实习准备

一周的时间在期待与担忧中度过。期待即将到来的实习，期待走入校园，走进今天的课堂；担忧将要面对的与老师的交流与学生的沟通。

接下来便是试讲。

在虚拟的教室内呈现自己的教案。由于教案完全是自己一点点构想出来的，备课也就没那么困难。然而，走上讲台，打开PPT的那一瞬间，大脑一片空白，鼠标停在了播放键上，整个人呆住了，连开场白都忘记了，甚至有种适宜的感觉。努力想找一个词却始终挤不出一句话。就这么静立了二十几秒才算缓过来，开始了正式的讲课。一开始讲课就紧张的不得了，课件的内容都讲乱了，在完成开场白和导入后才最终归于平静，完成了整个讲课环节。虽然中间也有几次卡壳，虽然结尾也显得匆忙，但总体感觉不是太坏。

走下讲台的那一刻，感觉似乎是卸下了千斤重担，顿觉轻松，但同时整个人也累垮了。就这十几分钟竟会是这么的累！

通过教案的设计和试讲，尤其是试讲让我意识到凡事都要做十二分的准备，“台上一分钟，台下十年功”真的一点也没有错。对于初入教学的我在今后的实习中一定要事前充分的准备，只有这样才可以保证在课堂上有话可说，否则怕是要中途卡壳或者进行不下去了。

入校

今天，我们在指导老师的带领下，走进了实习的高中学校，这个让我既期待又有几分畏惧的地方。

实习学校给我们高度的重视，校长、主任亲自接待，给我们每个人都选派了两位指导老师，一位指导英语教学，一位指导班主任工作。实习见面会上跟自己的指导老师见了面，校长对实习做了简短的介绍。在这次见面会上，一下子被称呼为“老师”觉得很不适应，好像不是在叫自己，但也就从这样一刻开始我多了一个身份：实习老师。

第一课

听完课后，总体感觉老师讲的很细，好像是在给小学生讲课，每一个单词，每一句话，每一个语法点都一一介绍、讲解、翻译，课堂教学只是在自然中过度，似乎没有原先想的那么完美。以前教育学、教学法课堂上讲的各种英语教学理论、教学模式也并没有在课堂上体现出来。看来理论与现实还是存在差距的。“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”，以往课本上学到的理论还要在今后的实践中融会贯通。

开班会

按照学校的惯例，今天下午最后一节课要召开班会，久别的高中班会不知道在今天发展成什么样子了。

这次的班会着让我震惊，不同于我所熟悉的班会形式，他们的班会由班长主持。首先公布了过去一周的小组量化，倒数的三个组还要唱班歌以示再接再厉。其次，班里还评选了过去一周的“学习之星”和“进步之星”，并且推荐人要陈述推荐理由，最后班主任给这“两星”获得者颁发奖状，这一项于我来说倒是挺新鲜的。第三项，班长对班内过去一周存在的问题，生活上、学习上等做简单说明。班会最后才是办主任讲话，向学生传达学校最新指示，批评存在的问题，表扬表现好的。这才让我有种似曾相识的感觉。接下来是我的时间，受班主任之托，给班内学生讲一下大学生活的美好，激发他们的学习动力，并介绍一下学习英语的技巧和方法。

在准备的过程中，我体会到了教案设计的艰辛，课件制作的不易。但更重要的环节还在后面，那便是真正的课堂教学过程的组织。

对于今天的课堂，我进行了一定的自我反思。首先是课堂有时显得过于拘谨，以致于我出现了频繁的小动作。

其次，板书设计不够科学合理，重难点体现得不够分明、有层次。

再者，课堂用语不够简洁明了。没能针对四年级小学生们现有的英语水平进行相应的交流。

最后，就是发音问题，由于紧张出现了一定的发音问题，这也是基本功不够扎实的体现。

这些问题，只是一些小细节的问题。至于更为深刻一点的问题，比如：课堂设计、师生沟通等等这些理论化的问题，我也没能思考出什么学术性结果，便不想赘述了。这些问题的解决，还需要我更多实践性的结果。

总之，先由浅入深，今后要先对这些细节性小问题多加注意并改善才是。

Keeping a diary in English is one of the effective ways to improve our English writing ability. Compared with other forms of writing, it is shorter and takes less time. It can help us to cultivate the habit of thinking in English. If we persist in this practice, gradually we‘ll learn how to express ourselves in English. 回到家，我兴奋的告诉妈妈：“妈妈你看，我今天可是抓了两条大鱼呢!”“真的?你们可真是厉害。”我故作镇定地拍了拍胸脯：“那是当然，我的抓鱼本事可不是吹出来的。”晚饭时，妈妈做了一大锅美味的鱼汤，还不住地赞叹我们的捕鱼技术，我们开心地把晚餐一扫而光。吃完饭后，我和爸爸坐在沙发上看着电视，得意地交换了一个眼神。这时，妈妈的声音从阳台上响起：“你们两个坏家伙，快到阳台上来!”我和爸爸感到莫名其妙，又有些忐忑。“你看看，”说着，妈妈举起了我们在超市买鱼的小票，“原来你俩忙活一天，是在超市的鱼缸里抓鱼呀!”爸爸拧了拧我胳膊：“你咋没把小票扔掉?”我悄悄答到：“不是说了让你扔吗?”妈妈清了清嗓子，正要对我们展开长篇大论的说教，爸爸眼珠一转，“快，我去拖地，你赶紧把碗给洗了。”我不敢怠慢，连声说好，一溜烟地钻进了厨房!而妈妈呢，背着双手摇头晃脑地念叨着“过而能改，善莫大焉!”，踱着步子来到沙发边，舒展身体，来了个葛优躺，兴致勃勃地看起了电视。

家庭中的趣事，给我的生活增添了不少乐趣，我们其乐融融，幸福无比。

我的一天

I got up early this morning. I cleaned my room. I opened the window and

aired the room. I picked up the paper and swept the floor. Then I made the

bed.

我今天很早起床。打扫了房间。我开窗通了风。我捡了地上的纸，扫了地。然后我整理了床铺。

I played computer games. We had lunch at 12:00. We had fish for lunch.

我玩了电脑游戏。我们在12点的时候吃了午饭。我们吃了鱼。

After lunch we went to the park. In the evening I did my homework. We had

delicious food for supper.

午饭后，我们去了公园。傍晚的时候我做了作业。我们晚饭吃了美味。

I was very happy today.

我今天过的很愉快。

Hello, I today am in Hangzhou. Hanghzou was very hot.

We are in Zhejiang University. It’s very big and beautiful. We study English. It has a lot of fun. We play English game. The teacher Jenny and Sara are kind to us. In lunch, it was very good. I eat slowly.

I think Hangzhou is a beautiful city, and it’s very big. The car was going away. The house study.

I study happily, living happily. So I’m happy in Hangzhou.
