The Advantages of Travel Alone

I like to travel to different places, I can see the beautiful scenery and get to know the different cultures. My friends and I always travel together, we make many plans in advance. But the plans will always be interrupted by all kinds of unexpected incidents, like the bad weather, the holiday being cancelled, so we have to spend another time to wait for the trip. Traveling alone can ignore these problems, I can go to travel whenever I want, I just need to pick up my backpack, and then buy the ticket. Last summer I spent a two-week vacation at my aunts place. My aunt lived alone in a mountain village, with a small river winding its course everyday.

One morning I went fishing in the river, where two women washed clothes. I fimnd a most favorable point. Casting out my line I waited anxiously for a bite. Suddenly there came a cry: "Help! Help!" I looked in the direction of the call and saw a boy falling into the river. Throwing the fishing pole, I dashed over like an arrow, jumped into the river and swam very quickly towards the boy. Back to my fishing place, I fimnd my fishing pole floating on the water. I managed to get it. But to my great surprise, there was a big fish on the hook.

I often go to see my grandma grandpa during my summer vacation.They are both seventy years old live in the country happily. Summer view of the countryside is very beautiful. I can do many interesting things there. I am used to getting up early in the morning, breathing the fresh air,listening to the birds singing, enjoying the green trees, red flowers the river. I like fishing with my friends. When night comes, I sit under the tree with my grandma, listening to her telling me many funny stories. And I tell her some new things happening in the city. Everyone always has a good Sunday. On Sundays， everybody does some things what he like.

Last Sunday， Jack had a relaxing Sunday. He got up 6 o’clock. After breakfast， Jack played basketball with his friends. They were very happy. Then he played the guitar in the room. Korea is a country that famous for its beach, culture, even their products. Luckily, I had a chance to go to Korea last year.

When I got Korea, it was night. We went our hotel. To our surprise, the hotel was so beautiful and nice, the room was comfortable and the food in the restaurant was also delicious.

The most famous palace in Korea Gyeongbokgung Palace. It is spectacular and it is too big that we spend 5 hours finishing visiting this place.

We also try the Korea food. But I dont like it, it was always made of vegetables and seafood, with a little salt and oil, but my mother said it is healthy.

The shopping mall in Korea is big, very big. The Lotte shopping mall is the biggest one with almost all kinds goods in it. We bought many nice things.

I enjoy myself during this trip. If I can, I want to visit there again.

i first read this book when i was in my fifteens. and now i remember it just as well as if i had read it yesterday.

my first impression of this story was from screen.

its long long ago, maybe before i can read english books. i dont remember which movie edition i had seen. but i was impressed by the music, the scenery and the costume. i was very favor of a section of music in its balls. its pretty brisk, liked a wonderful song of a bird. regarding to the characters, i liked elizabeth, the heroine,though i didnt think shes beautiful. but shes smart. however, i didnt pay much attention to the plot. i thought its so long that it made me impatient and bored. by now, i havent read the whole story in english or its chinese version, either. i owe it to my prejudice.

this year‘s summer vacation was most enjoyable. i spent fifteen days helping my grandparents doing farm work in the countryside， where i saw mountains fields covered with green plants. sometimes i went swimming in the river to the west of the village， the water in which was quite clear.

In the afternoon,I ride my bicycle in the JIANGSU UNIVERSITY.At first,I ride18km/h,but soon I ride 22-25km/h,and then I start to speed up.About 10Minutes,I keep my velocity27-28km/h,keep it a long time,so it makes me feel very tired and thirsty.But I also feel excite. It’s so Furious. Feel the joy brought by speed. Especially when the velocity is 30km/h or faster.Also it’s the reason of why I love cycling.

I ride 16km ,use about30-40 Minutes. Cycling can exercise my leg muscles.At the same time it also can exercise my endurance.So it’s a very good exercise.And it’s to me--the half of my life.Maybe someone think it’s exaggerated.But it’s ture.
