教练让我们排成一队，然后发奖品了，教练走向我，把奖品给了我，说：“虽然你没有好的表现，但你有远不服输的精神。”我向教练鞠了一个躬说：“我永远不会忘记的。”说完就和教练说“再见”了。

这真是一个难忘的军训呀!

Everything is new to me, new class, new teachers and new classmates. My

classmates are all good students and they can speak English well. I think I can

learn a lot from them, and I can make friends with them.

The teacher from china is full of emotion when giving a class. And her

class is very interesting. To my surprise our foreign teacher can speak chinese

very well, but in my opinion, her class is a little boring. She should have made

the class more active.

Compared to my school, Zhejiang University seems so big that it takes us a

few minutes to commute between the classroom and cafeteria.

嘿!你说军训累不累?你说我们的教官会不会很凶?军训前的一个晚上，同学们在教室里讨论的全是军训这个话题。到了第二天早上，每个人都是既紧张又激动的。我们穿上迷彩服，排成整齐的队伍来到操场上，迎接我们的是一个又高又胖的教官。在以后的几天里，我们顶着烈日，在站军姿里学会了坚持不懈、持之以恒;在向四面转体、在三大步伐(齐步、跑步、正步)里学会了团结协作、患难与共;在整理内务中学会了独立自主，还认识到了一屋不扫，何以扫天下的大道理。虽然同学们从开始的兴致高昂变成后来的叫苦连天，但是其中也充满了欢声笑语。

在最后那天的汇报演出中，我们班以军训汇演一等奖的成绩回报了教官，在最后走的时候，同学们都热泪盈眶，泪水中包含了这几天的酸甜苦辣，但更多的还是对教官的不舍。虽然只有短短七天时间，但留给我们的东西却很多：学会自信、人要有韧劲、要会吃苦耐劳、要独立自主……七天，那是一个多么短暂而漫长的日子啊!

吃得苦中苦，方为人上人，在以后的学习生活中，我依然会严格要求自己，我将会一往无前，永不退缩!

时间如白驹过隙，转瞬即逝，不知不觉已来到了军训的第四天。

一切是有条不紊的在进行着，如白开水一般平淡，自然而又舒服。或许真的是因为观念的力量吧。在军训之前的我们过着无忧无虑的生活——日上三竿刚刚起床，于是早饭与中饭再也没有什么具体的概念。游戏，电影，天天上演着同样的戏码。这是我们所认为的幸福的生活，这是一个看似无懈可击的观念。可是，家长在耳边唠叨，难道，是我们错了吗?

已有四天。5：30起床，之后是紧张而紧促的训练。我们戏言，连洗澡都像是在打仗似的。不知什么时候，一开始的娇气，会晕倒，到现在的各个雄赳赳，气昂昂;不知什么时候，一开始的偶尔顶撞变成现在的绝对服从;不知什么时候，对饭菜的抱怨变成了现在的习惯性的吃完所有的菜;不知什么时候，每天早上对着没有干的衣服早已没了惊讶，而是微笑的接受。不知什么时候，身边的一切事都变得自然而然，没有任何的突兀。

这一天过的真充实，虽然有点苦和累，但是苦中有乐。我喜欢这样的生活。

10月27日，我们去黄埔军校军训了。

一大早，我们就到了黄埔军校了，哇!好多人都在这里军训，有小学生，中学生，大学生，还有成年人呢!

教官带我们来到军训地点，教了我们几个简单的动作，军训真难受啊，才学几个动作就全身冒汗了。

转眼中午了，教官待我们去吃饭，餐厅里的食物真美味极了，但是教官说“开始”才能吃，这下我急了，午饭时间已经过去了，本来要求吃饭的时间是11：30--12：00，可是现在已经12：27了。

教官说：开饭!我就狼吞虎咽的吃了起来，10分钟过去了，教官说：停止!餐厅里马上变得鸦雀无声，我越来越觉得这里像地狱一样，弄得我哭笑不得。

下午令我印象最深刻的是：蹲下，起立，为了训练我们的自控能力，教官让我们站好，如有一人动了，那就要罚100个蹲下起立，要怎么做呢?让我来教你们吧!

首先把双手抱头，脚微微张开与肩同宽，背挺直，然后蹲下去，OK!一个蹲下起立完成了。

I have stayed in Shanghai alone for a week. It’s time for me to go to my
