them. I thinkI will be strict to my students in the class. But after class, I

1、初步了解溺水安全的有关内容，要求每一个学生都要提高安全意识。

2、让学生了解和掌握防溺水和自救的常识，如何预防溺水时间的发生。

3、自己能改变生活中不遵守溺水安全的不良习惯，提高对生活中违反安全原则的行为的辨别能力。

教学重点：学习溺水安全的基本知识,培养有关防范力。

教学过程:

一、谈话引入课题

课件出示近几年来儿童溺水伤亡统计图。让学生起来发表感想。教师加以引导。引入课题并板书：预防溺水

二、新授

1、游泳中要注意的问题。

组织学生观看安全教育专题片中学生游泳的整个画面。

学生讨论：在游泳时要注意哪些问题?

总结：游泳要严格遵守“四不”：未经家长、老师同意不去;没有会游泳的成年人陪同不去;深水的地方不去;江溪池塘不去。

2、组织学生分析事故的原因，教师作总结。

溺水原因主要有以下几种：不会游泳;游泳时间过长，疲劳过度;在水中突发病尤其是心脏病;盲目游入深水漩涡。

三、教育学生如何预防溺水。

1、不要独自一人外出游泳，更不要到不摸底和不知水情或比较危险且易发生溺水伤亡事故的地方去游泳。选择好的游泳场所，对场所的环境(如该水库、浴场是否卫生，水下是否平坦，有无暗礁、暗流、杂草，水域的深浅等情况)要了解清楚。

2、必须要有组织并在老师或熟悉水性的人的带领下去游泳。以便互相照顾。如果集体组织外出游泳，下水前后都要清点人数、并指定救生员做安全保护。

3、要清楚自己的身体健康状况，平时四肢就容易抽筋者不宜参加游泳或不要到深水区游泳。要做好下水前的准备，先活动活动身体，镶有假牙的同学，应将假牙取下，以防呛水时假牙落入食管或气管。

4、对自己的水性要有自知之明，下水后不能逞能，不要贸然跳水和潜泳，更不能互相打闹，以免喝水和溺水。不要在急流和漩涡处游泳。

5、在游泳中如果突然觉得身体不舒服，如眩晕、恶心、心慌、气短等，要立即上岸休息或呼救。

6、在游泳中，若小腿或脚部抽筋，千万不要惊慌，可用力蹬腿或做跳跃动作，或用力按摩、拉扯抽筋部位，同时呼叫同伴救助。

四、教育学生掌握遇险后基本的自救处理常识

1、及时呼救：遇到意外或危险时应迅速及时发出求救信号，以取得别人的救助。

2、争取时间：时间就是生命;危急关头要保持镇静，在水中尽量采用仰卧位，呼吸要做到深吸、浅呼，争取更多时间等待获救。

3、靠岸意识：在有能力的情况下，努力向岸边靠拢，靠岸越近获救的机会越高。

五、教育学生遇到他人溺水时如何施救

1、大声呼救。向附近的成人大声呼喊，尽量引起大人注意，请大人开展营救。

2、简明扼要地向施救人员讲清落水人数、地点，便于开展营救工作。

3、可将救生圈、竹竿、木板等物抛给溺水者，再将其拖至岸边;若没有救护器材，可以入水直接救护。未成年人发现有人溺水，不能冒然下水营救，应立即大声呼救，或利用救生器材呼救。

2、教师小结： 天气逐渐炎热，防溺水安全教育又成为学校安全教育的头等大事。为了扎实有效的开展防溺水安全教育工作，六月中旬我校各班开展了“防溺水安全教育主题班会”活动。

在主题班会上，各班主任向学生介绍了预防溺水常识和溺水救护方法等各类安全知识。同时为安全教育深入人心，我校通过“致家长的一封信”的形式，向学生家长宣传防溺水安全知识，要求家长注重对孩子游泳技能的培养，提醒学生家长强化对孩子的防溺水教育，在节假日期间特别注意对孩子加强管理与监督，防止孩子私自下水事件发生，切实肩负起监护人的责任。
