大学生自身心理弱点是大学生网络安全存在问题的主观原因。由于安全意识薄弱，有些大学生使用网络容易受到影响，成为网络受害者。大学时期属于人生观念形成重要时期，由于大学生们缺乏生活经验，容易陷入主观境地，因此必须对他们进行规范指导，并让其形成自觉的安全意识。

2.对大学生网络安全教育的重要性认识不够

随着信息社会的到来，网络成了大学生的生活必需品，因此网络安全教育也应该纳入到学校的教学计划中。但目前高校的教学计划主要集中于网络的使用上，在网络安全教育上没有教材和教学规划，教学制度也不健全，在高校中没有走向制度化、规范化的轨道。在法律、道德和安全防范等方面缺乏教育，网络安全教育体系还没有形成。

网络为我们打开了许多不知道的世界窗口，人们可以通过网上学习，获得丰富的文化知识;可以通过上网，了解全世界的各种奇闻怪事，同时增长科学知识。更有甚者，人们现在还能在网上做买卖。我的一位同学，就是一个合格的网民，他本来学习就好，而且家庭条件优越，他就凭借着自身优势合理地使用电脑，从不登录不良网站，从不沉迷虚拟世界，只查阅自己应该查阅的东西，来充实自己的大脑，学到了很多在我们同一年龄段学不到的科学文化知识。当时我们都你他是“一台小电脑“。网络给我们带来了很多益处。

当然，青少年中不合格的网民占多数。就拿我们学校来说，治理学生上网是老生常谈的事了，与其说他们上网，毋宁说他们是逃避现实。现在的网络虚拟世界足以让人沉醉其中，为什么学校三令五声地说禁止上网，但总断不了根?就是因为网络虚拟世界太吸引人了，一般人是不能自拔的。电脑中的虚拟世界与现实形成强烈反差，在里面，他们可以结拜兄弟，共进退，共分享，可以做任何他们想做的事情，不受约束。这正是他们所想要的，那或许才是他们真正的精神家园。这一切都罪在网络，如果没有网络，他们怎么能沉迷其中?网络使许多青少年误入歧途，荒废学业和光明前途，网络给我们带来了很多害处。

虽说网络是一把双刃剑，但我认为，使用哪一刃还是取决于人自身，不然怎么会有合格网民和不合格网民呢?所以人们应该加强自我约束力，合理使用电脑网络，自然双刃就会变成单刃。

NO.1 初识网络

在我刚刚接触网络时，是在3岁。

那时我家买了新电脑，小小的我被那个神奇的鼠标迷住了。看着那个闪着光的小鼠标在电脑频幕上一点，就会蹦出来一个个丰富多彩的画面，一会儿是搞笑滑稽的唐老鸭“嘎嘎——”地叫着冲来跑去；一会儿是善良美丽的白雪公主跳着优美的舞蹈；一会儿是不怕困难、聪明机灵的喜羊羊智斗灰太狼。每当看到这些时我就情不自禁的拍起了小手，又蹦又跳。话还说不全的我竟喜欢上了电脑！经过一个多月的“修炼”我无师自通，不但会开机关机、自如地打开网页和关闭网页，更让妈妈感到不可思议的是，我竟然会玩一些简单的小游戏了。

才刚刚3岁的我让妈妈感到惊奇的同时，也有了一些担心。妈妈告诉我，我现在还小，视力没发育好，不能玩电脑。虽然还不太懂妈妈的话，可好奇心浓厚的我依然钟情于那个轻轻一点就会蹦出小人儿的“方盒子”。

NO.2 迷恋网络

渐渐地，在我7、8岁时，我已成为一名“电脑高手”甚至超过了爸爸，有时爸爸还得向我请教呢！

由此，电脑与我结下了不解之缘。随着年龄的增长，我学会了打字、查资料、看新闻，还会玩一些比较复杂的智力游戏和单机游戏，还有了自己的QQ号，没事儿时还能和同学朋友在网络上交流，那种感觉，啊，真美！看着电脑里那丰富多彩的画面，无穷无尽的知识，心里有一种说不出的感受。我非常感谢发明网络的那个人，它给我们带来了多少方便啊！我无法想象，离开电脑，离开网络，我该怎么办？

随着科技的发展，网络内容也越来也丰富，只要你轻轻一点，没有它解决不了的问题。我对网络的痴迷和依赖也越来越重，查资料找它，玩游戏找它，看大片找它……生活中有许多事情都离不开它。我无法摆脱电脑对我的诱惑，我的心早被电脑牵走了。面对我对电脑网络的不正常状态，我们家的首席“总监”——妈妈适时的和我进行了谈话。“总监”说电脑网络是个好东西，是良师、是益友，只要能正确使用它，就能给我带来巨大的帮助。可是里面还隐藏着不可预知的陷阱和魔鬼，有时你不小心点开那些非法网页，就会自动蹦出一些“少儿不宜”的画面，或者侵害电脑的病毒，还有一些暴力游戏和诱惑你不断充钱的游戏等等。所以，为了我的健康成长，我和妈妈共同规定：健康网络1小时的计划。要求除了正常的学习需要，每周上网控制在一小时。

NO.3 邂逅校讯通

直到我上三年级时，李老师让我们每人都参加一个叫校讯通的东东。当我注册后才发现，校讯通就像一个“家”，一个温暖的“家”，一个让我永不舍弃的“家”。

在这里，我认识了很多朋友。有老师，有家长，有小博友，还有校讯通的叔叔阿姨，他们都是我最亲最近的“家人”。每天，不管多累，我都会到“家”里看看我的“家人”，欣赏欣赏我的“家人”发表的，在他们的里和他们一起开心快乐，并写下我的感悟和对“家人”的祝福。我还会参考和学习一下他们的一些写作方法和经验，并用留言的方式留下我的困惑和感悟与大家一起探讨。我有时还用日记的方式记录我每到一个地方的新奇见闻、所想所感、喜怒哀乐，不管是开心的、快乐的、烦恼的，还是悲伤的，我都用键盘打成一行行文字，做成一张张美丽的图片和我的“家人”分享。在这里，我得到了无数从未谋面的“家人”的关心和爱护；在这里，我体会到了成功的喜悦和幸福；在这里，我从一个蹒跚学步的写作菜鸟成长为班级博客之星；在这里，无数关爱我的“家人”激起了我浓厚的写作兴趣，树立起我对写作的坚强信心……

校讯通，让我在电脑网里开辟了一片崭新的天地。它就像一片充满生机的绿洲，在我用心血和汗水的真诚浇灌下，焕发出生命的光彩！

电脑网络，已不再是我玩游戏、看动画的专属，它已经是我生命的一部分，因为它让我体会到了成功和幸福……
