Dear schoolmates,

As I am graduating, I’d like to write this letter to express my feelings before leaving school. As for me, it is the school life that colors my daily life. 今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

3.3 星期五 小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

3.5 星期一

昨天穿了整天的高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时脚痛得很厉害，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃我坚持足足两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了，虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽下了。今天下午总负责人赫老师给开了个小会，会上总结了一周班级的基本情况，听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，例如老师的表现是否合格，学生课堂表现等等。赫老师用聊天的方式很细心的分析着这些，不仅仅吸引老师们的注意，连所有其他负责老师也不自觉的被吸引过去了，我在一边看着赫老师，一边瞧瞧其他老师的反应。真不知道让我发言的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。不过接手前的这个星期有点像被判“死缓”，哈哈。

3.9 星期三

天正式给学生上高中的课了班上有20几个学生和听课的老师，但是我一点没有紧张。因为可能培训的时候适应了吧上课做了一次单元测试，所以后来我就讲了一节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲试卷时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。自己感觉在讲解试卷时，内容会很枯燥，同学们听着也很无聊，开始在下面做别的了，谁料被坐在下面的老师发现了，把他们教育了一番，可能是我光顾着自己讲了，都没怎么注意下面的同学的反应。这一点以后一定得避免。回顾这四周的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，或者写错了某句话，老师把错误指出来后而无地自容。但是我想通过两个月的实习我一定会越来越好的。

A part of students are aim too high.They always want to find easy and

comfortable jobs with high salary.But, they neglect they are just undergraduates

who lack of real experience in a company. Aim too high but lack of real

experience leads them to be frustrated:they cant find their suitable jobs and

are not interested low-salary jobs. Its a real situation in our current

society. The best solution is that our undergraduates should change their minds.

The new minds is that to be capable before getting high salary.

There is also a issue should be pay attention to. Some advertisements

say:"Only men available". Thats gender discrimination which couldnt be occured

in the modern society. With the development of our society,our women s ability

are also enhancing. Some women even can do some jobs which men couldnt do well.

It not easy to solve the gender discrimination.It needs our governments help,

our government should do some propaganda about gender eq equal and make some

rules for the companies.

In recent years, college studentsfind it increasingly difficult toget a

job. It sounds strange since young college students are usually intelligent,

well-educated phenomenon, aspirant and eager to bring their talent into full

play. Then what underlies the strange phenomenon?

There are several reasons for this.To begin with, nowadays college students

aim too high. All they want are “good” jobs which could offer good salary,

comfortable working conditions, high social status among others. Consequently,

most college students are unwilling to accept vacant jobs they consider

not“good” enough. Another reason is thatthere is a big gap between the majors

some students study in school and the demands of vacant jobs. So companies think

some students are not fit for the jobs.

Solution to the problem requiresefforts on both the society and the

students. The companies should value the students, talent and knowledge while

the latter should not merely aim at material gains. They should be down-to–earth

in building up their career. Furthermore, they should face their weak points so

as to improve themselves and be more competent.

幼儿园毕业，小学毕业，初中再高中毕业，如今大学毕业，以前以为高中毕业就是一个坎儿，进入大学离家千里什么事情都要靠自己了，现在离开大学的校园才知道自立不是个空间概念，而是心理概念，懂得承担责任的时候就是独立的时候。前些天学校要写毕业感言，我早就写过“我的大学，说‘喜欢’——假话，讲‘厌恶’——太过，说‘意义非凡’——虚伪，讲‘毫无用处’——偏颇。只能说我‘经历’过，大诗人普希金管这叫做‘亲切的怀恋’。”所以毕业感言讨不讨别人喜欢不重要，既然写了，最起码我不要欺骗自己，我不要在这个时候阳奉阴违的留下一段话，也不要“强说愁”地胡乱感慨，更不要随随便便画个句号。看过余秋雨的《行者无疆》，有这样的一段话：

“流浪是一种告别，告别的原因，有的可付诸言表，有的则难以言表。真正的流浪，大多属于后者，被迫言表，只是搪塞。不想搪塞，当然沉默，牵牵嘴角，已是礼貌。”

这次的毕业就是一次流浪的开始，没有背景，口袋空空，曾经的得意和失意全部清零，只带着对惬意校园的些些回忆和伤神的种种，还有一点点谋生的本领，上路……我算幸运的，早早就签下了一份自己喜欢的工作，终面的时候面试官亲切的回答了我很多问题之后问我还有没有什么想知道的，我说没有，她又问了一遍，我回答同上，她笑着问我就不想知道工资是多少吗。我愣了一下，不是谦虚不是紧张，自己真真的没想到这个事情。就像流浪，每日的所见所闻就是馈赠，睡前回忆的是今天的美景轶事，期待的是明天的奇遇，不会在乎身上的钱财还有多少，没有了就停下几天卖物卖艺，攒足了继续走路。我原先丢掉了一个年薪20万的工作机会，是觉得，对于流浪者，不需要人代步，世界要自己去一点点见识，路也定要自己一步步走来，没有什么比愉快的经历更价值连城的了。

学生在指导教师的指导下分析和研究所采集的资料的基础上，撰写英语毕业论文提纲。毕业论文提纲应尽量做到全面缜密，理顺所要论述内容，避免以后反复修改。纲要可以使作者一目了然地看出他的论文是否前后一致。主题是纲要的关键，因为它简明地陈述了作者的目的。正式纲要(哈佛纲要)中，各级纲目的格式依次为：I，A，1，a，(1)，(a)。任何纲要如不严加遵守则毫无用处。在确定了英语毕业论文选题，撰写了英语毕业论文提纲后，学生应对毕业论文的质量标准有一定的了解。英语毕业论文质量标准:

1)选题恰当、与毕业生的知识水平与认识能力相当;

2)内容丰富、资料翔实、论证充分有力;

3)观点正确、逻辑性强、无违反国家大政方针的观点;

4)叙述清楚、层次清晰而丰富;

5 )语言表达正确，无拼写错误、语言错误控制在20-25%00(万分之二十到二十五);

6)用词、造句、谋篇、布局等方面无明显失误，修辞错误率控制在2%。

英语毕业论文内容要能反映社会和时代特征，具有理论价值或实践意义，有新颖性。毕业论文可以对某个理论问题的探讨，也可以是实践问题的解决。毕业论文不仅要反映学生的综合能力，而且要反映他们对相关问题的较为正确的论述，要有一定的独立见解。论文必须做到主题明确、论据清晰、内容具体而充实，切忌空谈。写翻译的英语毕业论文，除实例分析外，还要提供原文的译文，以便弄清译论的依据。如果英语毕业论文是实践性的，它必须提出一定的解决途径、方案。

大学生具有较扎实的文化知识，年轻比较有想法，能去做自己想去做的事情，能吃苦耐劳，这是创业的最大优势，但也存在一些实际困难和自身内外条件的限制，这极大地阻碍了大学生迈出创业的第一步，让很多学生就会放弃自己创业的想法。

2.1意识薄弱

当代的大学生缺乏，思想上跟不上形势，不能感知到国家创业大潮和个人发展机遇的来临。表现在意识上为不愿创业，对国家极力鼓励扶持的创业行动反应缓慢，缺少想法和激情，而且觉得在创新创业的过程中有很大的风险，自己也不愿去冒这个风险。

2.2能力有限

大学生长期处在学校的保护环境中，与社会接触比较少，不了解怎样在社会中去立足和与别人打交道，各种社会实践能力比较欠缺，这样就导致在创业的过程中缺少很多的可利用资源，个人的能力素质与创业需求有较大差距，一旦开始了自己的创业计划后，就会一时难以肩负起独自创业的重担。

2.3缺乏胆量

一些大学生缺少单干的闯劲和对生活的挑战精神，做事过于谨小慎微，过于考虑风险责任，怕创业失败没有脸面，怕经营亏损承担债务，对创业没有胆量尝试。

2.4项目困难

有些大学生非常希望能够创业，但是，通过市场考察，发现自己喜欢的项目已经没有太多的市场空间，或者是如果投入的话很难与当今所有的大公司相竞争，一时又找不到其他合适的项目入手，然后只有去找相关的项目，但是发现都不合心意，然后就反复放弃，导致最后没有创业创新的想法了。

2.5资金不足

当创业前期的所有计划、考察、论证都已完成，开始进入实施阶段时，最后发现启动资金难以到位，对一个普通的大学生来说，主要的经济支持是靠家里面，在自己创业前时，可能自己会通过做一点小生意或是兼职赚一点钱，但是不管是什么创业前期都是较大的投入，如果没有赞助或是扶持，很难入手，最后只好无奈放弃或暂时搁浅。

Since the financial crisis swept the world, the global economy has sunk into a severe recession. It’s hard to get through a day without hearing or reading news about the devastating effects of the crisis: A world of companies go bankrupt, millions of employees are laid off, high-return investment bubbles burst, and huge sums of loans can never be retrieved. Its impact on our daily life can be felt in all walks of life。

College students inevitably fall victim to this pervasive slump as well. On top of that, internships and job vacancies are reduced to the minimum as companies keep shrinking. New graduates find themselves hard to get a job, not to speak of a satisfactory one. What comes next? Poor students will be hard-pressed if they find student loans unavailable any more. As a result, some even cannot afford to continue their studies. Lastly, more students are probably out there anxiously looking for part-time jobs now that they have to help cover their expenses in this gloomy economy. Their innocence and eagerness might be taken advantage of by some malicious businesspeople, or even criminal gang。

In response to these threats, we students must act promptly and wisely. Since we definitely will be facing a competitive job market, it’s crucial that we submit high quality resumes. Therefore, we must commit more to our professional studies. Even do better, master more relevant job skills as a double security. Furthermore, apply for scholarships and grants, as these are still available and we don’t have to pay them back. As for the safety issues, trust our instinct – there’s no free lunch in this world. Anything that promises quick returns without much work is a sure trap. Stay alert and protect ourselves。

当洁白的栀子花儿香漫枝头的时候，当六月的风儿中飘散着热烈火红味儿的时候，我们高兴、我们开心、我们欣喜、我们激动……因为四年的辛勤耕耘，我们终于迎来了满园的芬芳!

滨江学院首届本科毕业生有的过五关斩六将考上了国家公务员;有的技压群芳，经过严格的考核、选拔从数百名应聘者中脱颖而出，进入了中国移动、中国电信、华为、熊猫等知名企业、集团，还有的力挫群雄光荣地成为一名江苏省委组织部的选调生!

今天，我们推出的是滨江学院优秀学生中考上研究生的一部分。经过四年的艰苦努力、拼搏，他们成为学生中的佼佼者，进入更高层次学习、深造，在此，我们深深地祝福他们，祝他们以更加饱满的热情去迎接自己人生道路上的再一次的腾飞、挑战!

四年了，聆听着这些同学成长的脉搏，感受着这些同学成熟的点点滴滴，我们有太多的话要说。当年他们也曾经和大部分刚刚走进滨江的同学一样，有过失落、彷徨、迷惘、焦虑甚至不安，但是抹干眼泪，他们选择了坚强，他们很快走出了心灵的泥沼。走过去，前面是海!

今天，滨江学院推出他们，隆重表扬他们，就是要全体同学学习他们志存高远、奋发向上、刻苦学习、自立自强、勇于创新的精神;学习他们面对困难不低头、不气馁，敢于挑战，做生活的强者;学习他们在磨砺意志中自强进取的勇气。这充分展示了滨江学院团员青年的优秀品质，也体现了当代大学生良好的精神风貌。
