很多天以前我们就得到消息，省外一家外文出版社今天要到本系招2名英文编辑。一打听，要求还挺高，不但学习成绩进入全系前二十名，还要在英文刊物上发表过文章。仔细掂量了一下自己的实力，我的成绩是全系第十五，这个条件我符合;至于在英文刊物上发表文章，这个条件就有点难了，整个专业也许没几个吧。去还是不去呢?思虑再三，还是去试试。

招聘会在语音室进行。前来应聘的人数不是很多，也就十多人吧。大概是学习成绩这个条件让很多人望而生畏。面试开始了，应聘者依次拿着自己的简历和面试老师面对面坐着交谈。时间大概是3分钟。在我前面的几名同学，和面试老师的交谈了不到一分钟，就灰溜溜地走了，连简历也没有留下。很显然，他们都被淘汰了。

该我上场了。果然，面试老师一得知我没有发表文章的经历，连我的简历也没有看，客气地对我说了声“抱歉”。然后就招呼下一位了。

睡前总结：也许是第一次参加应聘吧，感觉很失败。毕业求职时发现自己学到的东西并不太多。对没有工作经验的我来说，平时的经验就是很好的积累。我很后悔大学前三年没有好好练笔写些稿子。

前天那场招聘会，被隔壁班的两位英语高人给抢走了，听说待遇还不错。签就签了吧，至少少了两个竞争对手，好单位还多着呢。

在武汉科技会展中心，今天有场“武汉8校联合招聘会”，我早早地买了门票，攥着几天前就准备好的6份简历进了场。其中4份是准备应聘翻译的，另外两份应聘英文报刊编辑。其实我的“硬件”还算过得去——专业八级，计算机三级，还有两次“院三好学生”和两次二等奖学金。找个翻译的工作，胜算应该比较大吧。

会场人很多，我绕场转了两圈，仅发现两家英文报刊在招广告策划，想想和自己的专业沾了点边，我毫不犹豫地把简历递了过去。

对方仔细看我的简历，问了一句：“你是学广告策划的吗?”

他刚才不是看了吗?怎么还问我?我说：“不是，我是英语专业的。我对你们的工作岗位……”“对不起，我们不要其他专业的!”还没说完，对方就很不耐烦地打断了我的话。

睡前总结：今天的收获几乎为零。宿舍小文总结我的失败之处在于跨专业求职。想来也对，跨专业求职对普通学生难度太大，除非事前有很好的准备。今天的失败应该在于没考虑自己的专业因素吧。

11月27日 星期四 阴

谢天谢地，终于迎来第一场针对本专业的招聘会。宿舍的几位姐妹都起床忙于梳妆打扮。我早早地起来，又把自己的简历看了一遍，按求职意向分门别类整理了一下自己的思路。挤进会场后，我先绕场一周了解大致情况，然后有针对性地把我的简历投了出去。

我们专业不过500来人，而整个会场人数足足有一两千。我甚至还瞥见有位同学来自广东省的中山大学。

到底是针对英语专业，让我感觉自己能胜任在场的所有职位。上午我去一家外贸公司应聘高级翻译。面试老师用英语问起了一些有关我家庭成员和籍贯的问题，虽然谈不上对答如流，却也算是表达清晰。后来又和我聊起了今年年初流行的SARS病的相关问题知识，我的语句就开始不通畅了。最后我感觉对方有点落井下石，竟问起了今年诺贝尔化学奖的得主来自哪个国家。我支吾了半天，只好“SORRY”。

还是再试试另一家报社的英文编辑吧。

展位前的椅子上已经坐了好多前来应聘的人。我刚要找个地方坐下，中间一位老师就站起来宣布面试开始。接着发给大家每人一张试卷。要求在半个小时内完成。

我瞅了瞅周围的人，他们看上去相当认真。题目是十个选择填空题和一篇作文改错。几个选择题似乎很简单，几分钟我就完成了。那篇作文是有关神州5号飞船升空的，反复看了好几遍，才找到一处语法错误。眼看时间快到了，我胡乱地改了几处单词。然后把试卷交了上去。

那位戴眼镜的老编辑花了几分钟看完了我们的试卷，当场宣布5人进入下一轮面试，其余的人全部淘汰。原因是只有这5人记得神州5号升空的日子。

为什么平时不多看看报纸呢。这么重要的错误也没发现?下次还是小心点吧。

睡前总结：两个这么好的工作就被我这样给糟蹋了。我发现虽然自己专业已经是八级，但口语什么的好象还不太够用，而要命的是我平时除了集中学习专业知识，对外界的关心太少了。 翻译和编辑两种工作都需要大量的社会知识积累。我败在了平时。

12月1日 星期一 阴

连续两天，华中科技大学和武汉科技会展中心召开了两场招聘会。天很冷，但依然高兴，因为两天的奔波换来了三个面试机会。

一是本市一家进出口贸易公司，我应聘副总经理秘书，二是一家企业缺个策划，再就是市中心一所重点高中的英语教师。我根据自己的优势和硬件，集中对英语教师进行了精心准备。想到面试时多半会要求我上台试讲，我还特地请教了我们的英语老师，让他为我作了特别辅导。

果然不出我所料，那位老校长要我上讲台授课，4位老师临时充当我的学生。好在我提前做了准备，一上讲台，我就着那本高中英语课本绘声绘色地讲了起来。加上我们高中学过那篇课文，我发挥比较出色。20分钟后，老校长叫停，而后就和几位老师开始了讨论。

说实话，虽然紧张，但我对自己的发挥还是比较满意。果然，老校长对我说：“刘小姐，你已经通过了我们的面试，如果你是真诚喜欢这个职位的话，请随时拨打我的电话，我等你的好消息。”说完，递过来一张名片。

连续两个星期了，家里也没好好的打扫，那原本窗明几净的家，差点就面目全非啦。经过“董事长”妈妈的批准，由我担任卫生小助长，主持“家庭大扫除”。

我们经过一些打扮，就隆重登场啦。

看，妈妈拿来了大大型“歼敌机”——拖把，一脸自信的说：“灰尘，你们死定了啦”!看着妈妈的样子，我也哈哈大笑起来。

哇!这下子非出昆虫命不可，我拿来“超级杀虫机”——一把大扫帚，对着墙上的“东方蜘蛛”毫不留情，有一只丑蜘蛛来和我献殷勤，可我不吃这套，忙对它说“小姐，我是女滴，你得美人计是行不通滴，或许您这身打扮，会恶心千万绅士的!悲哀呀”!刚说完，我就来了个“一扫而光”，一时兴奋的热汗直流。

昨天整天穿高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时头痛得像要裂开一样，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃了我坚持“足足”两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了。虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽得下。

今天下午ZUO老师在四班上了节班会课，课上左老师总结一周班级的基本情况。听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，类似宿舍有没有倒垃圾，学生校服是否合格，课堂表现等等，不过班主任要关注的也是这样的方方面面。ZUO老师用聊天的方式很细心地分析这些，不仅仅吸引学生的注意，连我也不自觉被吸引进去了。我整节课都在一边盯着ZUO老师看，一边瞧瞧学生们的反应。真不知道到我接手的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。接手前的这个星期有点像被判了“死缓”，哈哈……

跟这么一个好老师其实压力真的好大，不过呢，天将降大任于斯人也，难得有这样的机会。别的同学还在埋怨没课上，锻炼少呢。按道理，我现在天时，地利，人和都有了，应该珍惜。

会议

转眼就来到了实习的第四天，这两天天气开始转凉了，班上好几个感冒了，来请病假的一堆。看来要提醒学生注意身体。

听了三天的课，还参加了几个会议，收获真的很大。下午的会议是全校班主任会议，在会议上我知道了一些关于学校班级管理在实践方面的知识，比单纯在书本上获取的理论强多了。作为实习生能参加这种全校性会议是件很幸运的事，充分体现了HT中校领导的宽容。

所以尽管今天回去很晚，但还是很开心。

回到家，志哥和志嫂在等我吃饭，很感动。实习周到啦，为了提高自己的英语水平，把知识和实践结合，在学校的帮助安排下，我来到了“瑞博英语培训学校”，开始了我的执教之路。

瑞博外语学校是经教育行政主管机关批准成立的专业外语培训机构，我的实习地点是凤凰城大梨树分校。这里是风景秀美的旅游区，这里有我的汗水和欢乐。

我的实践内容是教培训班的小学生初一英语课程。

虽然我是英语专业的学生，但毕竟没有过教学经验。因此，7月3日，我到“瑞博”的第二天就开始接受相关培训。邓校长真是个认真负责的人，她为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——王老师。在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅！

经过了一段时间的备课听课和试讲，我终于走上了讲台，开始教课啦！

我角的这本教材的特点是单词量大。所以在教课的过程中，我遇到的个困难是如何让孩子们对枯燥的英语单词产生兴趣。关于这点，我在培训时准备的游戏帮了我不少忙。我发现学生最喜欢的游戏要数Simon says 和Snowman.因为这两个游戏学生可以全班参与，有赏有罚，十分热闹。这也是学校里其他老师使用得最多的游戏。

不过，为了使我的课堂有自己的特色，我也想出了几个其它调动学习单词的兴趣提高学习效率的方法。其中最有效的是领读单词这招。每个人都有上进心，都不想被别人比下去，这一点在孩子们身上体现得最明显。我正是利用了这点，在教单词时，给孩子们充足的时间自己练习读熟它们，并让以不同的形式他们轮流领读，读得标准的同学还可以获得当小老师的机会去较其他人，实力相对弱的同学不仅要接受惩罚，还要成为“别人”的学生，这样学生为了可以当小老师，为了得到大家的掌声，一节课下来，几乎每个同学都可以把单词读熟读好。 一个问题解决了，第二个问题马上出现了。经过几次考试，孩子们贪玩的本性实在令我头痛。全班十二名学生，回家能认认真真背单词的人不超过五个，怎么办？在得到几位老师的意见后，结合我班的情况，我终于想出了几个办法！

“瑞博”向来有积分制度，学生根据自己的上课情况和考试成绩会得到不同的积分，不同积分会有不同礼物兑换。本来每位同学每节课最多只能得四分，但在和几位老师商量后，我决定我们班每节课的积分以考试成绩为主，单词全对的同学，根据人数可以得到五分十分二十分不等的奖励。这个新方法一实行，就取得了特别明显的效果。不过，总有几个贪玩的“小懒虫”，从不在意分数。没办法，我只好用其他的方法使他们学习。找出这几个孩子回家后不学习的原因。第二招，为他们量身定计划。举个例子具体点说。我们班有两个关系很好的女孩子，她俩共同的特点就是爱上英语课，不爱背单词。别看她俩关系好，在学习上可是暗暗叫劲儿。每次上课前她俩都会各自找机会悄悄问我要对方的作业看，比一比谁写得好，评语好。我就是抓住了她俩这个心里，为她俩制定了一套学习方案。有一段时间，我会给她俩布置背单词，读课文，背句子等不同的任务，并在第二次上课前单独考她们，再根据她们的考试情况在课堂得分外多加些分数。开始时，她们不理解我的做法，没想到一段

时间后她们不仅提高了成绩，还主动要求我给她们布置课外任务，比一比谁学得好，这点让我很高兴。当然，其他的同学也会有不同方式的加分的机会。

我遇到的第三个问题就是如何和家长沟通。和家长沟通的内容有两个方面：一是学生的安全，二是学生的学习。家长和老师最担心的事不是孩子的学习成绩上不来，而是孩子的安全得不到保障。所以我们一旦发现有孩子没有按时来上课，就会立即通知家长，了解情况。在课间也会有专门的老师保障他们的安全。而当孩子学习上出现问题或取得进步时，我们做老师的也要及时和家长取得联系，让他们能够及时掌握孩子的情况。每次和家长交流前我都要仔仔细细地想一遍一会儿和他们说什么如何说，尽量做到落落大方，表现得成熟些，免得让家长对自己对学校不放心。

近一个月的实践经历告诉我，要想把课讲好，在课前必须做好充分的准备。熟记每个知识点，熟悉每篇课文，校准每个单词的发音，精心安排课堂的每个环节...... 不过，要想使学生从心底里喜欢上你的课，喜欢上你这个老师，我们要做的就不只这些啦。所以我一有时间就和他们聊天，做游戏，了解他们的性格喜好在学校的学习成绩甚至是家庭状况，和他们建立宝贵的友谊。看到我的学生真的把我当成了自己的朋友，有什么好吃的会拿来和我分享，有好玩的游戏会叫上我一起玩儿，甚至会把喜欢的玩具送给我，我觉得自己成了世界上最幸福的人！ 教师是个力气活，劳力，劳脑，又劳心。教师也是良心活，教得好坏多少，得用心中的那杆秤来衡量。当教师还得讲策略，要想教好学生，要想学生信服自己，必须和他们交友，不断琢磨学生的心理，才能做到。

有过同样经历的几位同学曾告诉我，她们当了十几天的教师就开始厌倦这份工作了。可是，我觉得我的教师瘾还没过够呢！虽然在这个过程中我累过烦过也抱怨过，甚至有几次我做梦梦到的都是那帮让人省不了心的孩子。可我觉得为他们付出值！ 每当站在讲台上,被一双双纯净的眼睛聚精会神地望着时,作为一名教师的价值感和成就感就油然而生了。

我真心地感谢学校给了我这次实践的机会。在这个过程中，我得到了很多，也进步了很多。能够将自己在学校所学的知识运用到实践是我最大的收获!当然，在教学过程中我还有好多地方做的不够好，多希望以后还会有这样的机会，让我弥补一下心中的遗憾。借住在志哥志嫂家已经很麻烦他们了，现在还要等晚归的我吃饭。晚饭是吃火锅，好开心。志嫂饭后还把没吃完的食材拿来下粥，她手艺很好煮得特香。

好像实习以来我碰到的事情都是些好事情，其他同学一定很羡慕这么多好人在我身边守护。LUCKY！正式接任班主任首要的工作，便是在最短的时间内认识整个班的学生，以及阅读他们的周记。

周记，可能更多地带有作业的性质，然而，在仔细阅读每一个学生的周记后，我发现确实很多人写出了他们的心声，写出了他们的思考。

九十后，是目前被谈论最多的一代，也许是他们的风格与社会的传统相悖，也许是他们的叛逆心理比较严重。我们不难看到整个社会对他们的关注和担忧。很多人说九十后“少年不识愁滋味，为赋新词强说愁”，而我通过他们的周记中看到的是另外一面，他们真的感到孤单，很多源于父母甚至社会对他们的不理解。

现在很多言论都批评他们肤浅，我觉得写这些评论的人根本就没有深入地去理解他们（当

然我也是）。他们有他们的深刻，九十后思考问题的方式和方向可能跟我们以前认为的常理格格不入，因此他们总被迫使着前进。为什么我们总要用自以为是对的东西去规范他们，而不去理解他们的方式？其实是因为我们比他们还懦弱，不敢随意地去更改已经规定了的东西。

他们并不是只会玩的一代，并不是懒散、无知、无所忧虑的一代。相反，他们思考的很多，他们的忧虑很多。在他们的周记中，这些语言真实地反映了他们的心思：“高中的课程让人窒息，早知道就去读中职了，反正路是已定了的……”“四中真是变态，条条框框那么多，而且都是鸡毛蒜皮的规定……”“我以前总以为没有人关注我的，我是被遗忘的。想不到今天居然有人注意了我……”“普通班的注定是低人一等的，给人当垫脚石。尖子班的就算矮子也变高了，然后把你踩矮。可恶的是他们打篮球，可以犯规犯到裁判看不见，他们的素质根本没有他们成绩高……”“刚上高中，第一周的两次测试惨不忍睹，以后要加油努力了，不能这样下去……”……

一边看他们的周记一边思考。虽然他们是九十后，语言里带着诙谐稚嫩与不成熟，但是他们并不是没有想法，并不是不深刻，就像读者里一个九十后写的：你们无法理解的深刻……说实话，我在四中的感觉就是——急迫。记得当时我读高中的时候根本就没有这种被压着的感觉，气氛是轻松自由的，照样有很多人进了重点大学，而今这样的情形，也没见他们的重点率高了多少。每天九节的课程量，一节四十分钟，加上早读，放学一大堆的作业，这班九十后每天的一举一动基本上都被框得“有条不紊”。他们每天就按着这样的行程机械地运作着，真的没有一点空间，一点自由发展的时间。除了课程外，学校的条条框框真的是多不胜数，规定小到学生的指甲长度，头发的发型，等等。流水线作业本来是工业生产的一个伟大进步，如果运用于人，运用于教育，是怎样——我们把人当罐头生产了！

知道为什么雄鹰能飞那么高吗？因为在它们破壳而出的时候，展现在它们面前的是一片最广阔的天空。没有谁规定它们应该怎么飞，没有谁规定它们不能去搏击闪电乌云…… 九十后，他们的潜力是巨大的。举个例子，特别是九十后中的男孩子，他们基本上都是游戏高手，而这正是几乎为所有家长跟大多数老师鄙视的。在小小的一个方寸大小的游戏机上，几乎在一两秒内，要同时操控几个按键，画面的切换飞快，眼睛要关注对手的反应，还要做出反击，这些都是在同时进行的。试问，这样的反应速度和判断力，没有很高的智商，能做到吗？家长老师所鄙夷的，是他们没有从另一个角度去看待问题。为什么九十后的潜力会被

忽视呢？问题是我们的引导方式错了，我们的观念错了，我们抛不掉对好学生的评判标准。

九十后这个群体，需要我们更多的正确关注，需要我们走进他们的世界，理解他们。英语教师实习周记 这一周，从学生转型到老师，我感触极深，获益匪浅。面对第一次上台授课，既期待也有少许紧张。为了上好第一堂课，紧紧一个版面的内容，却奋身备课到凌晨一点！第一堂英语课，大获好评。第二堂信息技术课，班主任石老师微笑的对我竖起大拇指。

I went to the home for the aged with my friends on July 30th. As soon as

the eldly people saw us, they were all happy. 1.We sang songs and danced for

them. Then we helped the worker clean the rooms and washes the clothes. They

praized us a lot and said that we were good boys. Although we felt tired, we had

a good time.

It was a sunny day today,when I got up in the morning,I decided to see my

grandparents.so I took the bus got there at noon,they were happy to see me,and i

was very happy,too.

In the afternoon,my farther asked me to help him water the plant,and I was

happy to see the flowers smiling in the wind.

In a word,today is a unforgetive day.because I saw my relatives helped

people.

Yesterday, I decided to go outside for picnic, but unfortunately, it

suddenly rained.I felt very disappointed, but I knew one thing: next time, when

I decide to do something, I should pay attention to the weather

forecast.Finally, I had to change my mind, and I had to stay at home all day

watching TV and reading books.I like sunny days very much, and I dont like

Last night ,I dreamed I became a very beautiful brid.I dreamed that I was

in a forest. In tht forest,there were a lot of animals.Then,an old bird told

us,"we have a very beautiful forest,we should therefore protect it from

pollution."All the animals agreed with him.

But the second day,people came into our forest.Many animals were caught.The

people wanted to build house and parks in our forest.Many old trees were

felled.And then suddenly,nothing was left standing.

I was so shocked and then I bursted out crying.I woke up at midnight.It was

only a dream.

Next week I would like to go to Kaifeng and parents. Kaifeng has many great

snacks， such as steamed buns， sesame seed Gaul. Kaifeng also on the famous

Qingming River Park， I think it has to be very beautiful. My parents will be

opened to see my uncle and live in his house one night.
