1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

My sister was fond of traveling. Ever since graduating, she had been

determined to organize a trip to an old temple. Since transporting fare was

expensive, she decided to use a bicycle to cycle there not caring about the

disadvantages. Her stubborn attitude was always her shortcoming. Once she made

up her mind to do something, no one could persuade her to change her mind.

Finally, we gave in as usual though we preferred to take a train. After we

prepared everything, including the schedule, reliable weather forecast and the

Man’s life is a process of growing up, actually I’m standing here is a

今年的暑假，也是我小学生涯中的最后一个暑假。既是为了庆祝，也是为了纪念，老妈决定我们娘三儿一块儿去旅行。

等待

到达

在飞机上度过了两个多小时的我们终于到达了海南。出了机场，我们同一个旅游团的十几个人挤一辆车，摇摇晃晃地抵达了宾馆。我们因为太劳累，所以一到房间，稍加整理了一番，就洗洗都睡了。

吃饭

出发了，随着老妹的声音一起的是我们手忙脚乱的穿鞋声。我们到了食堂，发现一般般，什么自助式，不就几块馒头，几碟小菜吗？

午饭，“额······”我简直不能正常的说话了，这哪是菜，样子就不像，我们的海鲜大餐去哪儿了？我没有食欲了。

晚餐，这就是传说中的“水果大餐”？十几个人一桌，色、香、味都不占的菜，两个小果盘。好吧，这次出来旅游，我算是长见识了。

发现

重头戏来了，我们终于去玩了。我在大巴上两个小时，没发现别的，就发现海南的天气和植物和大陆的不一样。

你看这天气，我们进隧道前还是阴雨连绵，一分钟后出了隧道就成了艳阳高照。回头一看，那小山边还挂着道七色彩虹。

再来看这植物。一棵棵高大的椰子树挺立在两旁，真是随处可见。

游览

我们去了分界洲岛、蜈支洲岛、猴岛、凤凰岛、兰花世界、天涯海角、苗寨……其中，给我印象最深的是分界洲岛。

分界洲岛的环境很好，空气十分清新，在岛上每个人脸上都洋溢着快乐的笑容。我们去潜水了，800多一个人，好贵啊！我们穿上了厚重的潜水服，带着氧气瓶，还要在腰上绑上许多的石块。我十分纳闷，后来明白了，因为带着氧气瓶的我们不但没沉下去，反而浮在海上，要教练带着我们下去。“哇”，咳咳，差点被海水呛死。好美啊，无数五颜六色的鱼在游，许多色彩斑斓的大珊瑚。差一点亮瞎我的眼。我本想带棵死珊瑚走，但教练制止了我，给了我一颗毛茸茸的东西，我吓了一跳，手一滑，就扔掉了。上岸后一问，原来是海参。啊，亏大了。

不知不觉，五天的旅行结束了，我依依不舍的上了飞机，对着那一望无际的蔚蓝大海在心里默默的说了声“再见！”

花开花谢，秋去春来，蓦然回首，离开母校已经快八年了。回忆那难忘的初中时光，心里充溢着幸福而复杂的感觉：既有刚进实验中学时的那份兴奋，也有离开母校时的那份惆怅，还有与2002级3班兄弟姐妹们经历过的酸甜苦辣。

逝者如斯，淡漠了往事，而在桓台实验中学的岁月却永远清晰如昔。想起了自己离开母校大门的那个回头，望着熟悉的大门，望着来往的同学，轻轻叹了口气，带着些许后悔，低头离开。当时的我是个不听话的孩子，整天嬉戏打闹，上课时也经常交头接耳，开小差。当时自己的不懂事，让老师操了那么多心，现在真觉得好愧疚。

每一个学生从学校走出来，背后都包含着老师们的谆谆教诲和辛勤付出。记得当时上课不专心，看到的是语文老师严厉的目光，听到的是任老师、于老师的点名提问。初三时，自己上网、早恋，班主任老师发现后，把我叫到办公室，和我谈了一个早读，任老师和于老师在办公室和我谈了一节自习课。那些没有过多责怪的话语里，包含着老师们无微不至的关怀和爱，现在想来，会让人感动一辈子。这种感动，是无法用语言表达的。

在实验中学，老师们不仅教给了我知识，还教我看到了更高远的人生境界：一个人，可以没有历史丰碑般伟大，但应该有智者般探究世界的悟性并去热爱生活，拥抱生活，创造生活。“好的开头是成功的一半”、“要想成功，先下苦功”、“好记性不如烂笔头”、“学习是一项艰苦的脑力劳动，需要恒心和毅力”班主任老师说过的这些语浅却理深的话让我终身受益。

初中四年，我在磨炼中成长，经历了几次考试的打击，自己觉得该收敛点了，要对得起含辛茹苦的家人，对得起循循善诱、耐心开导我的老师。失败，成功，再失败，再成功，泪水伴着微笑，让我从稚嫩无知走向成熟理智。从开学军训到模拟长征，从运动会到艺术节，从充实的初三到拼搏的初四，我与2002级3班的兄弟姐妹们在中考后带着大家的祝福步入高中。成长的历程有快乐、有困惑，那段难忘的时光里，结交了一群真心的朋友，给自己的人生平添了绚丽的色彩。我会永远珍藏这段美好的时光，它不会因为岁月而流逝，也不会因为日久而褪色。浓浓的思念，幻化成美丽迷人的画卷，画卷中有我一生中最难忘的初中生活画面。

母校已经走过三十年的风风雨雨了，可惜我不是画家，不能将她的最美画下；可惜我不是歌手，不能将她最美的旋律唱出；可惜我不是诗人，不能将她的恩情赞颂。数不尽的回忆与感动，我会用心收藏，作为我最精彩的记忆。

祝母校的明天更加辉煌！

My name is Beth. Im 14 years old, and I study in No. 1 Middle School of

Hangzhou. My school is very big and beautiful. Im very happy in the school.

I usually get up at 6:15 in the morning. Then I do morning exercises in the

playground. At 6:40, I have my breakfast. You can see many students and teachers

in the dinning room. After breakfast, I often read English with my

classmates.

We have six classes every day. The first class begins at 7:50 am. I like

all the classes for my teachers can make the classes lively and interesting. My

favorite subject is English, so I join English Corner every week. I can speak

English with many other students there. Its very interesting and exciting. I

think its helpful for me to learn English well. After class, I always play

games with my friends. We play soccer ball,basketball, volleyball, ping-pong and

so on. They are very relaxing.

I like my lessons, my friends and my teachers. In a word, I love my school.

I find my school life more and more meaningful and colorful. My school life is

wonderful, isnt it?

一年一度的研学旅行在12月18日拉开了帷幕。我们这次要去的是重庆际华园，大家早就期盼已久。一大清早，同学们就兴致勃勃地来到学校。天还没亮，教室里已经座无虚席，平时，可没见大家如此积极呀！

在老师的带领下，同学们井然有序地排队上了车。一上车，大伙儿就叽叽喳喳地说个不停，兴奋得难以自已。还不忘拿出各自准备的小零食，津津有味地吃起来。瞧，我们班的“大胃王”吃得狼吞虎咽，可有劲了！

“呼呼……”咦？大家怎么都睡着了？这么美丽的景色怎么能错过？我才不要辜负窗外如画的风景呢！

经过两个多小时的车程，我们终于到达了旅行基地。同学们一下车就像脱缰的野马飞奔向前，仿佛回到了大草原的怀抱。“立正！”只听见班长一声令下，所有人立刻站好，像一个个军人，直直地站在那儿，一动不动。不愧是班长，真是威风凛凛！

很快，我们在老师的带领下来到了第一个项目基地。我们要进行的第一个项目竟然是和爱国诗人屈原有关的赛龙舟，老师让我们排好队轮流进行。先是女生坐上了充气的“青龙”，接着男生坐上了“红龙”。随着老师一声令下，同学们纷纷卖力往前骑，一旁的啦啦队也非常给力，此起彼伏的加油声将比赛推向了高潮。最后，经过较量，女生组获胜。她们发出了刺耳的尖叫声，声音在场馆上空久久回荡……

依依不舍地告别了“赛龙舟”项目，接下来，我们来到了拓展运动馆。拓展运动馆里设施样样齐全，万事俱备，只差我们啦。嘻嘻，向前冲！

我们挨个脱掉了鞋子，开始尽情地“狂欢”。每一个项目都有人参加。参加完这个项目，又迫不及待地奔向下一个场地，简直就像山林里倾巢出动的鸟儿，这场面太壮观，不敢看。

中午吃完饭，我们来到了最后一个场地，也是同学们最最期待的“冰雪世界”。我们穿上保暖服，整装待发。一进去，同学们就抖个不停，牙齿也开始打架，里面实在是太冷了！我脱下手套，轻轻摸了一下雪。“呀”，太冰了！我冷得连忙戴上了手套。我们开始畅玩了，有的在堆雪山，雪山上还插着几朵小花，还挺有创意。有的在堆雪人，炯炯有神的大眼，加上小巧而精致的嘴巴和一只挺拔如峰的鼻子，简直就跟大活人一样，歪着头，呆萌地站在那儿。

正当大家玩得不亦乐乎的时候，教练说我们要离开了，大家恋恋不舍地依次走出场馆。临走前，我们收到了工作人员送给我们的小礼物，这也给我们的旅程画上了一个完美的句号。
