饺子。“啊呜，啊呜……”我也顾不上烫，一口一个。呼出一股股热气，太好吃了，不，是太太太好吃了。

中午我回到家，元宵已经摆到了桌子，上有粉的，有黄的，有红的，有绿的……元宵的馅更是丰富多彩，有巧克力的，草莓的，苹果的……啊!“哧溜，哧溜，哧溜”一碗下肚，再来一碗，最后再来一碗。三下五除二，一锅元宵被我们一家五口吃个精光。舔舔嘴唇，真是回味无穷!

“嗝……嗝”不知是谁打了几个饱嗝。“哈哈哈哈……”家里回荡着不息的欢笑声。

元宵节是中国传统节日，在这一天家家阖家欢乐，所以，这一天谁也不会感到孤独，家人在一起团团圆圆，吃着团圆饭。多么美好。

今早上完肚皮舞课程，下午就要表演了；原本自信满满，难掩兴奋之情，但没想到中午回家倒头就睡，这一睡就睡到快四点。五点半就要表演了，我们连化妆的时间都不够！

抵达现场时已逼近表演时间，上台才忽然发现眼影没画、假睫毛没戴，更令我难过的是妹妹竟还未出场！舞跳到一半，才见她匆匆上来，我想观众们肯定会质疑她的行为吧。不过这时我心中的大石头总算放下了。

后来才知道妹妹临到出场时才去化妆室换舞衣，且排队许久，而导致严重迟到，肚皮舞老师应该会对我们留下不好的印象。唉。。。这是我第一次准备不周就表演了。

晚上参观中原大学的“生命科学周”，虽然我们一样十分投入活动，但心情却与下午截然不同：原本期望不高，但“一发不可收拾”，我们待到快九点才依依不舍的离开。

不仅导游的大姐姐讲述得十分精彩，我们还参加了许多新奇又有趣的相关活动，例如：抱小鸡。毛茸茸的小鸡们十分可爱、逗趣，可惜家里没有院子，不然我们一定会带一只回家！而“蛋壳画DIY”是我第一次尝试用上过色的碎蛋壳 拼贴成一幅画呢！

除此之外，我们也带回了一些纪念品。其中一瓶“组织培养”的植物－“彩虹草”让我爱不释手；“书签笔”上头画着可爱的图案，这种笔兼具实用性及欣赏价值，又有主题特色，当然要买几支用看看。

同样是投入两项活动，但却有不同的结果－一则以喜、一则以忧，让假日增添了一些不一样的色彩。

我们吃完蛋糕，“恶搞活动”开始！可依从披萨上夹一块芝士，放在陈诺头上。把陈诺头发拉起来，可依的“陈诺号芝士头发”诞生了！安娜笑着说：“芝士头还可以拉丝！太好玩啦！”

接着，我们与大人们说要下去，跑到迪卡侬了。我神秘地跟柔、若陵说：“在里面找一个大帐蓬，一个人在里面看着，另外两个人去找道具。扔在陈诺身上，把他追着无路可逃！”等安娜、若陵去追陈诺的时候，我呆在帐蓬里，看见她们走回来，我又开口：“你去拿一个飞盘，等待陈诺到来，若陵，你负责看查陈诺的情况，等他来了马上去追！”

“是！”他们异口同声，马上离开。我离开帐篷，在陈诺没清单的时候，跟他说：“你要去哪？”他回一句：“随便。”我偷偷把他引到了更衣室。”柔伊往里面扔飞盘，陈诺把飞盘扔回来，我也把飞盘推进去，他正想飞盘推进来的时候，我把门一开，柔伊、若陵一窝蜂似地追陈诺。陈诺跑啊跑，可是我们越追越快。最后，陈诺被我们逮住了。他气喘吁吁地说：“好了好了，算我输，你们赢了。”我们拍手叫好，还在他的头上摆兔子耳朵。

这次恶搞活动，把陈诺整的不成样子，真令我难忘……我太喜欢恶搞活动了！

“耶！今天我可以大显身手了”。“哈哈哈”。什么事，让大家这么开心？哈哈，我们要走出教室，乘车去七都参加综合实践活动了！

车上的同学们一个个脸上洋溢着喜悦的神情，叽叽喳喳地说个不停。看着车外那绿绿的大树，宽宽的马路上车来车往，我真想快点到达目的地。

到了那里，逃生墙后就是今天的重头戏——自己动手做菜吃。准备好一切食材后我们开始烧火。大家先把细木材放进灶台里面，然后把它们稍微架起来，底部留一点余地。接着用打火机点燃固体酒精放在刚刚架好木材下边。火苗刚开始很小，有同学就拿出一个纸板在旁边轻轻地扇，还有同学鼓着嘴朝里吹气。结果那烟呛的他直咳嗽，连眼泪都流出来了。经过一番折腾，我们见火烧起来了都欢呼雀跃起来了。只见烧火的那个同学脸红彤彤的，汗在额头上只往下流。

大家开始一个接一个地烧着自己拿手的菜。我们这组的厨神应该要算小张了。起先热锅烧油时小张怕被油溅到躲得远远的，只有右手直伸过去炒菜。好在后来他就不害怕了，站在锅面前左手扶着锅柄，右手拿着铁铲，有模有样地炒得很有劲，就连放调料的动作都那么娴熟，有条不紊地洒着盐啊，味精，酱油什么的。我站在一旁不一会儿都闻到他炒得食物散发的香味，那香味香得我口水都流下来了。真可以说是香飘十里，其他同学也都被引过来，我们都连连称赞他炒得非常好。这盘色香味俱全的菜一上来就被大家饿狼扑食似的一扫而空。

吃完了饭，我们又去做了木工。我做了一个木制的翘翘板，可有趣了。

这次七都实践活动太棒了！这次活动不仅增进了同学间的友谊，也让我明白了团结力量大，自己动手才能吃到最好的美食。

我们小分队活动的第三天了，这几天跟队员相处得都挺融洽的，大家一齐讨论，一齐出去实践，()一齐发问卷，一齐吃饭，一齐总结，过得挺充实的，这也是活动给予我的很大收获。大家都很用心对待每一个任务，热心帮忙队友，大家都蛮热情的，所以在这个团队还蛮开心的。大家都充分发挥了团队精神，分工合作，提高效率。

上午在办公室讨论完后，下午我们就分头行动，一小队去宝马4s店采访，其他人分组去问卷调查，大家都用心出发了。我跟队友去了西城广场进行问卷调查，虽然之前都在发问卷，但我们还是很认真地对待每一次任务。过去西城，由于下午天气比较热，在那的人也不是很多，而商场又有保安，不方便去，我们只好向路人发问卷了，大部分人都急着赶路，加上太阳正猛，大家也都不愿逗留，但是还是有部分热心配合的群众，认真完成我们的问卷，有些还表示我们的问卷让他们对新能源汽车有了些了解，更有的还向我们提出了宝贵的推荐，所以我们也蛮欣慰的，即使炎热的天气也不能消磨我们的意志。在队友的配合下，我们也完成了大部分问卷。是啊，一个团队，最重要的当然要数团结，只要大家齐心协力，这个团队就会成为很出色的团队，我们要好好发挥我们的团队精神，更好地完成我们的实践活动。

回来的车上还遇到了去宝马4s店采访的小组，他们说这天的采访挺成功的，我们也为他们高兴。随即大家开开心心地回到学校，晚上七点多，我们开了个总结会，将这天的活动做了简要的总结，总的来说，这天小队还是收获颇多。

金风送爽的秋天来到了，肯定要出去游玩一番，好好体验祖国的大好河山。今天，我们吴中区车坊小学的全体师生们去千灯古镇游玩。

走在青石台阶上，周围店铺、人家的门前都挂上大红灯笼，也是一番美景。纵横的河流在古镇中交错，复杂却不突兀，一座座小桥立在水上，一户户人家也是沿着河流居住。远远看倒映在水中的石桥、房屋，水面平稳时，水中便是那些物体原来的模样；微风吹拂，物体便开始有些扭曲，水中的房屋仿佛被台风吹得歪斜了一样，看上去虽然滑稽，但也不失原本的美丽；水淙淙流去，物体像是也要跟着水一同流去一般，但却从来不会真的一同流去。

暖暖的阳光下，我们踏着青石台阶又走了一段，来到了顾炎武故居。来到千灯古镇，此地是肯定要来观赏一番的。不少人都知道“天下兴亡，匹夫有责”这句话吧？这便是顾炎武先生的千古名句。这样热爱国家的人，他的故居是什么样？一进门，开门便见到了两张八仙桌，旁边是几张凳子，八仙桌前面的墙上是一张山水画，给我的感觉就是十分朴素。朴素而不失典雅，这就是我对顾炎武故居的印象。

不知不觉我们也该回学校了，这真是一个有意义的秋日！

I am at present a student at Mary High School, Hong Kong, where I have been studying for the past five years. I passed the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination last year with distinctions in English and History, and credits in Economics and English Literature. 暑假里的一天，我在家写着作业，忽然想起了什么，便给表哥打电话：“明天卖水果的时候叫上我，我想参加一次实践活动”。

太阳落下去还没有来得及升起来，我便被表哥拎起来去接货，上车后连连打着哈气，正再入梦乡时车忽然停了，表哥到了一声：”到了。“便领我下了车。我揉揉朦胧的睡眼，看着这陌生的地方，各种各样的大卡车就地摆摊，氛围与菜市场相仿，只是少了一份哗闹，而每个摊点都很庞大，并且孤立却都是单的货物——这边清一色的桃子堆成一座”小山“，那边清一色的香瓜砌一层”厚墙“……如此这般，却也别有几分视觉上的畅通与美感。

跟着表哥来到桃贩面前问价，却答到：“一大一小”。我不禁诧异，却见表哥并未反应，似乎已经习以为常。换了一家又问价，却答道：“火车道。”皱一皱眉，便换了一家香瓜贩，又问价，又答道：“镰刀。”就这样又问你几家，均是如此，便挑其中一家砍起价来，最后以“跌两个硬币”为价，买了二十箱大约九百多斤香瓜。后来问起，才知道，原来这接货也有“暗号”的，那“一大一小”指的是每斤一块一，“火车道”也指的是每斤一块一，“镰刀”则是指每斤七毛，而“跌一个硬币”却是指每斤降价五分钱…。却原来如此，接货都不简单呀！

于是乎，我们坐在车上，拉了一座“香瓜山”驰向早市，寻一个显眼的地方，便摆开摊子了。九百斤香瓜足有两千多个，浩浩荡荡却一个个有条不紊地排列在地上——每个香瓜都被翻了个“底儿朝天”，一个压一个、一层摞一层、密密麻麻却只要有一点坏的，便被表哥毫不留情地扔出去，听到“啪”地一声重重地摔在地上。表哥告诉我：“卖瓜，就要卖好瓜，不能拿烂瓜滥竽充数。”不一会香瓜便整齐的排列在前面，如军队战士列阵出行，显得气势滂沱，而身后却有上百颗香瓜粉碎于地，显得凄惨了许多。

我们在早市卖到十点左右，香瓜卖了一多半，然而下午我们便来到大街小巷边走边卖，来来回回，每个巷子来个三进三出，这样转了大半个城市，终于卖完了全部香瓜，一天便净挣四五百元，但等到晚上回家累的倒头就睡，一直睡到第二天日上三竿，况且我只是跟着帮忙，连辅助都算不上。原来连卖水果都如此劳累，我们原来认为学习是多么辛苦的事，相比之下学习就显得轻松快乐得多了。因此我们没有理由不去奋发努力地去学习。

The determined spirit gives us light when we are in dark moments and

encourages when we are frustrated. With this quality, no enemy can overwhelm us,

and noobstacles can stand in our way. There are many examples of success being

achieved solely through the strong will of the spirit. As in the picture, the

athlete is running, with a determined spirit, towards the finishing line in

order to obtain the gold medal, considered as the symbol of success for any

sportsman. It is determination that leads to success. ?

It is not easy to cultivate this determined spirit. To do this, we must

establish a firm faith in our actions and be ready to devote ourselves to them.

We must boldly go through trials and hardships to train our will so as to get

rid of the weak points of our moral character. Around us, there are quite a few

今天是揭阳日报小记者俱乐部普宁实验学校小记者的第三次活动，我们要去的地方是揭阳市档案馆。档案馆，一个陌生的名词。它在哪里？它里面又有什么内容？今天，就由我们小记者带领大家走进揭阳市档案馆开展实践活动。

揭阳市档案馆位于揭阳市委机关大楼六号楼。走进档案馆，首先映入眼帘的是一块给参观者签名留念的红色签名板，我们在上面签名。签完名，我们来到了展览厅，展览厅分为四部分，第一部分是峥嵘岁月，讲述了在战争时期揭阳各地人民群众纷纷参加抗日战争和中共揭阳党组织的创建与发展；第二部分展示了揭阳从古至今的名人名事；第三部分介绍了揭阳市的各类名特产；第四部分主要告诉我们揭阳市的各种风俗习性与传统文化。

参观完展览厅，热情的工作人员还教我们如何制作档案。通过工作人员的介绍，我了解到制作档案的几个要点，如不同种类要各自归为一类，做好编号，装在固定的盒子里，同时要记得在盒脊上填写“目录号、时间、起止件号”等相关内容。从中我们知道了档案能记录岁月的足迹，可以重现过去的时光。

通过今天的实践活动，大家都大开眼界，增长了不少知识，也了解到我们揭阳的发展历程。
