2.28 星期二 晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

3.3 星期五 小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

3.5 星期一

昨天穿了整天的高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时脚痛得很厉害，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃我坚持足足两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了，虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽下了。今天下午总负责人赫老师给开了个小会，会上总结了一周班级的基本情况，听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，例如老师的表现是否合格，学生课堂表现等等。赫老师用聊天的方式很细心的分析着这些，不仅仅吸引老师们的注意，连所有其他负责老师也不自觉的被吸引过去了，我在一边看着赫老师，一边瞧瞧其他老师的反应。真不知道让我发言的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。不过接手前的这个星期有点像被判“死缓”，哈哈。

3.9 星期三

天正式给学生上高中的课了班上有20几个学生和听课的老师，但是我一点没有紧张。因为可能培训的时候适应了吧上课做了一次单元测试，所以后来我就讲了一节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲试卷时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。自己感觉在讲解试卷时，内容会很枯燥，同学们听着也很无聊，开始在下面做别的了，谁料被坐在下面的老师发现了，把他们教育了一番，可能是我光顾着自己讲了，都没怎么注意下面的同学的反应。这一点以后一定得避免。回顾这四周的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，或者写错了某句话，老师把错误指出来后而无地自容。但是我想通过两个月的实习我一定会越来越好的。

Though my daily life is extremely monotonous, I try hard to adapt myself to

it. Why? Because I intend to be a good student. I wish to render service to my

country.I get up at six o’clock every day. After I wash my face and brush my

teeth, I begin to review my lessons. I go to school at seven o’clock.After

school is over, I return home. We usually have supper at seven o’clock.Then I

begin to do my homework. I want to finish it before I go to bed.

虽然，我的日常生活十分单调，但我却竭力设法去适应它。为什么?因为，我打算做一个好学生，希望将来为国家服务。我每天六点起床、洗脸刷牙后，就开始复习功课，七点钟我就去上学。放学后，我就回家了。我们通常在七点钟吃晚餐，之后我就开始做家庭作业，希望在睡觉前把它做完。

Last summer, intolerable heat, so mom and Dad brought our family went to see the ice sculpture museum.

As soon as we walked into the ice sculpture museum, we felt the chill of the inside, and I knew it was only minus six degrees Celsius. Were just like going into a big fridge. Ice sculptures in the ice sculpture hall are lifelike. It stood the ancient "Four Beauties": Sha Shi, Mochizuki Pipa Wang Zhaojun, Diao Chan, Yang dancing, all lovingly pathetic. The side see also the twists and turns of the bridge deck and handrails, sparkling, shining. There are all kinds of ice sculptures at the side of the bridge. It was found that the eaves of a unique Pavilion were flying, the pillars were beautiful, and the chairs were exquisite, so that people could not help sitting down and resting for a while. Cool air around the body around, make people feel comfortable.

今天是军训的第一天，今天的主要任务是站军姿。我们高一年级七个班听到总教练的哨声以后迅速到操场集合，然后在操场上以标准的军姿站立。现在正是太阳照得最猛烈的时候许多同学的身体很虚弱。但是他们仍能够坚持下来。我想对你们说：“同学们你们真棒”。

到上午十点钟的时候，教练走进教室教我们唱红歌。以前不喜欢听红歌，总觉得这些歌已经很老土了，只适合中老年人听。而今天听起这些歌来感觉完全不同了，当音乐进入耳朵时总能想到那些军人在训练时士气高昂的样子，摔倒了能再爬起来继续训练，遇到挑战勇敢向前，不退缩。真希望自己也能够做到，但我知道我还要努力。

在平常生活中我完全没有吃苦耐劳的精神，一遇到问题时就想退缩，一遇到问题时就想放弃。现在我学会了站军姿、跨立、检查着装，还学会了几首好歌。我相信以后几天的军训中，我一定还会学到更多东西。学到更多本领。

因为奋斗所以进步;因为坚持所以取得成就;因为努力所以成功。以后的学习中我会像在军训时一样努力，坚持不懈，遇到困难想办法克服，摔倒了，再爬起来，不放弃，老师给自己提的意见虚心接受。

我期待着明天的军训，加油，我行的。

今天，是军训第一天。毕竟是一个新的开始。早上，我和伙伴便匆匆地干完一切起床准备工作，来到教室。过了半晌，一位身着教官衣的军人走进来，他的眉毛像大扫帚一样粗、密、杂，看起来有些凶。这位教官让我们马上排完队去操场。虽还是清晨，但太阳已经明显“露出半个头”了。这位教官开始指挥我们排成一个方队，开始教我们一些基本动作。尤其是站军姿，几乎要击垮我了。“脚分开六十度，手放在裤缝那边，上身倾斜一点!”这位教官严厉地说。我们也跟着做，一会儿，一直坚持在即将结束时，我居然眼前一片模糊，最后还是去了医务室。

这次军训还是锻炼了我的坚强，要知道人的潜力是无穷的。

I used to hate others to laugh at me, because I thought they were looking

down upon me. My friends said that I was too serious and couldn’t be made fun

of. When I go out with friends, they always smile loudly and I just sit quietly

in the corner. I want to change this situation, I don’t want to be a outsider, I

want to be part of the group. So I watch many comic movies and start to play

jokes with my friends. I become more active now, when my friends play jokes on

It is a special day today. My mother sent one hundred basket of red

bayberries. I like to eat red bayberries. It tastes nice. When they arrived in

Shanghai, they were still fresh. But most of them would be sent to my mother’s

business friends. I chose the best basket of red bayberries to eat. I put the

rest in my refrigerator. Red bayberry is my hometown’s special product. It is

well-known in china. Many people like to eat it.

8月25日下午，客车到达消防训练基地。军训是高中必修课之一，也是高一新生的开学第一课。所谓军训，即如同军人一般训练，感受军人的生活。老天并无眷顾我们海创新兵们，刚下车，就下起了滂沱大雨，而军训的首项任务便是——淋雨。

雨珠顺着帽檐滚落在草地上，雨淅淅沥沥地下着，继而转大，反复无常。新兵们却仍站地笔直，尽管身上的衣服已湿，紧贴身体，却也丝毫不敢怠慢。磨人的训练正悄然地进行着，在雨的带领下，新兵们终是完成了长达三十分钟的开营任务。

短暂的内务整理过后，身为伤员的我便是在集合地与食堂之间不断走动。集合地与食堂之间步行不过一二分钟，而对于腿脚不便的我来说，却是漫长之路。所幸天公作美，并不在这境况下再添一笔。我早已落了队伍，一瘸一拐地走在道路旁，看着海创新兵们迈着整齐的步伐向前时，我顿时觉得自己是个“异类”，仿佛有无数双眼睛正盯着我，内心尴尬无比。这就好似前去参加晚会的我穿着简单的短袖与牛仔裤，而其他人却穿着华丽无比的晚礼服。此时此景迫使我将脚步加快。军训之前班主任曾与我们说过，此次的教官是最负责任的教官，当然传入我们学生耳中也就变了味，负责任等于严厉凶狠。然“慢点走，没事的，遇见水潭绕开走。”声音从我身后传来，带着丝丝温润，拂去了我心中的烦躁，那双大而深邃的眼睛使我印象深刻，我十分感谢一直陪伴在我身边的教官，在我窘迫之时安慰我，给了我不一样的军训体验。

此时此刻，我手握墨笔，谱写内心的乐章，我虽不能真正参与到军训之中，却也体会到了不一样的滋味。军训仍在进行之中，望海创新兵们坚持到最后，迎接胜利的辉煌!

今天，是军训开始的第一天，可是，就是在这一天中，我学会了许多日常生活之中学不到的东西。

说真的，今天早上还是挺糗的。其实，今早上我可以不犯错误的。但是，不知道是因为紧张还是怎么的，我早早就下去集合了，不过，我很快就意识到了这一点，因为很多人都比我矮，但我记得不是这样。幸运的是，我及时赶到了队伍之中，且没有被发现。

上午，我见到了我们的教官，他看上去很严厉，实际上也是这样的。他告诉我们16个字：学会做人，学会做事，学会学习，学会生活。在军训中，教官先生对我们很严格，他教了我们一些基本的动作，并且亲自示范。不过，上午学的并不多，我们基本上是站好军姿，抬头，挺胸，收腹，双手贴紧身体两侧，直接在太阳底下晒。

被太阳晒得滋味，可真是不好受的，但这又有什么办法，我们必须服从命令，听教官的指挥。因此，我们被晒得难受，满头大汗的时候，楞是动也不敢动。当时，我能感受到汗滴从我的脸上，背上滑下。这个时候，我的感受十分复杂，我很真切地体验到了生活的艰辛，我能想象出那些辛苦劳作的人在做着怎样劳累的事，他们的生活，比我体验到的，更苦。他们都能做到，而且是经常做，我呢，吃一点小苦就受不起了，那不是很差劲吗?不行，我不能退缩，我一定要坚持住。

今天是军训最后一天，在最后，参谋长对着话筒宣布了令全校师生激动的消息：“下面公布军训会操成绩!”我记得，当时我的心跳动得很厉害，俨然人生中一件重大事件即将发生。当他宣布我们班第一名的成绩时，我发自内心地笑了……

我们班是标兵班，是全校的第一名。虽然我没能争取到个人的“军训标兵”称号，但是我曾经努力过。“我们的第一个目标已经完成，开学以后我们将迎来下一个目标：争做五十七中第一班。”王老师又给我们制定了下一个目标，微笑着对我们说。是啊，心中有目标，风雨不折腰。我们要时时刻刻心中有着目标，这样才能向着未来，一往无前!

My family

I have a happy family. My name is Shenzhang Chi . I’m tweleve years old,I’m

from Xiaoshan. I like lion eat, sleep and read books. My father is a teacher, my

mother is a teacher too. They very love me. My father likes sleeping read

newspaper and watch TV. My mother is very beautiful, she likes watching TV,

reads newspaper and drawing picture.

This is a nice family!

Today is my birthday and Im so excited about it.In the morning I put a

note on the table for my mum and it said,"Today is my birthday,dont forget

it!"At school,I got many gifts and cards for my classmates and had a lot of

fun.But I was still expecting the birthday party after school.

When it was time to leave school I couldnt wait to go home.When I open the

door,there wasnt anybody in the house.There was only a note that said,"Coming

home late tonight,mum and dad."I try to call them but there was no answer.I was

so shocked,do they forget my birthday?How could this be!I was so sad that I

couldnt eat anything.I just did my homework and waited for them.

And then,things changed completely.It was about time for dinner,my mother

called and told me to go to the restanrant near our house.When I got there I

couldnt believed my eyes.Everybody was there:my parents,my relatives,my friends

and even my classmates.There was so many gifts and a big cake.What a surprising

birthday party!We had a good time and it was the best birthday party ever.

I have a lot of things to do in my free time. Usually I take exercise after

school.I like basketball and volleyball very much.Sports help me to keep healthy

and study better.I often watch TV or do some reading in the evening.Sometimes I

listen to music for a while.I find it a good way to relax myself.Of course, I

help my parents with the housework at the weekends. I clean the house, wash

clothes and learn cooking.Sometimes I go on a field trip with my friends.We

always have a good time!

Last Saturday--April 28th, my classmates and I went to the park near my

school. Can you guess what we did there?Not for amusement but to take part in a

volunteer labour.

We reached the park at nine oclock. The whole class was divided into three

groups. I was in Group Three.

我们九点钟到达公园。全班被分为三组。我在笫三组。公益活动

Each group had different tasks. Group One planted trees and watered

flowers. Group Two was told to pick up litter left by the tourists and cleaned

all the benches. The group that I was in wiped all the equipment in the

Childrens Playground. All of us worked hard.

每组有不同的任务。第一组种树和浇花。第二组被告知去接游客留下的垃圾,清理所有的长椅。的我在擦儿童游乐场的所有设备。我们都努力工作。

Before noon we finished working. Each of us felt a little bit tired, but we

were happy because we had done a good deed.

中午之前我们结束了劳动。我们每个人都感觉有点累,但我们很快乐,因为我们做了一件好事。

每天经过同样的操场，路过同样的楼房，看着同样的风景，过着同样的生活。一切都那么熟悉有那么荒凉。感觉自己好象迷失了方向，我不知道上完大学后，又该换成什么样的机械班的生活。内心的空虚是什么都塞不满的，我曾经憧憬的大学生活早已消失的无影无踪了，不知道该何去何从，机械般的上课，机械般的作题，机械般的准备考级，呵可真是如机械那样正常运作啊，被挖空的没有喘息的机会，没有反抗的激情!就这样一天又一天，两年过去了，我早已习惯了，也厌倦了疲惫了。有时真想作一棵树。不想做人了，人长了腿，自由了却要奔波忙碌，还是树好，有了根便有了永远的家。不会在漂泊。

“一个人并不能真正改变什么，你唯一能改变的就是自己的命运”听了好多遍了，因为没走过，也以为年轻就有资本。可事实告诉我这就是事实，我抱着我的梦想，逼着自己作不原作的事，学不原学的东西。一切都是为了我的梦想我的家。又是一年春，虽无聊却成长了，学会了很多东西，我可以自己照顾自己，不会再让妈妈担心了，我长大啦!啦!啦!啦!

不知道会不会有人和我一样有太多的迷惑，太多的无奈，太多的彷徨……

我始终坚信只要有希望，生活就是美好的。希望我梦想的哪天终会来临，也希望大家的梦想也都会实现。

时光飞逝，一转眼我已经长大了，可还不是完全的大人，因此我要记下我人生中这最后一段成长日记—我的大学。

I have nine little goldfish. Eight goldfish are all orange and one is

black. I like the black one best. We call it Xiao Hei. Its body is black. It has

two big and round eyes, a small mouth, and a big tail. Though its very small,

it swims fast.

I often feed them and change water for them. We are good friends.

Yesterday, I felt very tired. When I was in class, I felt sleepy and could

not listen to the teacher carefully. And I did not want to eat anything at home.

I went to bed early. This morning, I felt dizzy and my head was hot. My mom said

I had a fever. She took me to see a doctor. He gave me some medicines and told

me to have a good rest at home. It was not too serious. I hope I can be good

soon.
