(2)溺者若已喝了大量的水，救护者可一腿跪着，另一腿屈膝，将溺者腹部放在屈膝的大腿上，一手扶着溺者的头，将他的嘴向下，另一手压在背部，使水排出;

(3)若是溺者已昏迷，呼吸很弱或停止呼吸，做完上述处理外，要进行人工呼吸。可使溺者仰卧，救护者在身旁用一手捏住溺者的鼻子，另一手托着他的下颚，吸一口气，然后用嘴对着溺者的嘴将气吹入。吹完一口气后，离开溺者的嘴，同时松开捏鼻子的手，并用手压一下溺者的胸部，帮助他呼气。如此有规律地反复进行，每分钟约做14—20次，开始时可稍慢，以后可适当加快。

四、溺水急救

溺水是常见的意外，溺水后可引起窒息缺氧，如合并心跳停止的称为“溺死”，如心跳未停止的则称“近乎溺死”这一分类以病情和预后估计有重要意义，但救治原则基本相同，因此统称为溺水。

急救方法

1、将伤员抬出水面后，应立即清除其口、鼻腔内的水、泥及污物，用纱布(手帕)裹着手指将伤员舌头拉出口外，解开衣扣、领口，以保持呼吸道通畅，然后抱起伤员的腰腹部，使其背朝上、头下垂进行倒水。或者抱起伤员双腿，将其腹部放在急救者肩上，快步奔跑使积水倒出。或急救者取半跪位，将伤员的腹部放在急救者腿上，使其头部下垂，并用手平压背部进行倒水。

2、呼吸停止者应立即进行人工呼吸，一般以口对口吹气为最佳。急救者位于伤员一侧，托起伤员下颌，捏住伤员鼻孔，深吸一口气后，往伤员嘴里缓缓吹气，待其胸廓稍有抬起时，放松其鼻孔，并用一手压其胸部以助呼气。反复并有节律地(每分钟吹16～20次)进行，直至恢复呼吸为止。

3、心跳停止者应先进行胸外心脏按摩。让伤员仰卧，背部垫一块硬板，头低稍后仰，急救者位于伤员一侧，面对伤员，右手掌平放在其胸骨下段，左手放在右手背上，借急救者身体重量缓缓用力，不能用力太猛，以防骨折，将胸骨压下4厘米左右，然后松手腕(手不离开胸骨)使胸骨复原，反复有节律地(每分钟60～80次)进行，直到心跳恢复为止。

五、游泳时耳朵进水怎么办?

由于水又有一定的张力，进入狭窄的外耳道后形成屏障而把外耳道分成两段，又由于水的重力作用，使水屏障与鼓膜之间产生副压，维持着水屏障两边压力的平衡，使水不易自动流出。有时外耳道内有较大的耵聍阻塞，则水进入耳道后更易包裹于耵聍周围而不易流出。耳内进水后会出现耳内闭闷，听力下降，头昏，十分不舒服，因此人们往往非常迫切想把水排出来。有人甚至用不干净的夹子、火柴棒、小钥匙等掏耳，这样虽然可侥幸将水屏障掏破，使水流出，但也易损伤外耳道甚至鼓膜，而导致耳部疾病。

耳内进水后应及时将水排出，最常见的方法是：

1、单足跳跃法：患耳向下，借用水的重力作用，使水向下从外耳道流出。

2、活动外耳道法：可连续用手掌压迫耳屏或用手指牵拉耳廓;或反复地做张口动作，活动颞颌关节，均可使外耳道皮肤不断上下左右活动或改变水屏障稳定性和压力的平稳，使水向外从外耳道流出。

3、外耳道清理法：用干净的细棉签轻轻探入外耳道，一旦接触到水屏障时即可把水吸出。

由于游泳池或河水不干净，污水入耳后引起外耳道皮肤及鼓膜感染，或耳内进水后处理不当，如不洁挖耳等，常可引起以下几种耳病：外耳道炎，外耳道疖肿，耵聍阻塞，鼓膜炎，化脓性中耳炎。

如果耳内进水后出现以上症状，应暂时停止游泳，并去医院检查，对症治疗。

六、夏天游泳注意事项

炎热的夏天游泳是最热门的活动，除了室内室外游泳池，还有迷人的海滨、河流和小溪……但是欢乐享受之余，也请特别注意其中所潜藏的危机，事前多一分准备和考量，就可以带给我们无限的欢笑，更可以避免一些不必要的不幸和遗憾。

夏天游泳注意事项很多，应从多方面来考量，在此简单介绍：

饭后、饮酒不宜游泳。

有 开放性伤口、皮肤病、眼疾不宜游泳。

感冒、生病、身体不适或虚弱不宜游泳。

雷雨的天候不宜游泳。

水温太低、太凉不宜游泳。

游泳时禁止与同伴过份的开玩笑。

不要随兴下水，特别是野外。

风浪太大、照明不佳不要游泳。

不明水域不要游泳、跳水。

水浅、人多不可跳水。

要在有救生员及合格场所游泳。

下水前先做暖身运动。

下水的装备要带全，一定要带泳镜。

水中切忌慌、乱，如遇抽筋，请保持冷静，改用仰漂。

平日有机会就参加心肺复苏术训练及水中自救训练，如遇人溺水，没有把握不应下水救人，可一面大声呼救一面利用竹竿、树枝、绳索、衣服或漂浮物抢救。

露营、钓鱼、野外活动如*近水边时，应严防小孩意外落水。

海边或户外游泳要防止晒伤及脚底刺伤。

七、溺水

1、溺水致死原因

主要是气管内吸入大量水分阻碍呼吸，或因喉头强烈痉挛，引起呼吸道关闭、窒息死亡。

2、症状

溺水者面部青紫、肿胀、双眼充血，口腔、鼻孔和气管充满血性泡沫。肢体冰冷，脉细弱，甚至抽搐或呼吸心跳停止。

3、自救与救护

当发生溺水时，不熟悉水性时可采取自救法：除呼救外，取仰卧位，头部向后，使鼻部可露出水面呼吸。呼气要浅，吸气要深。因为深吸气时，人体比重降到0.967，比水略轻，可浮出水面(呼气时人体比重为1.057，比水略重)，此时千万不要慌张，不要将手臂上举乱扑动，而使身体下沉更快。

会游泳者，如果发生小腿抽筋，要保持镇静，采取仰泳位，用手将抽筋的腿的脚趾向背侧弯曲，可使痉挛松解，然后慢慢游向岸边。

救护溺水者，应迅速游到溺水者附近，观察清楚位置，从其后方出手救援。或投入木板、救生圈、长杆等，让落水者攀扶上岸。

出水后的救护：

首先清理溺水者口鼻内污泥、痰涕，取下假牙，然后进行控水处理。救护人员单腿屈膝，将溺水者俯卧于救护者的大腿上，借体位使溺水者体内水由气管口腔中排出。有些农村将溺水者俯卧横入在牛背上，头脚下悬，赶牛行走，这样又控水、又起到人工呼吸作用。如果溺水者呼吸心跳已停止，立即进行口对口人工呼吸，同时进行胸外心脏按摩。

八、如何防溺水

游泳，是广大青少年喜爱的体育锻炼项目之一。然而，不做好准备、缺少安全防范意识，遇到意外时慌张、不能沉着自救，极易发生溺水伤亡事故。

为了确保游泳安全，防止溺水事故的发生，必须做到以下几点：

1、不要独自一人外出游泳，更不要到不摸底和不知水情或比较危险且宜发生溺水伤亡事故的地方去游泳。选择好的游泳场所，对场所的环境，如该水库、浴场是否卫生，水下是否平坦，有无暗礁、暗流、杂草，水域的深浅等情况要了解清楚。

2、必须要有组织并在老师或熟悉水性的人的带领下去游泳。以便互相照顾。如果集体组织外出游泳，下水前后都要清点人数、并指定救生员做安全保护。

3、要清楚自己的身体健康状况，平时四肢就容易抽筋者不宜参加游泳或不要到深水区游泳。要做好下水前的准备，先活动活动身体，如水温太低应先在浅水处用水淋洗身体，待适应水温后再下水游泳;镶有假牙的同学，应将假牙取下，以防呛水时假牙落入食管或气管。

4、对自己的水性要有自知之明，下水后不能逞能，不要贸然跳水和潜泳，更不能互相打闹，以免喝水和溺水。不要在急流和漩涡处游泳，更不要酒后游泳。

5、在游泳中如果突然觉得身体不舒服，如眩晕、恶心、心慌、气短等，要立即上岸休息或呼救。

6、在游泳中，若小腿或脚部抽筋，千万不要惊慌，可用力蹬腿或做跳跃动作，或用力按摩、拉扯抽筋部位，同时呼叫同伴救助。

7、在游泳中遇到溺水事故时，现场急救刻不容缓，心肺复苏最为重要。将溺水者救上岸后，要立即清除口腔、鼻咽腔的呕吐物和泥沙等杂物，保持呼吸通畅;应将其舌头拉出，以免后翻堵塞呼吸道;将溺水者的腹部垫高，使胸及头部下垂，或抱其双腿将腹部放在急救者肩部，做走动或跳动"倒水"动作。恢复溺水者呼吸是急救成败的关键，应立即进行人工呼吸，可采取口对口或口对鼻的人工呼吸方式，在急救的同时应迅速送往医院救治。
