今天的天气好像比昨天稍微好点，温度稍微低一些，也算是给我们一个心理安慰了。今天算是要正式的开始训练了，除了站军姿之外，还是学习如何踢正步、如何走齐步，既要走的有气势，又要走的整齐。所以教官带着我们在操场上一遍又一遍的走着，从最开始走的参差不齐，一天下来之后，我们整个班级也走的横看很整齐，竖看也很整齐。看到教官眼里满意的神色，我的心里很开心，好像瞬间身上的疲惫感就全部忘了一样，看到周围的同学都是开心笑着的，突然觉得军训也没有想象中那么难熬。

晚上的时候，我们还和教官一起玩了游戏，游戏过程中被我们抓住，要表演节目，我竟然在教官的眼上看出了羞涩的神情，平常看着很严肃的一个人，居然还有害羞的时候，我觉得真的很可爱，当然我只能在私里下说说，哈哈哈。

今天的军训已经步入正轨了，我也好像已经适应了军训期间的太阳照射和持续不断的高温了，连穿在身上的军装，我现在也没感觉有很热了，我觉得我的适应能力还不错。今天的军训也没有新奇的，也是平常的一样，练习正步、齐步啊之类的，唯一不同的是我们已经开始自觉地遵守军训相关的规定了，也开始自我严格要求自己，所以我们肉眼可见得变的越来越能坚持了，也能在同学的脸上看到肃穆的神情，我想这就是我们为什么要参加军训的原因吧。

我们和教官的关系也是越来越好了，在训练的时候我们听教官的要求严格训练，休息的时候，我们好像就成为了朋友一样，有时还可以开开玩笑，在炎热的夏天里，也是一道独特的风景线。我们好像已经渐渐拧成了一股绳，我也感觉到了有一种团结的力量在心中萦绕，这感觉真的很棒。

超级郁闷的一天，真为自己在这个方阵训练而感到悲哀!真的是不比不知道，一比吓一跳，现在才知道梅教官教得有多少好了!

早上还兴高采烈的自愿参加方阵训练，想为大学军训画上一个完美的句号，可实际根本就不是我想的那样!

真不知道他们这几天是怎么训练的，连踏步都不会，软绵绵的。教官还一直叫我们听音乐，找重音，我想说的是光找到有什么用，踩都不会踩，火大火大!头还向右看着呢，教官就让我们起步走，而且还是一天之内好几次，无语无语!每次喊错口令都说自己老了老了，自己示范正步换齐步也不会，光让我们来回走，也不告诉我们哪里不好，哪里需要改，这有什么用啊，还不是错的。让我们走正步不用踩音乐，直接走，那不是会越走越快嘛，我踏着节拍走所以比她们慢，就被她们打手了，迈不出步了，那教官还训我。明明正步走得像开飞机一样，还说走得很好，让我们鼓掌，我都感到自卑，这么没追求……

当我们第一个教官因为分队的原因离开我们时，本以为就几天应该没有什么太难以割舍的。然而当我们看见他离开时心里产生了莫名的留恋，我想，唯一的解释只能是他的人力魅力征服了我们。处在陌生的方队里多少会比开始时缺乏基本的集体荣誉感和凝聚力，但我相信我们能在以后的日子里慢慢的产生感情达到最终的默契。

In recent years, college studentsfind it increasingly difficult toget a

job. It sounds strange since young college students are usually intelligent,

well-educated phenomenon, aspirant and eager to bring their talent into full

play. Then what underlies the strange phenomenon?

There are several reasons for this.To begin with, nowadays college students

aim too high. All they want are “good” jobs which could offer good salary,
