2、在游泳之前一定要做充足的准备活动。夏季天气炎热，不做准备活动马上入水，水温、体温、气温相差很大，聚然入水，毛孔迅速收缩，刺激感觉神经，轻则引起肢体抽筋，重则引起反射性心脏停跳休克，很容易造成溺水死亡。

3、通过跳跃、慢跑使身体发热但不出汗至2—4分钟。其目的是使身体内各个器官进入到活动状态。

4、入水前用冷水淋浴一下，以适应水温，然后下水。

Last years Spring Festival is special. My uncle and my aunt came back from

On New Years Eve，my father and my uncle talked about their work together.

Some people think that keeping pets is a good thing. They say that it is an

hobby which should had. They also claim that pets make lives more colorful and

entertaining for both women and men.
