这个寒假，我读了著名科学家史蒂夫霍金的《时间简史》。

读完了全书之后，我脑中一直萦绕着许多问题。宇宙到底有没有过大爆炸?宇宙到底是否曾经是一个无限小的点?宇宙到底是不是在无限的膨胀还是最后会坍缩?宇宙是无限的还是有尽头?到底广义相对论正不正确?人类能否发明出时光机回到过去或是来到未来?人类最远能到达宇宙的什么地方?黑洞到底是什么样的?物质的最小部分又是什么?……

可能这一切一切的问题，你或许现在就能给出一个“满意”的答案，可是谁又能知道，你给出的答案或许就像是从比萨斜塔上落下的那两个不等重的铁球不同时落地的“真理”呢

可能仅仅在当时的情境下被人们所认可，但是随着科技的发展和人类的进步，将会有更多的伽利略站出来，告诉你不是这样的;也会有更多的哈勃望远镜向你展示，原来宇宙真的并不像你想象中的那样，此时你可能会有所迷惑，到底什么才是真理，没有人能给你一个满意的答案，一切都要交给时间。

最后，从这本著作中，我深深的了解到科学上的很多重大的进展都是许多伟大的科学家们不盲目的追随权威，而是有自己的思想和见解，

有时甚至冒着生命的危险才，提出的理论。首先我们应该庆幸自己赶上了这样一个好的时代，有这样好的环境来学习，拓展自己的知识，开阔自己的眼界，培养自己的能力。其次我们应该充分利用这样的条件来努力学习，

在学习方面我们也不应该盲目听从课本上的条条框框，而是应该带着自己的思想，自己的见解。我们也应该多多向老师请教，毕竟老师的知识和阅历还更加丰富的。

同时在校学习的期间我们也应该逐步的走进社会，感受社会，了解社会，这也能更真切地给我们有竞争的意识，培养自己多方面思考问题的能力，亦即创新思维的培养。

身体的不幸让霍金体会到了地狱般的煎熬，然而他却以孜孜不倦的科学精神在自己的地域中缔造了人类的天堂，

这是不幸中的大幸，正如霍金本人自述：“幸亏我选择了理论物理学，因为研究它用头脑足矣。”这正证明了约翰·弥乐顿的名言：“头脑是他自己的住所，他在其中可制造地狱的天空，也可制造天堂的地狱。”

让我们记住霍金和他的《时间简史》，更让我们铭记自己内心深处的感悟。

Many traditional arts are losing nowadays, because some of them have been

replaced by the new machines and the scientific products. I feel so sorry about

the losing arts, in my opinion, they are so classic and their charm will never

fade away. Take my grandma for example. She is good at paper-cut which was

inherited from her mother. But when comes to my mother’s generation, paper-cut

seems to be kicked out, there are less people need it, so my mother doesn’t

learn this skill. The paper-cut art is losing in my family. When I found my

grandma had this skill, I was so surprised and curious about it. I asked my

grandma to teach me this skill. During the process, I found this art was so

great, I was attracted by it. Some traditional arts like paper-cup should be

kept.

World Environment Day is started from 1972, which is established by the United Nations General Assembly for raising global awareness to take actions to protect the Nature. The establishment of World Environment Day shows people’s the cognition and the attitude to the environmental problem, and expresses our human beings’ desire of pursuing the better environment. Every year the United Nations Environment Program proposes a theme, and the 2014 theme of this day will focus on ‘Small Island and Climate change’ and the slogan is “Raise Your Voice Not the Sea Level”.

世界环境日，起始于1972年，它是联合国为了提高全球的环保意识而创建的。环境日的创立展现了人们对环境问题的认识和态度，表达了人们对美好环境的追求渴望。每一年联合国环境规划署都会提出一个环境日主题，而的主题主要着重于小岛屿与气候变化，今年的口号是“提高你的呼声，而不是海平面”。

World Environment Day can be celebrated in lots of ways, for instances, planting trees, doing some recycling, participating the clean-up campaigns and so on. Certainly people can also do something simple, like going to work by bus instead of private cars. I believe if everyone takes environmental actions as a habit, we are doing a big difference for the better environment.庆祝世界环境日的方式多种多样，例如植树，对废物进行循环利用，参加清洁行动等等。

当然，人们也可以做些简单的小事来纪念，比如说不做私家车上班，改乘公交车去上班。我相信只要大家都将这些环保小事当作习惯，我们将会为建造美好环境做出重大贡献。

Last night, I saw the news that a bus driver died of heart disease when he was doing his job, there were many passengers in the car, the driver stopped the car in the sidewalk and then died.

It is so moving, compared to the drivers who drive in high speed, this driver is full responsibility, he considered the passengers’ safe in the first place, he deserves to be highly praised.

In today, people are losing the sense of responsibility, they don’t care many things, which makes them a heartless people. Like when my mother asks me to finish the house work, I have to finish it before I go out to play.

If I give up, in the future, I will take things not serous and be a responsible guy.

If the driver just died without stopping the car, then the passengers would die, what a terrible thing. So we need to be responsible.

昨晚，我看到一则新闻关于一个司机在开车时死于心脏病，车上有很多乘客，司机把车停在人行道以后就死去了。这是多么感动啊，和那些高速开车的司机来说，这个司机充满了责任感，他把乘客的安全放在了第一位上，他值得受到高度表扬。

今天，人们正在丧失责任感，他们对很多东西不在意，这让他们变得无情。

比如当我妈妈叫我完成家务，我必须在出去玩之前完成。如果我放弃了，将来，我会对其他事情无所谓，成为一个不负责任的人。如果司机没有把车停下来就死掉了，车上的乘客都会死，这是多么可怕的事情啊。因此我们要有责任。
