Almost every child will complain about their parents sometimes. It is

Thirdly, solve the problem, rather than complain about it. Many people complain

about the surroundings and don’t think about the solutions when faced with

problems. We all know that complaint can do nothing but only let you down. As

long as the problem not solved, the pressure is always there. Fourthly, tell

others your pressure and get help from them. Lots of pressure can’t be solved by

our own and the rational way is talking the pressure to workmates or friends to

get help from them. But the premise to do so is that we don’t intend to put

pressure to others but to seek help and support to solve problems.

Of course, there also are some other ways to cope with stress, such as

readjusting goal and expectation, playing games to relax, even shopping or

eating. But no matter how, solving the problem that causes stress is the best

way.

今天，我和孩子一起观看了于丹老师关于感恩教育的讲座：勇敢承担爱与责任。于丹老师对孩子孝敬父母，社会责任感的养成，都进行了很好的诠释，令我印象深刻。

讲座开始，于丹老师讲述了一个孩子和大树的故事。这个故事中，父母被比喻成大树，在孩子一生的成长过程中，无私的奉献了自己所有的一切，而孩子也陪着大树走到了最后。听完以后，我非常感动，这不就是每个当父母的所追求的吗?能拥有一个孝顺，有责任心的孩子。再看看我们现在的父母们，哪个不是为了自己的孩子倾其所有，但现实却不是故事，并不是每个孩子，都能陪伴父母到最后，看看当今社会，空巢老人，不孝顺的子女，比比皆是。那么，究竟是什么原因，让我们的初衷无法实现呢?接着，于丹老师又给我们举了一些现实中非常普遍的例子，现在的家长，把孩子当成宝，物质方面都力所能及，生怕孩子受苦。饭来张口，衣来伸手，已经不是什么贬义词了，而是成为了一种新的“教育标准”。孩子就应该操心学习，其他的一概不用操心，不用过问。所以我们可以经常看到，回家以后，忙得不亦乐乎的父母，和在一旁悠哉玩耍的孩子。那么，这么做到底会产生什么后果呢?只会让孩子越来越缺乏对他人的关心，对周围人的关心，形成不了任何的责任心。

“正为本，孝为先”，“孝为德之本”，这些古训由来已久，都是古代圣贤，留给我们的良言金句。于丹老师给我们介绍了很多榜样，例如我们敬爱的周总理，在父亲过世以后，50多岁的他居然彻夜痛哭，让人感动不已。还有“感动中国”当中的一些人物，他们的事迹也让我感到震撼。纵观他们的成长经历，都有一个共同的特点，就是家境贫寒，自身艰苦奋斗获得成功，但是对父母都是无微不至，有始有终。难道是他们从小的家庭环境造就了他们孝顺父母的品德和责任感?那么普通家长，要如何才能让孩子拥有一颗对社会和家人负责任的心，如何才能成为一个孝顺的孩子呢?

接下来，于丹老师向我们讲述了一个 “仁”字，用来阐述孩子的责任感是如何形成的。“仁”从结构上来看是一个“人”加一个“二”，强调的是人与人之间的交流。要让孩子有责任心，必须让他们出去和其他人交流，看到别人的优点，发觉自身的不足，看到别人的困境，和自身的环境对比，从而受到感动，因此培养责任心，懂得去体谅人，关心人，对于自己的父母，就表现为孝顺和关爱。讲座中，提到一个例子，一个城市组织一个活动，让城里的孩子，去和打工学校的孩子一起读书，当他们体验到打工者的孩子，艰苦的学习和生活环境以后，都发生了改变，懂得了去同情他人，关心他人，久而久之，他们就形成了自己的责任感。回到家中，对父母也是关心备至，做一些力所能及的事。可见，孩子责任感的形成，重点在于他人的交流，这点对我很有启发。

节目最后，于丹老师强调了，“读万卷书，行万里路”的重要性。让孩子开阔眼界，从人文古迹中获得人生的感悟。看完节目后，我感慨良多，也从中得到了很多收获，认识到了以前自己做的不足的地方，对以后孩子的发展方向和教育思路有了更清晰的了解。

有三种目标：短期，中期的和长期的目标。

短期目标是那些通常与当前的活动，我们可以应用在日常工作处理。这些目标可以实现在一周或更少，或者两个星期，或possiblymonths。应该记住，仅仅是作为建筑物地基比强大，我们的长远目标不等于没有牢固的短期目标的实现非常多。在完成我们的短期目标，我们应当标明日期，然后添加新的短期的目标，将建立在那些已经完成。

中期目标建立在短期目标的基础。他们可能关注的是一学期或整个学年，有时也可长达数年。任何时候，你前进了一步一步来，你不应该让自己变得沮丧或淹没。当你完成每个步骤，您将执行你的能力的增长和成功的信念。并且当你完成目标的日期，你的动力和欲望将会增加。

长期目标可能与我们对未来的梦想。他们可能需要5年以上。生活不是一成不变的。我们不能让一个长远的目标，以限制我们或我们的行动方针。

星期四下午课间活动是同学们盼望已久的跳大绳比赛，我既兴奋又高兴。

到了比赛的地方我紧张极了，心砰砰直跳。比赛开始了，只见第一个同学盖贇婷一点脚，再一跳就过去了，像一只小燕子一样轻盈、灵活。紧接着，鲁明洋又跳了过去。第三个、第四个……大家都跳了过去。

我越来越紧张了，心里像揣了一只小兔子。马上就该轮到我跳了。我紧紧地跟着王相森，学着他的动作，左脚一点，右脚一跳也过去了。我大大地松了一口气，说：“幸好我没有跳坏。”同学们大声喊着加油！加油！这使我信心倍增，再一次成功地跳了过去。

同学们越跳越好，越跳越熟练。董老师和申老师不停地摇着大绳。大绳在半空中画了无数个大圆圈。申老师摇地渐渐快了起来，同学们有些不适应，有三四个同学跳坏了。

时间一分一秒的过去了，激烈的比赛终于结束了。我们班一共跳了214下。同学们都大声欢呼起来，有的说：“太好了！”还有的说：“真棒！”大家不停地说着我们的比赛成绩。我心里特别的高兴，脸上乐开了花。比赛结束后大家有说有笑地走回了教室。

通过这次跳大绳比赛，使我明白了一个道理：只要大家齐心协力，就能取得一个好的成绩。

虽然我们很失望，但还是有收获。因为我们学到了拔河的技巧，还吃一堑长一智，明白了不到最后胜利就决不能松劲!

Yesterday I did commonweal in library to earn my public service

scores(which is similar to the compulsory credits).I arrived library at 8’clock

in the morning,a librarian let me to wipe the mirror in every toilet from one to

six floor.Then I started to wipe the mirrors.It was been two hours after I

finished all work.I was very tired,but looking at the shiny and clean mirrors I

had wiped, I felt very happy.To be honest,I had never done the things like it at

home,so it was a new experience to me,and it make me realize the hard work of my

parent.

Dear Sir,

I am writing to apply for a British Council scholarship to study in Britain. I did my five years basic training in medicine at Shanghai University. After this I successfully completed a one-year postgraduate course in Ophthalmology at the Peoples General Hospital, where I am at present serving a two-year probation in the Eye Clinic.

As a result of the publication in 2003 of my article in New Scientist entitled "Soft and Rigid Contact Lenses ", which was based on a survey of 37 patients over 6 months, I made contact with Dr. Li Ming of the Capital Hospital and Dr. Ma Li of the University College Hospital. I have received their help and advice with my current research project, which is a two-year survey of the acceptance of various types of contact lenses in 200 patients.

Despite their help, I feel that I cannot make real progress in this field unless I can actually have day-to-day contact with these specialists. I would therefore like to continue my research at either the Capital Hospital or the UCH as soon as my probationary period here is completed, and I would like to study in Britain for two years.

I enclose a detailed curriculum vitae and an offprint of my article, together with two letters of recommendation from Dr. Li Ming and Dr. Ma Li.

“加油!加油!”咦?这是什么声音?哦，原来是我们四年级一班在举行拔河比赛啊!大家快和我一起去看看吧。

体育老师拿来了一根又粗又长的大绳，对我们说：“同学们，我们今天要举行一场拔河比赛。”同学们听到后都激动地鼓掌和欢呼起来，体育老师分好了队，男生一队，女生一队，每队派十名同学，一共五场。

第一场随着一声哨响拉开了序幕。瞧，我们女生不甘示弱，脸蛋涨红的像个大苹果，男生也鼓足了气，拉着绳子不放松，啦啦队在旁边直喊“加油!加油!”最后，虽然女生很努力，但还是败给了男生。第二轮，经过了努力拉绳子，就在男生又要胜利时，他们内部起了小小的争执，使他们失利，败给了女生。第三第四场过去了，双方依然平手。

第五场是最关键的一场。因为这一场将决出胜负。我们女生队派出了力气最大的十名同学对战男生队。“预备，开始!”双方展开了激烈的比赛。只见男生们都卯足了劲儿，用力拉绳子，后脚艰难地往后退。女生们双手紧握绳子，身体后倾，努力地把绳子往女生这边拉。最后，因为男生有些骄傲松懈，他们输了。最让我印象深刻的是我们班的胖妞——裴涵雪。双脚像涂了胶水似的，死死地粘在地上，双手像大钳子，抓住绳子不放。嘴里还一直喊着“一、二、三、拉!”比赛过后，女生们都开心地抱在了一起，而男生们，一个个像泄了气的皮球。

拔河比赛真有趣啊!不但有趣，还让我们认识到：虚心使人进步，骄傲使人落后，人心齐，泰山移。这两个道理。让我受益匪浅!

这天，阳光明媚，班主任老师心情格外舒畅，便举办了一个让我们都拍手叫好的游戏——扳手腕比赛。

我们先吁吁摇摇贝，分成了红队和蓝队，老师当裁判。

红队一开始就派出了大力士杨胡宇，想给蓝队一个下马威，蓝队队长见事不妙，便派出最瘦小的罗鑫尧，对罗鑫尧说：“咱们第一关就靠你了！”罗鑫尧哪知道？他面对的可是强壮的杨胡宇，还满怀信心地说：“包在我身上了！”来到“对战桌”前，罗鑫尧一看是杨胡宇，吓得腿都发软了，杨胡宇对付他，可是“张飞吃豆芽——小菜一碟”啊！他赶紧坐在地上想溜之大吉，小学五年级作文《扳手腕比赛作文600字》。队长怎么会让他溜？又是推，又是拉，费了九牛二虎之力，总算把他的屁股固定在椅子上。我们看见了哈哈大笑，罗鑫尧也不好意思了，只好和我们一起笑。刚一上阵，我们还没来的及加油鼓劲，杨胡宇就使出了所有力气，将罗鑫尧的手按在桌子上。第二盘用左手比赛，我们原以为会和上局一样，目不转睛地看着他们，可谁知，他们的手在空中僵持了许久，罗鑫尧满脸通红，杨胡宇将头埋得低低的，两眼紧闭着，使出了浑身力气。也许是杨胡宇没力气了，也许是罗鑫尧要反击了，也许是……我们赶紧喊到“加油！”“加油啊！”这时，杨胡宇又来了劲，最后杨胡宇将罗鑫尧的手按在了桌子上。

接下来的比赛，红队一路畅通无阻，以6：0的好成绩，取得了胜利！在场的同学无论输赢，都欢呼雀跃：“班主任万岁！班主任万岁！”

扳手腕比赛真是有趣，真是惊险，真是让人开心啊！

寒假里的一天，我在阳台上悠闲地晒着太阳。忽然，楼下传来一阵欢呼声，我朝外一看，原来有两个小哥哥正在进行陀螺比赛。我想：“我不是也有许多陀螺吗？和他们玩陀螺比赛也许能赢几个呢！”得到妈妈的允许后，我就拿着陀螺跑到楼下，加入了他们的队伍。

我使用的陀螺是“圣光战甲”，一个哥哥使用的是“烈风天翼”，另一个使用的是“爆烈巨拳”。 比赛开始前，我心里暗暗得意，因为我是同学们公认的陀螺高手。当一个小哥哥刚说出“开始”，我就发射出陀螺，陀螺飞向了战斗盘。由于紧张过度，没使上劲，转速不快，被“烈风天翼”一撞，我的“圣光战甲”转到战斗盘上一块不平的区域，我输了。

第二局，我使用的是“暗影双链”。比赛开始了，我深呼吸了一下，仔细地看了看战斗盘，然后发射出陀螺，陀螺在战斗盘的平滑区域飞快地转了起来。这时“烈风天翼”开始攻击我的“暗影双链”，我心里怦怦直跳，以为我的“暗影双链”又会被“烈风天翼”打败了。没想到“烈风天翼”由于转速太慢，竟然被我的“暗影双链”打出了战斗盘。“爆烈巨拳”发射时由于用力太小，转了一会儿就停了。“耶！我赢啦！”我情不自禁地叫了起来。

以后几局，我都不慌不忙，沉着应战，充分发挥出自己的技术，结果都赢了。

从这次比赛中，我认识到：要想赢得比赛，除了有一定的技术，还需要有平静的心态，了解战斗盘的特点；如果骄傲自大，急于求成，往往会失败。
