哈哈哈，我终于等到了圣诞节了，在今天，我要把我的五角星给花光。

上课了，老师把本子发给了我们，我不知为了等今天等了多少天，而且，诚信超市在今天打折，我算了一遍又一遍，总共算了4遍，可是我觉的可以了，然后我们便把自己的分报了出来，我的是228个五角星，到了后来，老师祝我们节日快乐，又给我们加了250个五角星，当大家听到这个消息后，一齐欢呼起来。

突然，一个男老师走过来说：大班已经买好了，应该我们去买了，我们立马冲了过去，只有20分钟，所以我们要争分夺秒，我立马冲进了诚信超市，哈哈，怎么没有了，我最想买的马桶没了，肯定被大班拿走了，好悲哀啊，我也没什么好买了。突然，我又看到了很多好玩的东西，最后我买了一支笔，一个手扣和一个蜘蛛侠。

买了心爱的东西，我便回了教室，玩了起来。

虽然我没有买到我最喜欢的东西，但是我还是得到了快乐。

It was sunny and warm day. I got up early. After breakfast I went to ..Mountain with my friend Li Lei. It took us about an hour to get there by bus. There were thousands of people. Today was the second day of our Hong Kong visit. I was very happy as

yesterday. But I felt tired a lot. I didn’t want to stay at guesthouse, so I

planted to go window-shopping with my parents in Times Square. There were many

kinds of goods, but you could choose the one you liked best easily。Also, there

were many designer-label stores in Times Square, such as

DNKY、MAXMARA、MAX&CO、BOSS and so on. Among others, there was a famous

bookstore called PAGEONE.At last, I bought a beautiful skirt(你好像是女的吧)and some

books。Then I was exhausted but I didn’t care in the slightest(可以换成not at all

)。

今天是我们香港之旅的第二天。我和昨天一样开心，但是我感到有点累了。我不想呆在宾馆里面，所以我打算和我的父母在“时代广场”去逛街。这里有各种各样的商品，但是你可以轻松的找到你最喜欢的。同样，这里面有许多的品牌店在“时代广场”，例如DNKY、MAXMARA、MAX&CO、BOSS等等。最值得一提的是，这里有一家著名的书店叫PAGEONE.。最后我买了一件漂亮的裙子和一些书。我已经筋疲力尽了但是我一点都不在乎。

我七岁时，母亲就带我去泳池游泳，说是游泳，其实就是戏水。我虽带着泳圈，但还是在岸上怕怕地望着粼粼的水光。父亲母亲都下去了，我由于一个人害怕就细心翼翼地下了水。当我的整个身体浸没到水里时，我闭上眼，过了好久，我惊奇地发现，我被泳圈稳稳当当地载在水面上，并没有沉下去。于是，我无忧无虑地和爸妈打起了水仗，玩起了小球……

当我玩疲了，游累了，就趴在泳圈上，任它随波漂流。可我却没注意，泳圈正不知不觉地漂进了深水区。

我越来越倦，正准备换个姿势，不料手一滑，竟从圈中间的洞里“扑通”直沉池底。我十分慌乱，在水中张开了嘴，想大喊“母亲快来!”可刚张开，水就猛地灌进了我的嘴里，我的嘴巴一张一合，却说不出一句话来，只能像小鱼一样吐泡泡。突然，我感到鼻子里一阵酸涩，便在水底“手舞足蹈”起来，乱蹬着池底，手乱抓墙壁，企图借此浮上水面。但我非但没浮上来，还越向下沉。我的脑子里浮现出许多溺水死亡的事故，不，不能这样!我更加卖力地乱扑腾。

这时，在水面上的老爸老妈发现我的泳圈在深水区里飘着，而圈里却空无一人，急了，潜下水去，经过一番搜寻，最终找到了在水底边吐泡泡边扑腾的我。

当我被抱上水面时，我气急败坏地大叫着：“我再也不要下水啦!”说完，用力一扔，将手边的泳圈扔出好几米开外。大哭起来……

事后，母亲告诉我：“以后遇事千万不能慌张，要镇定。一慌就完了。”我似懂非懂地点了点头。

以后我每当看见泳池里抱着泳圈的小孩，就总会想起那个溺水的“旱鸭子”，那在泳池边哭喊的我……

炎炎夏日已经到来。游泳安全渐成为安全教育的热点话题。

凉爽的海滨、河流和小溪给人带来欢乐享受之余，也潜藏着安全危机，游泳前多一分准备和清醒，就可以带给我们欢笑，更可以避免可能的后悔与遗憾。

那么游泳应注意什么呢?我们汇集了有关知识。

1一、游泳安全要点

1.下水时切勿太饿、太饱。饭后一小时才能下水，以免抽筋;

2.下水前试试水温，若水太冷，就不要下水;

3.若在江、河、湖、海游泳，则必须有伴相陪，不可单独游泳;

4.下水前观察游泳处的环境，若有危险警告，则不能在此游泳;

5.不要在地理环境不清楚的峡谷游泳。这些地方的水深浅不一，而且凉，水中可能有伤人的障碍物，很不安全;

6.跳水前一定要确保此处水深至少有3米，并且水下没有杂草、岩石或其他障碍物。以脚先入水较为安全;

7.在海中游泳，要沿着海岸线平行方向而游，游泳技术不精良或体力不充沛者，不要涉水至深处。在海岸做 一标记，留意自己是否被冲出太远，及时调整方向，确保安全。

2二、如何预防游泳时下肢抽筋

游泳前一定要做好暖身运动。

游泳前应考虑身体状况，如果太饱、太饿或过度疲劳时，不要游泳。

游泳前先在四肢撩些水，然后再跳入水中。不要立刻跳入水中。

游泳时如胸痛，可用力压胸口，等到稍好时再上岸，

腹部疼痛时，应上岸，最好喝一些热的饮料或热汤，以保持身体温。
