那是一个炎热的夏天，我正在游泳馆里自由自在地游泳。我一会潜水，一会儿又和别人比赛;一会儿又和小朋友打水仗，好不自在。突然我萌生了一个大胆的想法：从深水区两米跳下去，再再游到浅水区。要知道，我可是从1米游到2米，再游回来的。

这件事虽然已经过去了，但是却深深地印在了我的心底。因为它时刻提醒我：时刻要绷紧自我保护的这根玄呀!
