I was fifteen minutes late for school this morning. I usually go to school

by bike. But this morning there was something wrong with my bike. It didnt work

一、防溺水的知识要点

1教育学生周末、节假日、寒暑假严禁到江河、池塘、无盖的水井边等处戏水、游泳。不能独自或结伴到池塘边钓鱼、游泳、玩水。

2教育学生在来校、离校的途中千万勿去玩水,游泳。

3我们是小学生，很多同学都不会游泳，如果发现有学生不慎掉进水库、池塘、水井里等，未成人不能冒然下水营救,应大声呼唤成年人箭来相助或拨打“110”。

二、容易发生溺水事故的情况。

1、不小心从池边、岸边或薄冰等处落入水中。

2、在水中突然滑倒后站立不起来或嬉水时，被人按压而不能自控等情况。

3、准备活动做的不较充分，又急于下水马上就进行剧烈运动;有时过于逞 强，不自量力或游泳时间过长而造成疲劳过度。

5、游泳技术没掌握好，在水中遇到碰撞等意外造成惊慌失措、动作慌乱。

6、在水温过低的水域里游泳而产生的抽筋现象。

7、入水方法不当，撞到墙壁或石头等硬性物体而受伤所造成的意外事故。

8、冒险潜水，(由于憋气时间过长，造成心肌缺血或中枢神经系统工作骤停等现象)。

9、被溺水者紧抱不放的其它游泳者。

10、游泳场所的设施不当或在急流、有旋涡、有大风浪的海或湖等水域里游泳。

三、游泳小常识

1、必须在家长(监护人)的带领下去游泳。单身一人去游泳最容易出问题，如果你的同伴不是家长(成年人)，在出现险情时，很难保证能够得到妥善的救助。

2、身体患病者不要去游泳。中耳炎、心脏病、皮肤病、癫痫、红眼病等慢性疾病患者，及感冒、发热、精神疲倦，身体无力都不要去游泳，因为上述病人参加游泳运动，不但容易加重病情，而且还容易发生抽筋、意外昏迷，危及生命。传染病患者易把病传染给别人。另外女同学在每月特别期间均不宜游泳。

3、参加剧烈运动后，不能立即跳进水中游泳，尤其是在满身大汗，浑身发热的情况下，不可以立即下水，否则易引起抽筋、感冒等。

4、被污染的(水质不好)河流、水库，有急流处，两条河流的交汇处以及落差大的河流湖泊，均不宜游泳。一般来说，凡是水况不不明的江河湖泊都不宜游泳。
