事情虽然过去这么久了，可我仍然觉得心有余悸，不敢随随便便的下河游泳。经过这次溺水事件之后，我从中积累了许多经验和教训，我真想告诉所有喜欢下河游泳的人，当有人溺水需要求救时，我们不能冒然下水营救，我们应该知道：出于一个人求生的本能，溺水者往往会在惊慌失措之中死死抓住一切能够抓住的东西，包括施救者，使我们也有可能落于危险之中。这时，需要我们正确的估计自己的营救能力，如果两者的力量悬殊，我们可以一边呼救，一边下水救人。如果我们自身的营救条件不足，下水营救只会多赔上一条性命，这时，我们要学会立即大声呼救，同时要寻找身边或周围一切可能救助的工具，例如救生圈、竹竿、木板等物品，并把它们抛或递给溺水者，帮助其上岸。以工具救人不仅能将我们的危险系数降到最低，还能使溺水者获得更多求生的机会。如果在万不得已的情况之下，需要我们直接下水去救人，我们最好是等到对方挣扎无力之后再进行施救，并且救人时不应正面接触对方，如对方失去意识，应游至对方背后将其手臂反转拖带出水面，再进行施救。

二、教学过程：

青少儿童年是祖国的明天，民族的希望。提高青少年儿童的综合素质，特别是少年儿童的学习能力、生活能力、生存能力，都是开展素质教育的重要课题。如今的社会里，车祸、中毒、溺水......剥夺了许多宝贵的生命，尤其是溺水最为严重了。了解溺水和如何防止溺水显得非常重要。

(一)我们身边的溺水事故

暑假是广大师生集体外出旅游、夏令营、游乐、疗养活动的高峰期，也是中小学生意外事故，尤其是溺水、交通事故的高发期。据了解，暑假未到，我省、我市均已发生了多起学生溺水事故。据某市120急救指挥中心统计，该中心今年4月1日至6月9日，共接到溺水求救电话15个，平均每4天半就有一宗溺水事故发生，其中急救车到现场后，患者已死亡的达10人，占67%。事故现场多为农村水塘，溺水者多为小学生。我市常平、塘厦、樟木头也发生了学生溺水死亡事故，其中常平镇6月7日有两名小学生到江河游泳遇溺身亡。6月13日，塘厦镇一名小学池塘里学游泳遇溺身亡。特别需要提醒的是，我市近年来的学生非正常死亡事故中，新莞人子女占了大部分。

(二)溺水致死原因

主要是气管内吸入大量分阻碍呼吸，或因喉头强烈痉挛，引起呼吸道关闭、窒息死亡。

(三)症状

溺水者面部青紫、肿胀、双眼充血，口腔、鼻孔和气管充满血性泡沫。肢体冰冷，脉细弱，甚至抽搐或呼吸心跳停止。

(四)自救与救护

当发生溺水时，不熟悉水性时可采取自救法：除呼救外，取仰卧位，头部向后，使鼻部可露出水面呼吸。呼气要浅，吸气要深。因为深吸气时，人体比重降到0.967，比水略轻，可浮出水面(呼气时人体比重为1.057，比水略重)，此时千万不要慌张，不要将手臂上举乱扑动，而使身体下沉更快。

会游泳者，如果发生小腿抽筋，要保持镇静，采取仰泳位，用手将抽筋的腿的脚趾向背侧弯曲，可使痉挛松解，然后慢慢游向岸边。

救护溺水者，应迅速游到溺水者附近，观察清楚位置，从其后方出手救援。或投入木板、救生圈、长杆等，让落水者攀扶上岸。

出水后的救护：

首先清理溺水者口鼻内污泥、痰涕，取下假牙，然后进行控水处理。救护人员单腿屈膝，将溺水者俯卧于救护者的大腿上，借体位使溺水者体内水由气管口腔中排出。有些农村将溺水者俯卧横入在牛背上，头脚下悬，赶牛行走，这样又控水、又起到人工呼吸作用。如果溺水者呼吸心跳已停止，立即进行口对口人工呼吸，同时进行胸外心脏按摩。

(五)如何防溺水

游泳，是广大青少年喜爱的体育锻炼项目之一。然而，不做好准备、缺少安全防范意识，遇到意外时慌张、不能沉着自救，极易发生溺水伤亡事故。

为了确保游泳安全，防止溺水事故的发生，必须做到以下几点：

1、不要独自一人外出游泳，更不要到不摸底和不知水情或比较危险且宜发生溺水伤亡事故的地方去游泳。选择好的游泳场所，对场所的环境，如该水库、浴场是否卫生，水下是否平坦，有无暗礁、暗流、杂草，水域的深浅等情况要了解清楚。

2、必须要有组织并在老师或熟悉水性的人的带领下去游泳。以便互相照顾。如果集体组织外出游泳，下水前后都要清点人数、并指定救生员做安全保护。

3、要清楚自己的身体健康状况，平时四肢就容易抽筋者不宜参加游泳或不要到深水区游泳。要做好下水前的准备，先活动活动身体，如水温太低应先在浅水处用水淋洗身体，待适应水温后再下水游泳;镶有假牙的同学，应将假牙取下，以防呛水时假牙落入食管或气管。

4、对自己的水性要有自知之明，下水后不能逞能，不要贸然跳水和潜泳，更不能互相打闹，以免喝水和溺水。不要在急流和漩涡处游泳，更不要酒后游泳。

5、在游泳中如果突然觉得身体不舒服，如眩晕、恶心、心慌、气短等，要立即上岸休息或呼救。

6、在游泳中，若小腿或脚部抽筋，千万不要惊慌，可用力蹬腿或做跳跃动作，或用力按摩、拉扯抽筋部位，同时呼叫同伴救助。

7、在游泳中遇到溺水事故时，现场急救刻不容缓，心肺复苏最为重要。将溺水者救上岸后，要立即清除口腔、鼻咽腔的呕吐物和泥沙等杂物，保持呼吸通畅;应将其舌头拉出，以免后翻堵塞呼吸道;将溺水者的腹部垫高，使胸及头部下垂，或抱其双腿将腹部放在急救者肩部，做走动或跳动"倒水"动作。恢复溺水者呼吸是急救成败的关键，应立即进行人工呼吸，可采取口对口或口对鼻的人工呼吸方式，在急救的同时应迅速送往医院救治。

(六)遭遇溺水你该如何自救

暑假期间，许多同学都喜欢结伴出游，特别是因为天热，大家都愿意到水边玩耍、游泳，往往这时，就很容易发生危险的情况。

当发现有人落水时，救助者不要贸然去救人，因为一旦被落水者抓住将十分危险。在水中与落水者纠缠不但会消耗救助者的大量体力，有时甚至会导致救助者体力耗尽最终丧命。如果当时情况十分紧急，而救助者又具备一定的救护技巧，那么救助者在下水前应尽快脱去衣裤和鞋子，在向落水者接近时，要尽量避免被落水者抓住。

综上所述，溺水是非常危险是，在日常生活中要提高安全意识，安全第一，防患于未然。水无情，人有情。其实，只要我们在生活中注意各种游水、戏水事项，提高安全防范意识，学会在遭遇溺水懂得如何自救和他人遭遇溺水时如何抢救，溺水事件还是可以防止的。
