我已经在大学中度过了3，4个月的生活，寒假过后我就要进入大一下学期了，在体验了大一上学期后，我感受到大学生活有时候是快乐的，而有时候又是枯燥无味的。但是在大学中确实能学到很多在从前不能接触到的知识。

大学生活有时候是快乐的，我还记得刚才入学的时候，我们正在军训，为期10天的军训对我们来说还是很久的，但是很幸运的就是我们军训的那些日子大部分时间都在下雨，这个时候我们就会在寝室里面上一些网课，适应一下宿舍生活。我还记得我们的军训服装是很漂亮的，我们也都很喜欢穿，我们的教官是学长，是一名前海军，他长得很帅气，对我们也很和善，经常跟我们讲故事，讲他当年当海军的时候的经历。经常在别的班辛苦训练的时候，他就让我们坐在一起给我们讲故事，和我们表演才艺玩游戏。在最后的会操表演中，我们也拿到了我们学院的第1名的好成绩，真可谓一边学一边玩儿。

那些天在下雨晚上的时候，班级为了促进同学之间的相互认识和更亲近的相处，就让我晚自习的时候班干部和帮助组织一些活动来促进同学之间的关系。那个时候帮助有时候会让我们聚集在班级里玩一些小游戏，有时候也会让我们照到多媒体教室里一起看看恐怖片。军训的那几天是很轻松的，虽然是军训，但是我们并没有晒到什么太阳，总体来说还是很快乐和轻松的。

另外大学的课堂上并不像高中一样，需要时刻的绷紧精神，好好的听老师讲课，大学的课程有部分是很有趣的，即使是没有学业要求，我也是很乐意去听的，就比如说我学习的有门课教艺术史，在上艺术史的时候，老师就会给我们讲古希腊古埃及的一些神话故事，给我们讲那些人物关系和一些很有名的故事，包括宗教神话的缘起，讲宙斯这些故事我们都会听得津津有味。

另外也有更多空闲的时间是可以由我们自己分配的，这个时候时间变得很自由，这也是让我觉得大学生活比较开心和愉快的一件事情。

今天上午，真的是十分有幸。能参加这样一场意义深刻的德育沙龙：文化生态下的德育实践——文化生态下的班级凝聚力。围绕这样一个主题，来自通州市和如东县掘港小学的各位德育工作者，他们有的是一线班主任教师，有的是教研室先进工作者，展开激烈的探讨。我们这一边旁听的实习生也是受益匪浅。

从他们对文化、对文化生态、对凝聚力理解的各抒己见里，我们也收获了不少感悟。最深刻的一点便是：我们现在懂的专业知识真是太少了。专业知识不只是英语水平，更是小学教育。对教育，我们就算有些看法，也只是皮毛罢了。看来在以后的学习中，要多阅读、多涉猎，拓展自己的知识面。

再者，听了一些一线工作者的对自己班主任工作的总结和汇报。我真的是很受感动。他们对自己的工作是倾注了多么大的心血和激情。在聆听一位班主任对自己班级班旗的阐释和班级小故事的讲述的时候，平日里不怎么流泪的我也是热泪盈眶。

真的，那时我便明白了。文化生态？什么是文化生态？其实它就存在于日常生活之中，没我们所想的那么高深。和谐的校园环境不就是一种文化生态吗？良好的师生关系不也是一种文化生态吗？所以作为一线的教育工作者，不能将它束之高阁，而是应该尽一切努力做好自己工作。这样便是为你的学生们创造了一个良好的文化生态环境，班级凝聚力便自然而然地加强了。

今天是不用写日记的，但是还是手痒，写下两件在桐木村发生的事吧，至于出了桐木村之后的事，就不再记载了!

今天是我们正式收起铺盖走人的日子，结果一大早，学生们中有6个吧赶过来送，结果我们这边有几个老师和学生一把鼻涕一把泪，感动ing然后学生们陪着一起送上车，有几个还跟我们一块坐车走了一段路。所以说，这次下乡，的确值得了。其实后面他们还有打电话过来，说有几个人还在哭，想要我们回去。值得记录吧!

另外就是一件让我耿怀之事了!我在19那天答应了南洲湖山庄一工作人员，帮她做一游戏节目策划。当时我觉得这对于我来说也不是难事，再者居住在人家这儿已经很久，再者那天我的任务也不多，想象帮忙应该要去做的!她就把电脑房的钥匙给我了。但其实那天我另外又有点事，但是还是按承偌替她做出来了，但完成时间已是深夜一点!后面她也知道我为赶策划弄到了一点。但不小心的是钥匙给弄丢了，我花了很大力气找没有找到，于是告诉了她实况。但是她的反应那就是很生气。我也没说啥，表示很不好意思，并说会再去找!但是后面她也一直不高兴。对于你不熟悉的人，还是不能轻易承偌什么事，或者去帮他做事，很容易闹得不好的!今后要谨记!要慎重答应给别人做事!

无论在这儿多么受感动，家是永远会牵挂的地方!是永远向往之地!所以，今天回家，我们还是很急切很高兴!

在擦灯的过程中，我还见缝插针地顺便清洁了一下洗手池，白白的，干净地能映出我的笑脸了。

最后我还帮妈妈擦了踢脚线，因为妈妈这几天腰疼，不能弯腰了。妈妈告诉我擦踢脚的立面和上面的楞儿。在擦阳台踢脚线时，我擦下来一堆渣子，有墙皮，有石粒，还有灰尘毛毛，平时不起眼儿的小地方，想不到会这么的脏。干活儿也不容易。

当然，最好玩的时候还是包粽子的时候。包粽子时，男人负责把肉切成不大不小的块儿;女人负责洗红豆、糯米之类的;小孩负责把大盆洗干净，再把大人加工好的东西装在大盆里;而老人们则负责指挥。一切准备好之后，就开始包粽子了。大人们干得格外卖力，而小孩们呢?却在一旁玩着，总是在大人们不注意时，偷一两颗蜜枣往嘴里塞，表面上似乎一点儿事都没做，可心里却暗暗自喜——因为蜜枣太好吃了!

Today the weather was terrible，so I had to stay at home.

was very boring。I stared to surf the Internet ,and I found the movie 《Ghost

Rider》which was directed by Mark Steven Johnson by accident and then I began to

watch it. The movie told us that a lover of motorcycle called Johnny signed an

agreement with a demon in order to save relatives‘’ lives .However,he lost his

spirit and had to work for the demon.Then He used his spell to fight with evil .

The movie was so exciting that I coulnt be calm 。I would never forget this

movie.

今天天气很糟糕，所以我只好呆在家里。下午，我完成我的一些作业，然后我想今天一定会很无聊吧。我便开始上网，偶然地发现了一部由马克·斯蒂文·约翰逊主导的电影《鬼面骑士》，我便开始观看。这部影片讲诉了一个名叫强尼的摩托车爱好者为了挽救他亲人的性命与恶魔签署了一份契约。但是，他因此而失去了灵魂，被迫给恶魔工作。他用他的魔力与邪恶作斗争。这部影片是如此的振奋人心以至于我不能平息我的内心。我永远都不会忘记这部电影。

军训在我们的期盼中开始了，在新生动员会上，教官们那整齐的脚步、那洪亮的声音、那飒爽的英姿都深深地印在了我的脑海里。它们似乎在告诉我：团结在一起的人才是最美丽的!

随后，我们便一军姿的学习开始了今天的军训。“脚跟靠拢，脚尖张开成60°夹角，膝盖并拢，不能留有一点缝隙……”教官句句精细的描述，让我真正了解到了军姿是多么的严整，同时也感受到了他们曾经受到的苦与累。

刚把军姿训练的差不多了，又多了个小碎步。当时在我看来，那就是一个简单的跺脚。可当我们全班同学认真快速地做着这个“跺脚”运动时，脚下传来的声音却出乎意料的大。这时的我，才最深刻的明白团结对于我们的意义。

团结的力量是巨大的。虽然在现今是个充满竞争的社会，但团结却仍是不可缺少的。特别是对于我们学生来说，在求知的路途上就需要同学之间的团结，来对付大家遇到的各种困难与挫折，齐心协力从自己或他人的困难中学习、吸取经验。

“赢得胜利的方法是团结，而并非竞争。”其实这次军训，我们不仅仅要锻炼自己的体质和意志力、端正学习态度、培养良好的习惯，还要培养我们的团队意识，增强我们的集体荣誉感。一个班只有团结在一起，才能叫做一个班。我们必须知道，有些事物会比自己的个人利益更重要，就如班级的荣誉。我们应该以自己最大的努力去维护它、给它增光添彩……

该唱学的军歌了，我张大喉咙，大声地唱着这耳熟能详的歌——《团结就是力量》。看着大家如此卖力地唱着，相信我们班一定能成为一个团结的大家庭!

春节大扫除

Tomorrow is New Years Day, my family have had a completely cleaning for

two days. Then my father and I decorated our flat and my mother cooked delicious

food for our meal. After supper we watched TV program. How happy we were!

明天是春节，我家里以近在两天前做了彻底的大扫除。然后我和爸爸一起装饰家里，妈妈则在烧好吃的东西。晚饭以后，我们一起看电视节目，我们多高兴呀!

今天是圣诞节。天依旧是那么的冷，但阻止不了我盼望圣诞老爷爷给我送礼物的火辣的心。到了夜晚，家家户户都买了小礼物挂在五彩缤纷的圣诞树上，唯独我家没有。我的心好像被冷嗖嗖的风吹着。想起爸爸对我说的话——不要被这小小的困难所吓倒，要努力追寻。我想这个“困难”应该包括这先前的冷漠吧。我想有一整套的芭比娃娃，因为，我想美丽漂亮应该是许多女孩心中的梦吧。但我不是因为“它”而想要这一整套的芭比娃娃，是因为我多么想有他们的经历呀!想着想着，我就睡着了。再甜美的梦乡中，还是梦到了圣诞老爷爷给我送礼物的情景——圣诞老爷爷微笑着把我梦寐以求的圣诞礼物给了我后，对我说了一句话。这句话是“祝你圣诞节快乐!”说完后，圣诞老爷爷就驾着装满礼物的马车走了。醒来后，我并没有发现我想要的礼物，我笑了笑说;"也许圣诞老爷爷太忙了，没时间来给我送礼物了呢?"

今天，随着医疗的发展，人们能够延缓衰老。对于名人来讲，他们使用高科技来保持年轻，看到他们常年在屏幕上保持不变的容颜，观众也想要模仿名人，他们相信通过使用高科技就能一直保持年轻。然而在我看来，保持年轻的方法就是拥有一颗年轻的心，一些人表面看起来年轻，但是在他们的心里，他们足够的老，并且拒绝去与时俱进。对于另外一些人来讲，虽然他们有皱纹，但是他们对一切都保持好奇，并且愿意去改变。我的爷爷年纪大，但是他对一切时尚的东西都了如指掌，有时候我不得不问他关于新的事物。年轻的心是永葆青春的方法。
