3、要清楚自己的身体健康状况，平时四肢就容易抽筋者不宜参加游泳或不要到深水区游泳。要做好下水前的准备，先活动活动身体，如水温太低应先在浅水处用水淋洗身体，待适应水温后再下水游泳;镶有假牙的同学，应将假牙取下，以防呛水时假牙落入食管或气管。

4、对自己的水性要有自知之明，下水后不能逞能，不要贸然跳水和潜泳，更不能互相打闹，以免喝水和溺水。不要在急流和漩涡处游泳。

5、在游泳中如果突然觉得身体不舒服，如眩晕、恶心、心慌、气短等，要立即上岸休息或呼救。

欢乐的笑声充斥着，几乎所有人都回到了这个温暖的家，只差大姑姑他们而已。我等着等着，等到饭也煮好了，椅子也排好了，一切都准备就绪时，我问妈妈：“大姑姑呢？他们没有要回来吗？”

在炎炎烈日下，我们终于迎来了期待已久的60天暑假!

夏天，在我们眼里，是甜甜的冰淇淋，凉凉的空调房，凉水。夏天，我们就像一群爱在水里玩耍的小鸭子，争先恐后地跳进水里。一旦在水里，我们就变成了快乐的小鱼，享受在水里玩耍的乐趣。哦，看，那些“旱鸭子”都很羡慕，甚至嫉妒。

但在同一个季节，不同的河流上演了同样的悲剧。暑假开始前，我听说了几起学生溺水的事件：

远在贵州，一个小孩偷偷叫同伴去河塘游泳，结果淹死了，抢救无效，永远离开了这个世界。东莞八名女学生下河玩水，七人溺水，一人失踪、

在长兴附近，两个小学生去龙山街西凤坝村的水池附近玩，淹死了。一名12岁男孩在水木花都南部的长兴港溺水身亡。孩子掉进水里，父母的心也掉进了深水里。坐在岸边，我的父母泪流满面，呼喊着孩子的名字、然而，他们的答案是水已经恢复平静，沉默;等待他们的只有永远无法挽回的痛苦，他们无言以对。

“珍爱生命，谨防溺水”的警铃永远在我们校园响起，“珍爱生命，谨防溺水”的警铃永远在夏天响起，“珍爱生命，谨防溺水”的警铃应该永远在我们小学生的心中响起!同学们，让我们时刻绷紧安全的弦，尤其是夏天来了。看到水就想想“不”：不要私自在河里洗澡，不要潜到深水里玩，不要在水里游太久…

“生命无价，水无罪”，水是自然界最宝贵的资源，我们不能再把浪费生命的罪责强加在无生命的水身上。让我们行动起来，“珍爱生命，谨防溺水”，清理水源，给自己安宁，让生命永远留在春天。

人类一生中最可悲、最愚蠢、最清醒的事情，莫过于在自己的生命结束之时，才意识到生命的宝贵。人类之所以伟大，是因为这个地球给予了我们无限的生命活力，无限的美好希望。然而人类总是忽视地球给予我们的宝贵生命，甚至还去白白的浪费。溺水死亡是人类失去生命的一个重要环节，所以我们要好好珍惜生命，让防溺水从我做起，从身边的小事做起。

随着时间的推移，春姑娘走了，夏姑娘来了。夏姑娘带来了炎热的太阳，因此，到溪里游泳是孩子们最喜欢的事，但同时也会带走许多宝贵的生命。故我们要时时刻刻，让防溺水从今天做起，从身边的小事做起。

防溺水从我做起，从身边的小事做起。记得有一次，我和爸爸一起去洗澡时所发生的一切让我没齿难忘。更让我明白如果一不小心，柔软美丽的水就会宝贵的生命。那是一个十分炎热的下午，我和妹妹、爸爸三个人一起到好溪边洗澡，我和妹妹不会游泳，妈妈就给我们去买游泳圈。我在岸边和妹妹玩起了互相泼水的游戏。妹妹一直朝我拼命的泼水，我不停的往后退，不停的躲闪。就在我一直往后退时，一不小心踩空了掉入水中。这时我才知道小溪的水原来这么深，足足有两米深。在水中，我的手脚不停的摆动，嘴里不停的吐着泡泡。在这千钧一发的时刻，我才意识到生命是多么的脆弱，多么的宝贵。就在这危急时刻，我的手被另外一只手抓住了，我整个人被爸爸从水里拉出来。经过这一件事后，我才真正明白了生命是多么的容易失去。每年的夏季，是溺水的高峰期，谁也不知道，全国每年又会有多少个小学生失去了他们的宝贵生命啊!生命在一朝一夕之间就会有人失去，而在一朝一夕之间又会有人拥有，所以我们一定要防止溺水事件再次夺走人的生命。

水火无情，生命宝贵，在炎热的150天中，我们应该让防水的警钟在我们心中时时敲响。在我们人生的道路中，虽然我们不能主宰我们的生命，但我们可以保护自己的生命，让生命发出灿烂的光芒。
