2、必须要有组织并在老师或熟悉水性的人的带领下去游泳。以便互相照顾。如果集体组织外出游泳，下水前后都要清点人数、并指定救生员做安全保护。

3、要清楚自己的身体健康状况，平时四肢就容易抽筋者不宜参加游泳或不要到深水区游泳。要做好下水前的准备，先活动活动身体，如水温太低应先在浅水处用水淋洗身体，待适应水温后再下水游泳;镶有假牙的同学，应将假牙取下，以防呛水时假牙落入食管或气管。

4、对自己的水性要有自知之明，下水后不能逞能，不要贸然跳水和潜泳，更不能互相打闹，以免喝水和溺水。不要在急流和漩涡处游泳。

5、在游泳中如果突然觉得身体不舒服，如眩晕、恶心、心慌、气短等，要立即上岸休息或呼救。

6、在游泳中，若小腿或脚部抽筋，千万不要惊慌，可用力蹬腿或做跳跃动作，或用力按摩、拉扯抽筋部位，同时呼叫同伴救助。

四、教育学生遇到他人溺水时如何施救

Some people think that keeping pets is a good thing. They say that it is an

hobby which should had. They also claim that pets make lives more colorful and

entertaining for both women and men.

On the other hand, there are many people who say that pets should be

banned. They point out that pets are responsible for disease which hurt

property, and for injuries suffered both by the people who kept them and by

innocent other people. They also say that pets are a waste of money and

resources.

My own point of view is that we should had the hobby of keeping pets. While

at the same time making them harmless. In addition, we should restrict the

keeping the pets to some area.

Dining safty has long been a major concern of human race, so, how can we assure that we are dinning safely?

As the basic element of dining safty, source of the food is perhaps the most essential issue that we should focus upon, if the raw metrial itself can cause negative effects to the human body, nothing can be done to put it right.

Kitchen hygiene will pehaps be another element that should be taken into consideration, including water source, type of cooking oil,quality of spicery used and blending of cooking material.

从慌乱中惊醒的小孩们不敢将事情真相告诉父母，他们惴惴不安的等待着真相大白的一刻。被淹死的小孩的父母没有等到小孩的归来，悲痛地到公安局报警，然后等待结果。

一个个真实的故事就这样发生了，电视新闻的报道一条之后一条，被流水带走的不单单就是一个男孩，还有许多在河水中嬉戏玩耍的儿童、青年，甚至是成年人。“珍爱生命，谨防溺水”的宣传标语处处悬挂着，可能有几个人谨记心中，谨遵行动中呢?生命并不遥远，珍爱生命的启示每一天都在上演，杯具的发生了，后果却无人承担。

一个个生命在不知不觉中消逝了，这是谁的过错?是那一条绿意浓浓的小河，还是那两个略显无知的男孩，还是那个已经丧失生命的无辜的小孩，或者是学校、家庭的教育?一个生命带走的不仅仅是小孩父母的伤痛，一个家庭的完美，带走的更多的是生命背后的未说出的一番话。

挣扎在水中的那个孱弱的身躯，几秒钟前他还在尽情玩耍，而此刻，他必须在呼唤，必须在懊悔!“救命!救命!”的哀号又有谁能听见呢?在水中尽力扑腾的双手，又有谁能看见呢?他在溺水中的懊悔，又有谁去思考过呢?

一、老师谈话引入

同学们，你们好!今天我们学习溺水安全知识。我们是一年级的小学生了，从今天开始，我们要知道是21世纪的主人、是祖国的未来、民族的希望。我们爱学习、爱劳动，是充满生机的新一代。我们在党的温暖的阳光下成长，在老师的悉心哺育下一天天长大。我们是肩负重任、跨世纪的新苗。可是，我们却经常听到一些溺水事故的发生，看到一些触目惊心、惨不忍睹的灾难在我们身边发生。那我们该怎么预防呢?

二、活动设计

1.老师先向学生讲几点防溺水的知识要点

(1)教育学生周末、节假日、寒暑假严禁到江河、大海、青山头水门、池塘、无盖的水井边等处戏水、游泳。不能独自或结伴到海边、池塘边钓鱼、游泳、玩水。

(2)教育学生在来校、离校的途中千万勿去玩水，下江游泳。

(3)我们是小学生，很多同学都不会游泳，如果发现有学生不慎掉进江河、水库、池塘、水井里等，未成人不能冒然下水营救，应大声呼唤成年人箭来相助或拨打“110”。

2.老师谈谈事例，并由学生扮演小品

本学期××学校在周末，几名学生到讲河边钓鱼玩，有两名学生不慎溺水死亡。这个悲惨的事实告诉我们了什么?这几个同学违反了哪些安全规则?我们应如何遵守安全规则。
