第一步，是先看问题。问题下面的选项可以稍微扫一下，不用认真看。这样做的目的是快速了解整篇文章的大概意思和考点。也就是说你把题目看完了之后，基本就知道这篇阅读理解在讲什么了。因为有的阅读文章它的写作方式不是“开门见山”式的，往往会先闲扯两句，然后慢慢的导入主题。很多人上来先看文章，一看开头——看不懂，不知道作者想要说什么，然后就晕了头，后面的内容也就跟着糊里糊涂起来。所以我们先看题目，知道全文大意和考点，即使看文章的时候有些地方看不懂，也影响不大了。

第二步，就是认真的把全文阅读一遍，然后做题。

这前面两部，是我们做阅读理解的常规步骤，在考场上，也就按照这两个步骤来就不错了。完成者前面那个步骤，每篇文章需要用的时间大概是12分钟。

但是，在平时练习中，也这样做收效不大。因为只阅读一遍，看个半懂不懂，糊里糊涂的选择几个选项，然后对一下答案。这样我们花了时间，实际上没有什么收获初一学生英语学习总结初一学生英语学习总结。花了很多时间做了很多英语题目，却还是停留在原来的水平。所以说在平时练习中，既然做了一篇，就要吃透一篇，理解一篇，收获一篇。这样即使在某一篇文章上花的时间多一些，效率却比流水一样的做很多篇阅读理解要高得多。

怎么个多花时间呢?

第三步，要对照参考答案。但是不能简单的知道正确答案就完了。对于自己做错的题目，包括那种没有把握但是“蒙”对了的题目，要认真的对照原文，理解清楚为什么这个选项才 是正确的。这个过程，就是再重新阅读文章和理解题目的过程。

第四步，在把问题都梳理清楚以后。我们要再回过头来认真的读一篇文章，这个时候可以查字典，理解一些生词的意思(注意：不要去背诵没有在课堂上学过的新单词!)在此基础上，保证自己把这篇文章的每一句话都彻底理解了。把每一句话的意思和语法结构都要弄清楚。 这样四个步骤下来，我们对于这一篇阅读理解才算彻底吃透吃通了。这样，本来12分钟就可以搞定的一篇阅读理解，可能要花差不多半个小时。但是，这比我们花半个小时做三篇阅读理解的效果要好得多，因为你真正收获了、进步了。按照这个方法，每天哪怕只做一篇阅读理解的题目，一两个月坚持下来，我们的英语成绩必然会有很大的提高。

1.1词汇方面

如果把写英语作文比作建楼房的话，英语词汇在英语写作中起着砖、瓦的作用，是句子的最基本的组成部分，所以词汇是我们高中英语教学中的重点，单词听写是课堂教学必不可少的一个环节，但学生的词汇量毕竟有限，遇到问题时，便会用汉语词汇去补充英语词汇的空缺。

例如：交通十分繁忙。误：The traffic is busy. 正：The traffic is heavy.

她和一位教授结婚了。误：She married with a professor.

正：She married a professor.

英语词语的词义往往比较复杂，并和汉语有着一定区别。这种不同就会会导致学生仅把写作当作一词一句的翻译来做，结果是事倍功半。

1.2语法方面

英语中难点就是时态，语态的掌握。英语中常用时态共十六种，语态分为主动语态与被动语态，语气有陈述语气与虚拟语气之分。不同的时态有它特有的句法结构。如现在进行时态使用be＋v－ing形式来表示。现在完成时则用have／has ＋p．p来表示。一般将来时则用shall／will／be going to＋v来表示。英语中时间意义的表达是通过动词的时和体来加以反映，而汉语中不存在时、体等，汉语则依靠表示时间的副词（如“曾经”、“正在”、“已经”、“将要”）作状语，或利用虚词“了”、“着”、“过”等作补语这一语法手段来体现，动词本身无任何变化。在英语中，“already”和“ever”常常用在完成时态之中，不能与表示过去的时间状语连用。学生常常把上述句子错译成“Yesterday I have been to the park．”“Five years ago，they have known each other．”又如在英语中，我们常常用否定前置来

到了初中，读的多了，才感到语文这潭水的深幽。那小学时看似简单易懂的文章，如今一层层撩开它的面纱，才觉得他的博大精深;小时沾沾自喜的语文水平，倒是班门弄斧一般了。曾引以为傲的书房里那满满的两柜子书，现在也只能找到大半好书了。儿时父母念故事给我听，再大了点，便拿着有许多插图的书看得起劲，到了四年级，便是一页页满满的故事了——想来竟浪费了不少时间在那悠长的故事里。

读林清玄的散文，似是领悟到了什么，却又模模糊糊。反反复复，细细咀嚼，才觉妙哉：文章有些禅味，蕴着为人处世的道理。朱自清的散文却又是另一番风味，我对朱自清的印象特深的是他文章的意境，读着读着似乎也和他一起弥散在罩着月色的荷塘中了。

小时笔法生疏，总是些现话重复着，渐渐的，看多了书，也悟出了些门道来了。读得多了，背得多了，那诗似的句子也便信手拈来。生活中也沾着点书卷气，附了些高雅。当然，现在我正处于一个不断积累的阶段，“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。”我的学习文学之路还漫长着呢!

心之所向，行之所从。一个人内心有了向往和憧憬的目标，行动就有了方向，步履也就不会急躁匆忙。习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中指出，“中国共产党人的初心和使命，就是为中国人民谋幸福，为中华民族谋复兴。这个初心和使命是激励中国共产党人不断前进的根本动力。”5月13日，中共中央政治局召开会议，决定从今年6月开始，在全党自上而下分两批开展“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育。号令已经发出、号角已经吹响，如何坚守初心、更好地履行使命，笔者以为，关键在于用好“尺子”“镜子”“鞭子”三样工具。

坚持一个标准一把尺子，把握目标要求。做任何事情，都需要可遵循的标准和可对照的参考。开展主题教育，关键在于要明确根本任务，把握总要求，达到总目标。要守住“初心”，把实现人民对美好生活的向往贯穿于主题教育全过程各方面，引导全党牢固树立群众观点、践行群众路线，真正坚持以人民为中心;要锁定“中心”，紧扣深入学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想这个根本任务，推动全党深入学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想;要突出“重心”，贯彻新时代党的建设总要求，强化主题教育政治性、严肃性，提升党的先进性、纯洁性;要落脚实干，开展主题教育既可武装头脑，又能指导实践、推动工作，要将其同推进“两学一做”学习教育常态化制度化结合起来，同“应对化解各种风险挑战、推动本地区本部门本单位的中心工作”结合起来，防止“两张皮”，通过干部大学习，推动工作大落实、事业大发展。

坚持一个主体一面镜子，发挥引领作用。古语有云：“以人为镜，可以明得失”。其实，党员干部作为单一个体，本身就是一面镜子，既能照人、亦能照己，利用好这面明镜，对于广大党员干部特别是领导干部抓好自身的教育至关重要。“子帅以正，熟敢不正。”开展主题教育，领导机关、领导干部首先要抓好自身的教育。领导机关要带好头，扛起主体责任，早思考、早谋划，在现有行之有效的学习教育体制机制和党员教育管理方式方法上固本创新求变，将开展主题教育的根本任务、总要求和总目标作为一以贯之的主旋律、主色调贯穿于思考谋划全过程，要在有条件的党组织中按照开展主题教育的要求，确定组织方式、教育内容和推进步奏，敢于第一个吃螃蟹，先行先试;最好的准备是思想上的准备，思想上准备好了，行动也就有支撑和力量了。领导干部对党中央开展主题教育的历史背景、现实意义、安排部署和目标要求都要先学一步，学深一层，做到思想上认得清，行动上跟得起，效果上稳得住。要坚决防止形式主义、官僚主义，杜绝开展主题教育与其他学习教育、与具体工作“两张皮”，杜绝口头上积极落实、行动上却灌铅难行，形式上热热闹闹、内容上空无一物。从抓“关键少数”破题，管住“绝大多数”，使全体党员干部都在初心驱使下，更好地履职尽责。

坚持一份责任一条鞭子，强化奋进意识。邓小平同志乘坐日本新干线时，曾深有感触地说：“像风一样快，新干线推着人们跑，我们现在很需要跑。”当“不忘初心、砥砺奋进”刷爆朋友圈，成为许多干部群众人生之座右铭时，我们才知道，原来奋进已经融入人们的血液里，融进思想里，融入行动中。当前，我们既面临着重要发展机遇，也面临着前所未有的困难和挑战。开展主题教育，就是要教育引导广大党员干部坚守初心，把对党忠诚的初心、为民服务的初心、不懈奋斗的初心体现在每一个日子里、每一件小事中、每一项工作上，把好精神世界“总开关”，扣好人生的所有“扣子”，在奋斗中释放人生激情、追逐家国理想，以奋斗之我、奉献之我，为人民幸福推波助澜，为民族复兴铺路架桥，为祖国建设添砖加瓦，确保如期全面建成小康社会、实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦。
