三、不断加强专业知识的学习

转眼间已走过了四年的教育生涯，在这四年当中我们进行了校本培训、专业知识学习以及教师职业道德等教育法规的学习，我觉得自己在教育这一行业始终处在不断学习、不断的进步当中，非常感谢县领导能够给予我们这样的机会，同时我也希望在以后的教育生涯里继续学习各方面知识，不断提高自己，慢慢朝着优秀教师迈进。

计算机科学系成立于1999年，当时的师资仅有28人，随着学校的跨越式发展，在校生规模不断扩大，我系的教师队伍达71人，承担全校学生的计算机基础课、我系两个专业的专业课程和各类二级学院的课程，教师的教学任务相当繁重，然而新教师的师资培训、老教师的进修提高都没有完全到位，另外学校跨越式发展目标也对教师提出了更高的要求，师德师风经验交流会心得体会。所以，目前学校进一步加强师德师风建设，提出“立师德、正师风、强师能”目标，以提升师资水平，促进教学水平和教学质量再上新台阶，是每个教师必须认真对待并要用实践作出回答的问题。十几年的教学生涯，我深有体会：做个好教师并非易事。

一、爱岗敬业，忠诚于党

好教师首先必须有敬业精神，要毕生忠诚党的教育事业。一个高速发展的信息社会，信息技术的核心技术是计算机技术和网络通信技术。作为计算机专业的教师要想“传道、授业、解惑”，必需不断学习计算机新技术，改革教学资料，经过自身的教学实践，给学生传授新知识，丰富学生的知识储备，培养学生运用知识解决实际问题的本事。与此同时，教师要有崇高的梦想，完善的道德情操，坚定的信念，顽强的意志品质，来浅够默化的影响和熏陶学生。

二、相互学习、相互尊重

由于受传统教育思想的影响颇深，师道尊严使学生在教师面前往往会失去自我，异常是在中小学阶段，平等观念几乎完全为师道尊严所替代。在教育这一培养人的社会实践活动中，教师和学生不是简单的主体与客体的关系，而是教育主体与受教育主体间的双向交流的关系。向学生灌输平等意识，使他们的主体意识觉醒，并在学习和其他社会实践活动中不断发展其主体性，这是大学教师义不容辞的职责。教师在内心深处确立了学生的主体地位，学生的主体意识又逐步觉醒和发展，这样才能进行主体与主体间的有效交流和沟通，到达教育实践活动的良好效果。

三、倡导民主，做出表率民主是现代礼貌社会的重要特征。

可是，在传播知识、播种礼貌的学校里，却有部分教师缺乏民主意识，有些中小学教师甚至成了“专制”的代名词，可见教师倡导民主并身体力行的必要性。大学教师虽不像中小学教师那么专制，但师道尊严的流毒依然至深，认为学生尊重教师是天经地义，却忽视了教师也应当尊重学生。在教学过程和教育管理中，对学生过多地指责和否定，指责学生学习不努力、生活散漫、胸无大志等等。即使这种指责是善意的、有根据的，学生在内心深处也是难以理解的。因为学生的需求和个性被忽视了，他们的主体地位得不到体现，并且有的批评和指责带有主观武断的色彩，缺乏在相互新生的基础上讨论问题的民主氛围，本质上不是主体与主体间的交流。显然，民主作风是确立和发展学生主题性的基础，是师德师风建设中不可或缺的重要资料。

四、因材施教，关心学生

学生的确存在“好”与“差”的差异，教师应因材施教，对“好学生”关爱备至，而对“差学生”更应加备的关爱与呵护。要倾注全部的爱去发现他们学习上每一点滴的提高，去寻找他们生活、品德上每一个闪光点，加以充分的肯定和激励，让他们感到温暖，增强自信，从而缩小师生间心灵上的距离，使他们产生“向师性”。这样，他就会把教师当成知心朋友，愿意向你畅开心扉，愿意理解你如何学习和如何做人的指导。教师，是学生学习和效仿的榜样和楷模，身教重于言教，孔子曰：“其身正，不令则行;其身不正，虽令不从。”所以幽默风趣的谈吐，得体大方的着装，亲切热忱的态度，扎实渊博的知识，犹如和煦的阳光照射到学生的心灵上，使他们感到温暖、舒畅、简便。融洽的师生关系可提高学生的学习效率，从而产生对教师的信任感，尊敬感，即“亲其师，信其道”。

师德不仅仅是教师个人问题，也是教师群体问题，即风气问题。个人师德不好，虽然有时会在小范围里造成“一个臭鸡蛋毁了一锅汤”的坏影响，但毕竟还只是小范围的事。教师群体如果风气不好，异常是与社会上的不良风气沆瀣一气，其危害性就大了。这时的师德问题就演变为整个教育行业的道德问题，这时的不良师风就演变为教育行业的不正之风了。这些年来，社会上的不良风气对教育行业也造成了很大的污染。

we often focus on building relationships with others that we forget the essential first step: being friends of ourselves. that is the crucial first step if we are to have good relationships with others. how can we have good relationships with others if we dont even have good relationship with ourselves?

the problem might be worse than we expect. maybe we dont like ourselves without realizing it. here is a simple checklist; is there anything you dont like about yourself from these list?

your past

maybe you have made mistakes in the past which you feel bad about. you might be disappointed with yourself on why you could make such mistakes. even if that happened in distant past, your subconscious mind still has a reason not to like yourself.

your background

you might wish that you were born in different family, or that you have different background. maybe you could not accept the fact that you are not as lucky as others, who seem to get whatever they want effortlessly because of their background.

your personality traits

you might have some personality traits that you dont like. for example, you may be an introvert and you dont like it; you wish you are an extrovert.

In the past few decades, our Earth has changed a lot, but to the bad

direction. Among these changes, the air pollutions resulting from a huge number

of automobiles and coal-burning is almost the severest. The severe air pollution

alarms humans of the heavy load we have exerted on Earth by our insatiable

production and usage of automobiles. However, with the deepening of

urbanization, more cars are needed, which will make the air pollution worse.

Therefore, the following actions should be taken. First, we should apply the

most cutting-edge technologies in order to adopt new forms of energy as

substitutes for fossil fuels. Second, try hard to develop possible

transportation means, which are enviromental friendly. So that the citizens can

reduce the dependence on cars. In short, our humans should take responsibilities

for the air pollution and have to find ways to solve this problem.

谢尚威，一个普通人在一个瞬间表现出的精神，带给人们的不仅仅是一个感动，更是对道德回归的期盼。

谢尚威的事迹受到了各大媒体的广泛关注。当天，他徒手救少年的事迹在网络迅速传播，一时间，全国媒体热播、网络热议、百姓热赞，被广大网友称为“最美叔叔”、“冰城好人”、“中国好人”，引发数十万网友的热评。正月初七(1月29日)就有多家媒体来到双城市集体采访了谢尚威。双城市委宣传部部长景丽玲说，先后有200多名记者赶来双城，涉及的媒体有上百家，而转载他见义勇为事迹的媒体有上千家，网络点击率超亿次。谢尚威的事迹成为春节后感动全国的“最温暖的春天的故事”。

事情发生后不久，双城市委、市政府立即组成慰问团，到谢尚威家里走访慰问，并要求市卫生局抽调最优秀的医护工作者组成专家团，先后三次对谢尚威进行身体检查，并根据他的伤情配制了中药、配备了理疗仪;又抽调优秀的医护工作者全力治疗受伤少年。受伤少年已于正月十四(2月5日)出院，谢尚威现在胃里偶尔会感到不舒服，经过复查也已无大碍。

连日来，哈尔滨市委市政府领导专程赴双城谢尚威家中进行慰问，黑龙江省委省政府有关部门也先后派出专人到谢尚威的家中表达慰问。

为了表彰先进，黑龙江省道德模范评审委员会授予谢尚威黑龙江省“见义勇为”道德模范荣誉称号;哈尔滨市委宣传部、市文明办授予他“哈尔滨市文明市民标兵”荣誉称号;哈尔滨市政法委授予他“见义勇为先进分子”荣誉称号;哈尔滨市总工会授予谢尚威哈尔滨市“农民工道德模范标兵”荣誉称号;共青团哈尔滨市委授予他“哈尔滨市优秀共青团员标兵”荣誉称号……

为了激励英模，韩甸镇党委政府送去了2000元慰问金，双城市委、市政府送去了1万元慰问金，黑龙江省委宣传部、省文明办，哈尔滨市委宣传部、市文明办，哈尔滨市工会分别送去了5000元慰问金;哈尔滨市政法委奖励谢尚威“见义勇为”基金2万元……与此同时，社会各界纷纷伸出捐助之手，但都被谢尚威婉言拒绝了。

2月8日，黑龙江省委宣传部、省文明办、省报业集团联合举办了“社会各界学习谢尚威、郭宵歧事迹”座谈会，以谢尚威见义勇为感动事迹作为开端，启动了在全省“寻找身边的美”大型活动。

与此同时，哈尔滨市精神文明办发出倡议，号召市民向用双臂勇接坠楼少年的“最美叔叔”谢尚威学习，“发现身边感动，争做冰城好人”。倡议提出，哈尔滨市民应该学习谢尚威舍己救人、见义勇为的奉献精神，学习他尊重生命、关爱他人的道德情怀，学习他质朴无华、淡泊名利的思想境界，在日常工作生活中发现好人、寻找榜样，“做好事、长好心、当好人”。

谢尚威现在经常在微博上和大家沟通，而最近的一条微博中，他感慨“过自己喜欢的日子，是最好的日子，活自己喜欢的活法，是最好的活法。”
