Nobody could have failed to notice the fact that drunken driving has been a grave problem with which we are confronted. Generally speaking, there are several reasons accounting for /behind this phenomenon. Firstly, recent decades have witnessed the rapid development of people’s living standards. 磨练后使人变得坚强。正如孟夫子所言：“天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，所以动心忍性，增益其所不能。”王杰的茶楼伙计工作，看似在高雅，实则是被人呼来喝去跑腿的；油漆工的工作天天与油漆为伍，味道刺鼻，不利于身体健康，而且又脏又累；的士司机工作千篇一律，枯燥乏味……茶楼伙计教会了他谦逊，油漆工教会了他勤奋，的士司机教会了他稳重，这些王杰心中都清楚，他从中磨炼意志品质，积累了人生经历与体验，所以，他才能够坚强地走到最后，成为一名歌手。

历练中等待时机来临。烽火战国时日本群雄并起，德川家康征战四海，平定封国，开创一代幕府，成就霸业。原因在于他因为出身不好而努力学习，在今川氏做人质时，他学会了隐忍；被打的大败后，他学会了不放弃，准备东山再起。面对杜绝啼叫，织田信长说:“如果不啼我就把它杀了”；丰臣秀吉说:“如果不啼我就想办法让它啼”；德川家康却说:“如果不啼我就等到它啼”。正是坎坷命运铸就他努力与认可，接受并适应。因此，他才笑到最后。

我赞美苏珊的坚持，欣赏荆青的勇敢，但我更喜欢王杰的热爱。热爱眼前工作，学会磨练意志；喜欢并感恩，让每一份工作成为磨刀石，磨出锋利坚韧的宝剑；彩虹总在风雨后，只有喜欢风雨的人生才会出现彩虹。热情拥抱每股风每滴雨，绽放出更娇艳的人生之花。
