秋天的天也蓝的迷人，蔚蓝色的天空。在深秋晴朗的时节，一尘不染，晶莹透明。湛蓝的天像一望无际的平静的碧海，强烈的白光在空中跳动着，宛如海面泛起的微波润红的娇阳为晴天添加了一抹色彩。偶尔，会下一阵秋雨，秋雨不是春的细雨绵绵，也不是夏的瓢泼大雨，秋雨飘飘洒洒，像一片幕布，无边无际，朦朦胧胧，晶莹的雨水洗净了大地。雨后，瓦蓝的天空被擦拭得更加明亮，宝蓝的天空，朵朵霞云在澄清的天上飘舞，天是那么蓝,像被过滤了一切杂色,瑰丽地熠熠发光，蓝得宁静，蓝得纯洁，明净而深邃。

兔子的眼睛像红宝石一样，当然，我也给我的兔子起了一个名字叫红宝石。因为兔子的眼睛像红宝石一样亮晶晶的。

记得有一次，妈妈带我去散步，我带着我的红宝石来到了公园。红宝石想起了它多年的家，由于红宝石是在公园里长大的，但是他的爸爸妈妈却消失得无影无踪，我也知道兔子很可怜，但是我也没有找到它的亲人。兔子很快就竖起耳朵跑了起来，可能是伤心了，我追了很久才追到。

在中国，几乎每个地方都有自己的美食。比如，北京的烤鸭，苏州的豆腐干，上海也有小笼包、五香豆、梨糖膏。而我，最喜欢家乡福州的美食——锅边糊。

寒假，我们全家回福州过年。节日里，家人带着我去了南后街的三坊七巷。在一家古朴的饭馆里，我第一次尝到了地方特色小吃——锅边糊的滋味。锅边糊的做法非常特别，首先在大锅里放半锅事先熬好的骨头汤，经过大棒子骨的滋润后，汤里已经蕴含了浓浓的骨头香，再加上少许丁香鱼、小虾米和香菇。在熬白了的汤里添上这些银色、粉色和棕色的小东西，如平原雪景一般，再点缀上翠绿的卷心菜，更显朴素雅致。此时，这道美食的主角尚未现身，其色香味就已令人陶醉了。现在，最重要的角色就要粉墨登场，那就是锅边薄片。

听大人们说，薄片的原材料是米浆。待锅里的浓汤煮沸翻滚之时，舀一勺米浆沿着锅的周边缓缓撒一圈。米浆遇热就逐渐凝结成固体薄片贴在锅的边缘，用锅铲将薄片儿轻轻铲下，洁白的薄片便纷纷落入浓汤之中。这时盖上锅盖，稍许煮上三五分钟就可以出锅了。看到这儿我才明白了为什么叫它“锅边糊”。

令人赏心悦目的制作过程完成后，我们终于可以品尝美食了。开吃前，先倒上一点虾油搅一搅，便有了一股海鲜味。将薄片和汤料一起放入口中，只觉得鲜美无比。虽有些粘牙，却不失细腻、润滑，真是让人叫绝的美味啊！有空一定要来尝尝我们福州的这道特色美味名小吃——锅边糊哦！
