2.28 星期二 晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

3.3 星期五 小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

3.5 星期一

昨天穿了整天的高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时脚痛得很厉害，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃我坚持足足两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了，虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽下了。今天下午总负责人赫老师给开了个小会，会上总结了一周班级的基本情况，听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，例如老师的表现是否合格，学生课堂表现等等。赫老师用聊天的方式很细心的分析着这些，不仅仅吸引老师们的注意，连所有其他负责老师也不自觉的被吸引过去了，我在一边看着赫老师，一边瞧瞧其他老师的反应。真不知道让我发言的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。不过接手前的这个星期有点像被判“死缓”，哈哈。

3.9 星期三

天正式给学生上高中的课了班上有20几个学生和听课的老师，但是我一点没有紧张。因为可能培训的时候适应了吧上课做了一次单元测试，所以后来我就讲了一节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲试卷时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。自己感觉在讲解试卷时，内容会很枯燥，同学们听着也很无聊，开始在下面做别的了，谁料被坐在下面的老师发现了，把他们教育了一番，可能是我光顾着自己讲了，都没怎么注意下面的同学的反应。这一点以后一定得避免。回顾这四周的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，或者写错了某句话，老师把错误指出来后而无地自容。但是我想通过两个月的实习我一定会越来越好的。

Tomorrow is New Year’s Day, my family have had a completely cleaning for

two days. Then my father and I decorated our flat and my mother cooked delicious

food for our meal. After supper we watched TV program. How happy we were!

The following days, we went to the Summer Palace, Tian Tan, North Lake and Xiang . I now know more about the history of China. I also like modern . The  Olympic Games will be held in Beijing.

Later, I went back with my parents by train. I really enjoyed the trip to Beijing

I love my mother best, because she is my mother and she loves me, too. My

mother takes good care of me. Every morning, she gets up early and makes

breakfast for me. Every day, she cooks delicious meals for me and my father. She

knows our favorite. Besides, she often talks to me, so that we look like close

friends. She knows everything about me. My mother’s hobby is reading. She has

much knowledge. And she encourages me to read more books. It’s good for me.

周考已经结束了所有的科目，可是，我发现了以前的知识有许多我都忘了，所以，有时上课我都感觉有些吃力，还有，数学，数学老师讲课速度太快，有时候，这道题还没懂下一道题就给讲完了，最重要的是，数学课速度太快，参考书总没时间看完，只能一到晚自习就拼命看数学，例如：今天老师出的三道题就有一道，我们班还没有多少人能写出。

还有英语课，每当上英语课，我希望老师上课时少讲一些语法，毕竟我们语法没有什么好的底子，初中没有接触过多少语法，现在讲那么多，我们根本就接受不了很多，语法本就是只可意会，不可言传的一门知识。

不过，值的欣慰的是，我在一点点进步。

有人曾说：“人倒起霉来，喝凉水都塞牙，而今天就是我的霉运日吧！”

I have nine little goldfish. Eight goldfish are all orange and one is black. I like the black one best. We call it Xiao Hei. Its body is black. It has two big and round eyes, a small mouth, and a big tail. Though its very small, it swims fast.

I often feed them and change water for them. We are good friends.

我个人认为，因为现在学校抓升学率对老师的考核很严格，所以你的指导老师很难放开，让实习生大施手脚。这个时候我们不能抱怨，毕竟国家的教育弊端并非一朝一夕就能改变的。我们应该自己主动一些，为自己定一个小目标，自己想一些办法去适应，以达到自己的实习目的。 你不能因为指导老师的冷淡就放弃，不能因为指导老师的保守就不认真了，更不能因因为学生的冷淡或是调皮就马虎。现在是你要学知识，是你去求他们，不是他们要巴结你，你就得拿出厚脸皮的精神。我想提醒大家：无论是考研还是找工作，实践证明实习非常非常重要。反正也要花那么多时间，何不好好珍惜一下呢。如果说我们湖大毕业的师范生还找不到工作，比不上一些诸如黄冈师范等之类的二类三类学校，不知大家有何感想。一句话：心高人又懒，眼高手低！

我认为，实习生实习关键在于与学生打交道，与他们打交道是一门深奥的艺术！语文老师是所有老师中最累的。（要批改的作业最多）不仅仅教知识，还教大家如何做人。最令人遗憾的是，现在的教育对语文也不似其他课重视。大家都觉得语文最简单，语文的研究生最好考，真的吗？在这里我不想同大家讨论这个问题。

听语文课，对于指导老师深厚的学术功底，很是佩服，越听越没底气，越听越觉得自己大学四年白混了。后来想想，其实要弥补这个缺陷并不难。第一，指导老师们教了十几年，翻来覆去就这么几篇课文，想不深厚也难啊。

I have a great time during the winter holiday, because I enjoy myself as

well as focus on my study. As it’s known to all, the Spring Festival is the most

important in winter holiday that would occupy much time to celebrate it.

Therefore, I finished my homework first, so that it won’t bother my enjoyment

during the festival. I finished my home work in one week. And I went shopping

with my parents. We bought a lot of things, especially snacks and fruits. Then,

it was the Spring Festival. We had a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve. My

parents prepared the big dinner and I could only act as assistant. The dinner

was so delicious that I ate so full. In the next several days, my parents and I

visited our relatives and friends or they visited us. Sometimes, we went out for

fun together. We children were always the most excited. Now, holiday is coming

这次的英语考试我没有考好，主要原因还是归咎于我平时不够刻苦，没有在英语上面花上足够的时间。

我知道老师对于我有着很大的期望，可是我还是没有考好。对于这点我感到十分抱歉。但是既然犯了错误就要改正，所以，通过考试我也想了很多以后一定要学习的东西。 首先我要改掉考试不细心读题目的坏习惯。有时候我往往看着题目前面就顺手把后面的问题写上了，但是却错了很多。这也许也和答题技巧有关系。总之，通过以后的练习，我一定要在考试的过程之中认真审题，自习读题，把题目看准、看好。时间允许的时候要多检查几遍，绝对不允许自己再犯类似于这样的无谓的错误。

I am a middle school student. I study many subjects at school. There are Chinese, maths, English, PE and so on. Among them, I like English best, because in class I can not only learn how to use the language but also know some foreign culture. Sometimes they sound interesting, for they are quite different from ours. With the teachers’ help, my English has improved a lot. It’s known that Beijing is going to host the 2008 Olympic Games. This afternoon, we play a game called ‘Family Tree’. This game is very interesting. I’m very interested in it. Our teacher’s family is very large. She has many brothers and sisters. But I am unlucky, I has only a sister and I without brothers. But I think I have the best parents in the world. They are very friendly to me. I live in a good family. My grand parents loves me, too. When they buy meat, they will give the best parts of the meat to me.

When I was a child, I can’t undertand them. I want to have bread. My grand father took a bike to Qu Tang. Because in our village there is no ‘bread house’. Qu Tang is far from our village. The hot sun is like our enthusiasm, because no matter how hot the weather is, we still keep on studying English hard.

Today, the chinese teacher taught us some English songs. I like the song which is called ”seasons in the sun” very much. We all lost ourselves in the beautiful voice. Today our theme is youth. After the teacher spoke. I suddenly understand that maybe being young is our advantage, so we must value every minute. We have to do something significant.

In the afternoon, our American teacher is father who is an associate proferssor of English from central college give us a lesson. He told us something about higher education in the USA. I think it will be useful for our future.

On the other side. I felt uncomfortable today. Perhaps it’s a small regret for such a wonderful day. But I think tomorrow still will be rosy.
