(6)参加剧烈运动后，不能立即跳进水中游泳，尤其是在满身大汗、浑身发热的情况下，不可以立即下水，否则易引起抽筋、感冒等。

(7)恶劣天气如雷雨、刮风、天气突变等情况下，也不宜游泳。

二、游泳中的紧急情况及自救

1、抽筋

抽筋是肌肉不自主的强直性收缩，水温过低或游泳时间过长，都可能引起抽筋，发生抽筋时最重要的是保持镇静、不惊慌。

一般处理办法：(1)如果发现有抽筋现象，应马上停止游泳，立即上岸休息，并对抽筋部位进行按摩。(2)如果在深水中发生抽筋，且自己无力处理，而周围又无同伴时，应向岸边呼救，千万不要慌张。

强调：不管发生什么样的抽筋，都先向同伴或其他游泳者呼叫：“我抽筋了，快来人呀!”

2、溺水

发现溺水者如何将其救上岸：

方法一：可将救生圈、竹竿、木板、绳索等物抛给溺水者，再将其拖至岸边;

方法二：若没有救护器材，大人可以入水直接救护。接近溺水者时要转动他的髋部，使其背向自己，然后拖运。拖运时通常采用侧泳或仰泳拖运法。溺水者因为逃生潜意识会挣扎、会死死勒紧救护者，救护者应有充分准备、并避免。

特别强调：未成年人发现有人溺水，尽量不要下水营救，应立即大声呼救，或利用救生器材或当时可以利用的竹竿、木板、绳索等物件进行营救。

Christmas Day falls on the twenty-fifth of December. It is a very happy day for many boys and girls. Before the term ends in some schools, the children act a nativity or “birth” play, showing how Jesus was born in a stable.
