Nowadays, there are many kinds of activities for people entertaining in their leisure time, especially in holiday, such as climbing a mountain, having a picnic, holding a party and so on. However, these recreational activities have its advantages but also bring some harmful influences to people’s lives.

First, to some extent, these recreational activities enrich people’s lives. 教室的地板是仿实木地板，地板上凹陷的木纹容易藏污纳垢，半年来没有得到彻底清洗过，现已污渍斑斑，是该好好清洁一下了！赵老师预先做了准备，带来洗衣粉和泡沫，给我们一人一个海绵，教我们怎样擦地、清除污渍。偌大的一个教室，我们化整为零，分片逐个清洗。老师把洗衣粉均匀地洒在地板上的各处，我们每个同学都蹲下来，用海绵擦地板。

我手拿海绵浸湿了水，稍微挤一下，沾点洗衣粉，顺着木纹擦起来，效果不错！地板的木纹又 清晰可见了 。我把泡沫翻过来一看，泡沫背面的边上全是脏东西、黑水和污渍，黑黑的。有效果，大家都来劲了，卖力地擦。我心里高兴，快速地来回擦，“唰、唰、唰”，想起一首歌：“洗刷刷，洗刷刷”。地板一片一片地擦干净了。可是，不一会儿，我的腿就酸起来，越来越酸。再看其他同学，他们嘴上不说，看那样子，肯定一样地腿酸。我在心里给自己加油：“坚持、再坚持，过一会儿就会好！”。天气虽然冷，但同学们额头冒着汗，虽然觉得累，脸上却带着笑。大家的心都想到一起：一定要让地板 焕然一新 。

我们先跟着大记者，看他怎么采访了一个人。接着，我们就分头行动啦。其实完全不用担心工作人员紧张，反而我有点紧张。边检站的叔叔阿姨，可热情了，一边给我普及两会知识，一边拉着我拍照；信用办的王叔叔一边送上他们的纪念手帕，一边鼓励我好样的；图书馆的露露阿姨，一直带我们小青芒的，我们可是老熟人了，我从她那儿拿了本《尔雅》，准备回家好好阅读；红十字会的叔叔阿姨看到我，拉着我学习给模型做心肺复苏，人工呼吸……我还看到了传说中的“归庄阿姨”在给老爷爷老奶奶们理发；看到了残疾人姚爷爷，在给大伙儿配钥匙……

一场突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情，让全体国人猝手不及。2月12日，当我还在家关注着疫情新闻的时候，突然接到单位通知，市委组织部号召市直党员干部下沉社区值守一线疫情防控工作，我没有丝毫犹豫，立即报名请战，以一名志愿者的身份火线支援社区防控一线，打响了我的防控阻击战“疫”。

社区防控防什么，怎么防?有没有危险?不让居民随便出入，他们能听吗?带着这些困惑我来到防控点，一时感到无从下手，但，疫情就是命令，容不得我多想。我主动向社区、物业、综管人员请教，出入登记、测量体温、检查证件，每天一遍遍重复着这些相同的步骤，不厌其烦地解释说明，耐心回答各种各样的问题。我意识到，社区防控就是要把这些看似很小的事做好做细做实，才能不让疫情蔓延到小区，这是我作为志愿者的职责所在，也是我对小区居民生命安全的承诺。

社区是疫情防控的最后一道防线，也是落实联防联控、群防群控的关键。我所值守的小区有三千多户居民，常住一万多人，每天外地返回人员、复工人员和车辆混杂流动，防控压力较大。我们按照市疫情防控指挥部最新通告要求，结合小区人员流动实际，分类施策，精准管控，认真检查，详细登记，确保不出任何纰漏。在严格管控的同时，我们积极帮助小区居民拿取快递、搬运物资，提供生活便利。指导复工人员办理复工手续，保障合理需求。随着疫情形势好转，管控措施得力，我们也逐渐取得了居民的赞许和信任，他们很自觉地减少了不必要的外出。

每天在一线值守，看到的是鲜活的人物，感受的是心灵的抚慰!接到任务后，很担心家人的态度，没有第一时间告诉父母，妻子和年幼的孩子都在家，也担心这样每天进出有没有危险。但是，严峻的疫情形势告诉我，国家有难，必须要有人站出来，这是践行一名共产党员初心的时刻，国家召唤使命必达，我必须要上!简单和妻子交代了一下，妻子只说了一句：你去吧，家里有我!让我没有了后顾之忧。妻子每天在家做好后勤，烧饭洗衣照顾孩子，还变着花样做各种营养美食给我补充体力，年幼的儿子称呼我是“战士”，每天给我加油打气：“战士加油，爸爸最棒!”而我每天回到家却要“自我隔离”，儿子嘴里念叨着要我抱却只能将他拒之门外，内心充满愧疚，更觉亲情珍贵。而让我感动最多的是每天面对的社区居民，有对我竖大拇指，称赞我是英雄的大姐，有二话不说，放下方便面就走的大哥，还有进出都对我敬礼的小朋友，他们的理解和支持，是我完成任务的强大动力。学校领导也多次亲临一线看望慰问，及时送来了防护物资，让我倍感温暖，信心十足。我明白，不是我的工作做的有多好，是身边这些可亲可爱可敬的人在默默支持着我，让我有底气有信心有能力为他们守护一方平安。

为什么我的眼里常含泪水，因为我对这片土地爱得深沉。每当疲惫的时候，想想挥戈沙场的白衣战士，冲锋陷阵的公安卫士，临危不惧的社区勇士，内心又充满了爱的光亮。风雪即将过去，病魔终将溃散，待到花开燕来时，让我们走出来，看乾坤依旧，山河不改，在我们共同捍卫的土地上，互道一声：岁月静好——别来无恙!

我们同学一大早来到学校，等着7点50分的“我为学校添新绿”活动的开幕式。不久随着运动员进行曲的响起，我们排着队来到塑胶操场，沈老师先叫各班派一个同学上国旗台讲讲对这次植树节的感受。

一年级同学的讲话令我非常的震憾，一(1)班同学讲完了，一(2)班如果我没听错的话，有一个同学竟捐了430元，太令我惊讶了。二年级和三年级的感受谈得非常好，而且声音也很洪亮，真出乎我的意料了。四年级我自己想是我们班的张芳瑜谈得最好了，她说“希望我们的校园变得越来越美丽”……

当《爱的奉献》这优美的旋律响起的时候，我们的心也跟着沸腾起来，最后，我们把同学捐得钱投入了箱子里。四年级段，四(1)班捐了500多，四(2)班捐了300多，四(3)和四(4)班各捐了700多。唉，我们班这样捐出去太丢脸了，我恨不得让我们全班重捐一次，青青校园可是我们每个人的乐园呀!

A gust of wind blowing, they both feel filar silk cool meaning, both hands wiped sweat on your face. Two "cat" you look at me, I look at you, all cant help laughing up, laughter filled the back of the park.

3月12日是植树节。这一天，天空中的白云犹如扬帆起航的轻舟，慢慢地浮动。太阳公公也暖洋洋地照着大地。小兰肩扛铁铲，小明一手拿着买来的树苗，另一手提着水桶，两个人高高兴兴地一起去公园后山植树。

他们俩到了公园后山一看，哇!人可真多呀!只见三五成群的人们有的在挖坑，有的在填土，还有的在浇水。大家干得热火朝天。小明和小兰也找了个位置，忙开了。小兰先两手紧握铁铲，卖力地挖起坑来。只见她把挖起的土堆在土坑旁边。小明看土坑差不多深了，就小心翼翼地把树苗的根放在大小合适的土坑里，蹲着身子，两手扶住小树苗。这时，小兰又小心地用土坑旁边的一小堆土把放着树苗的坑填平。小明站起身子，拿起水桶去打来了一桶水，将水浇在土坑上。树栽好了，小树苗笔直地站在了土地上。

一阵春风吹来，他们俩感到了丝丝凉意，都用手擦了擦脸上的汗水。两只“小花猫”你看看我，我看看你，都禁不住哈哈大笑了起来，笑声弥漫了整个公园的后山。

on april 28th, my classmates and i went to the park near my school where we took part in a volunteer labor.we got there at nine o＇clock. after divided into three groups, we began to work.

each group had their own tasks. group one planted trees and watered flowers. group two picked up litter left by tourists and cleaned the benches. my group wiped all the equipment in children＇s playground. each of us worked hard.

at about half past eleven, we finished working. though we were tired,we were happy. it was a meaningful day for us because we had done a good deed.

we went to plant trees in daning greenland. as soon as we arrived, we began to work.some were digging holes, some were planting and others were watering. we all know trees are very useful to man. growing trees means saving man himself. we all worked very hard. when the sun went down, we came back home.

although we were very tired, we felt very happy.
