食物─人活下去的动力之一，如果人类没有食物会是什么样子？下场是─无法存活，所以要更珍惜食物。

食物不只是让我们生存下去的动力，更提供给我们各种营养的来源，所以食物对人们的重要性，由此可以看出来。当然食物在满足人们吃饱或提供营养的同时，可能 有部分的人，甚至我们自己；因为喜欢或不喜欢的各种理由，一直在浪费着食物！这是大家要避免的事，也要大家一起共同努力。
