水是冰冰的、凉凉的，好爽啊！这么热的天泡在水里真舒服！旁边有个哥哥把头也埋进水里了，过了一会又从别的地方出来了。我觉得哥哥好酷哦，也想学，于是也把头埋进水里，结果呛了几口水，也不知道自己是怎么从水里出来的，吓死我了。也把在一旁的妈妈急坏了。

玩了一会我们就回家了。一路上妈妈告诉我，玩水有危险，学游泳也不是那么容易的，要有游泳教练来教才行，可不能乱下水。我点了点头，今天虽然吃了一点小亏，可我还是勇敢的小小男子汉，妈妈还打算给我报个游泳培训班，让我也学会一门求生技能，我开心极了！

我从小就非常想学游泳，今年暑假，妈妈终于给我报了名，我可高兴了，这可是我第一次学游泳呀!

进了游泳池，老师先让我们再岸上做动作锻炼身体，有扭_、扭腿、扭腰、扭头、扭胳膊、扭手腕......然后老师把我们分成大、中、小三个游泳班，我被分到了小班，老师说：“在小班要学会闷水，就是把鼻子、嘴巴闭上，浮在水上，就算你过关了。”我想这还不简单吗，不等老师的哨响，我就迫不及待的跃入水中，把头往水里一塞，就开始闷水了。开始，我怎么浮也浮不起来，后来我发现，原来肚子里的气太少了，这一次，我大大的吸了一口气，往水里一塞，果然浮了起来，我又多练了几次，老师觉得我会闷水了，就把我调到中班了。

在中班，老师教我们学蛙泳，我们现在岸上做动作，老师把手上的动作分成了几个小细节，先把双手合起来，向外面伸开，再用手向后使劲一划，手心向下，最后再往前伸，再向前伸的时候，把手背反过来，手上动作便做好了，老师又教我们脚上动作。先把脚伸直，两脚分开，往后缩，再把两脚向外翻一点，向后伸，在伸的过程中要把腿伸成一个圆形，蛙泳动作才算做好了。下水后，我先带好游泳镜，用脚一蹬地，双手使劲往后划，双脚使劲向后蹬，游了三四下，我就没劲了，站起来吸了一口气，继续向前游，游了三四圈，中班老师觉得我游的好，便把我调到大班去了，可大班老师看我还差一点，又把我送回了中班，我就像一只泄了气的皮球，垂头丧气的又回到了中班，老师对我说：“如果动作再熟练一点，你一定能到大班去。”我听后高兴极了。

以后我一定要好好学游泳，争取以后能到成人区去游泳。

星期六的下午，我来到悦读=读书房，看见老师的桌子上放着一个盆。盘里放着一颗鸡蛋，一双筷子、一包盐。我觉得很奇怪，心想：“老师是不是在教室里做饭呢？”老师说。：“今天我做一个奇怪的实验，盐水浮鸡蛋。”我们都很好奇。

开始做实验了。老师拿了一个水壶，把开水倒在盆子里，然后又把鸡蛋放进去。老师左手拿着盐，右手拿着筷子，一边搅拌一边倒盐。一分钟过去了，鸡蛋还没浮上来。有一同学说：“老师，您是不是在吹牛？把开水倒进去了，鸡蛋是不是煮熟了呢？”老师这才明白，开水倒进去了，鸡蛋不就熟了嘛？第一次实验失败了。老师舀来凉水，倒进盆子里，拿来了一颗鸡蛋，重新做实验。老师把鸡蛋放进盆子里，一手拿着盐，一手拿着筷子，一边搅拌一边放盐。一分钟过去了，鸡蛋果然浮起来了，老师让每位同学按鸡蛋，按下去一松手，鸡蛋就浮上来了，真有趣！就像一个不倒翁，第二次试验成功了！

刚放暑假，妈妈就带我到游泳馆学游泳。刚到游泳池，看到深深的水，再想起去年学游泳时被呛到，我心里就害怕。这时张教练走了过来，和蔼地说：“果果，放轻松，跟着我的步骤一定可以学会的。”

就这样，我开始了第一节课。张教练教我学憋气。先张开嘴吸一口气，把头慢慢沉到水里憋住气，等教练数完了数再出水，这样来回练了几次，我就学会了。

学换气时，在岸上模拟我很快就学会了。可是，当真正进泳池游的时候，我一下子就紧张起来。教练在旁边耐心地鼓励我“不要怕，你一定行的”，我紧张的心情得到了舒缓。我深吸一口气，告诉自己一定可以的。经过几天的反复练习，我终于学会了换气。

现在，我可以像鱼儿一样自由自在地游来游去，也懂得了“世上无难事，只怕有心人”的道理。

一“喝水记”

那天妈妈带我到儿童游泳池学游泳。

到了里面，我站在岸边看着池里的人像小鱼一样在水中穿梭，羡慕极了。穿上游泳衣，一下台阶，就感到刺骨的冷，冻得我哇哇乱叫，教练让我转几圈适应一下水温，过了一会儿，我要开始练习憋气，可看似容易做却难，我的头就是不能全沉下去，“狠心”的教练把我的头按进水里，看来我只有喝水的份了……喝了几口水之后，我居然学会了。

二“学游泳”

我全神贯注的听着老师讲蹬腿。嗯，看来我也有游泳天赋嘛，一下就登出老远。我今天的任务是等到第三条线，嘿！小菜一碟，可是，我经常蹬到第二条线，只差一点，真是急死人了！但是我没有放弃，不停地尝试，终于“功夫不负有心人”我一口气登到第三条线，我成功了！

三“奇迹”

这是一个阳光明媚的上午，我来到游泳池，也许是因为太急躁，后脑勺撞到了栏杆上，真倒霉。但是没想到“塞翁失马，焉知非福”这一下好像把脑袋撞清醒了，好像来了灵感似的，“嗖”的一下游到了对岸。

今天出了奇迹，妈妈告诉我这是水到成渠的结果，但我却很开心。

四“凯旋毕业”

游泳课结束了，我也可以像小鱼一样在水中穿梭，终于可以凯旋毕业啦！

The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget

about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer

vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over

all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a

better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of

exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. It

stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation

time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.

暑假的一天，太阳火辣辣地靠着大地，一点风也没有，热得让人喘不过气来，妈妈说：“这么热的天，到水中才好玩呢，我们去游泳吧?”我一听高兴地叫起来说：“好呀，真是太好了。”我们带上游泳衣就出发了。

到了游泳馆，人很少，可能是我们来得有点早，这样也好，我可以专心地学游泳了。我们换好游泳衣，妈妈说：“学游泳不能着慌，憋住气，手和脚一齐划水，别害怕，有妈妈保护你。”我

憋住气，浸入水中，很快我的脚踩不住地了，我紧张极了，本能地手脚用力扑腾，身体居然浮了上来，妈妈冲我伸出大拇指。我在妈妈的鼓励下，挑战自我，不一会儿就学会了游泳，还要和

妈妈比一比谁游得快，我再也不是“旱鸭子”了。

今后，在炎热的夏天我可以尽情的在水中游泳了，这是多么令人开心的事呀?

今年暑假，我参加了浦东新区组织的游泳培训。经过十次的练习，我基本学会了游泳。回想起整个学习过程，有太多的事情给我留下了许多难忘的印象。

记得第一天中午吃完饭，爸爸就带我去金仕堡学游泳。虽然天气十分炎热，但我的内心却激动不已。

一到那里，伙伴们就已经排起了长长的队伍。终于轮到我了，我连忙拿着篮子和背包进了女更衣室。我先拿出泳衣，穿好，再把泳帽和泳镜带好，和同学们一起走到老师指定的位置集中，依次签名、打钩。不一会，我们的教练出现了。他年纪轻轻，中等个子，皮肤是米白色的，有一双闪亮的大眼睛。

开始学游泳了，教练先教我们做深呼吸，然后给我们做起了示范。只见老师先吸气，再把嘴闭住，把头放入水中，过了一分钟，就抬起头，把气体吐出。老师做完示范后，让第一位同学先上去做，然后依次练习······有的同学做得很好，但是有的同学却很怕水，只能在老师的鼓励下勉强完成。

我们就这样一点一点地学，认认真真地练习，从不敢下水到最后可以在水中像青蛙一样自由自在地游来游去。十次的刻苦训练，在不知不觉中就结束了。

这次游泳的学习，是我在这个暑假中做过的最快乐的事情！

实验开始了，我们首先把装了水的玻璃杯放在桌上，然后把鸡蛋放入水中，鸡蛋就像跳水员一样“扑通”一声跳入水中，它就像木头一样沉入水中。接着我们把盐倒入杯中，再放一勺盐在水中，可鸡蛋没什么变化，我们又加一勺盐水里就像下了一场小雪，鸡蛋在水里微微动了一下而已。还不会游泳，那怎么办呢？我心想着。我就用筷子搅拌了一下，鸡蛋飘上来一点，就又笨重的落下去。接着我们把五勺盐都加了进去，用筷子搅了搅，鸡蛋就在中间跳起来芭蕾舞。哈哈，即将成功了，最后我们加了十勺盐，水变得非常浑浊，像刮了暴风雪，但仔细一看，鸡蛋的头已经浮在水面上了。哇！我们成功了，我太高兴了。

为什么鸡蛋会浮在水面上呢？我们把这个问题带给了老师，原来是因为清水的浮力小，鸡蛋下沉；盐水的浮力大，鸡蛋上浮。
