I made more friends and actived in many extracurricular activities in union, but it often took a lot of time; I like my dormitory best. I shared my happiness and sorrows with my room-mates and I relaxed myself sufficiently in it. But the condition of my dormitory is poor. Above all, University is my unforgettable place. I spent most of my extra-study time in library. Generally speaking, It is a good study place. Firstly, the atmosphere of study is strong, but sometimes someone would receive and make calls, which would impact others’ study. If it can provide a few of fountains, the library would be perfect. Secondly, it has abundant of professional books, thus I can access to needed information timely when I encountered problems in study.

Besides, there are also all kinds of magazine, so I can relax myself and expand my vision when I was tired of studying. But the limited time of borrowed books is short. childhood. When I went there, I was shock. The river is no longer like before.

什么因素决定了每个人的机遇?一些人认为机遇只是巧合的事情,另外一些人认为机遇就在我们周围,它需要人去发现。在我看来,除了以上提到的,机遇也需要创造。

One factor that plays an important role in determining our opportunities is coincidence. For example, some people born in a rich family, they enjoy great chances to be successful, because the fame and the reputation from the family provide them chances. Comparing to those people who born in a poor family, they don’t have such chances, it is hard for them to seize the chances, they need to work for it.

决定我们机遇的一个重要原因是偶然。比如,一些人出生在一个富裕的家庭,他们享受着成功的巨大机遇,因为家庭的名利给他们带来了机遇。和那些出生在贫困家庭的人相比,他们没有这样的机遇,对于他们来说很难抓住机遇,他们需要创造机遇。

The other factor that plays an important role in determining our opportunities are our positive attitude. Opportunity often exists all around us, it is waiting for those people who are brave to grasp it. A person who is positive will perceive the chance, he will not be defeated by fail, still holding the hope that chances comes any minute, so they will grasp the chance as soon as it comes.

决定我们机遇的另一个重要的因素是我们乐观的态度。机遇总是围绕着我们,它等待着那些勇敢的人去发现。一个乐观的人会察觉到机遇,他不会被失败打败,仍然抱着希望,相信机遇随时来,所以当机遇来的时候,他们会立刻抓住。

In conclusion, everyone has the chance to be successful; it contains many factors, such as coincidence, attitude and others. In order to fulfill our lives, we must seize the chance to realize our dreams.

总的来说,每个人都有机会成功,机遇包含着很多因素,比如偶然因素,态度和其它的因素。为了充实我们的生活,我们一定要抓住机遇来实现我们的梦想。

University, a place that people yearn for. There have their own space and time, after school can be the light of heart from care and your love shopping, can boldly go hand in hand to see the teacher also satisfied a smile in the campus, you can sleep in the class is not afraid of being punished teacher, can occasionally to the Internet in the dormitory, so the fairys life can not worth we yearn for it? I am envious when I hear such a student life, because I also yearn for this kind of life. Happy days came at last, and I jumped into my long - worshipped college life like a rabbit. Im just a freshman, I know a lot in this year, and I have learned a lot of things that I dont have in many books. Dont be addicted to the immortal life of the University. University is a good platform for development. Just because everyone is obsessed with this kind of life, students who study hard a little bit will have a good future. The life of the university is not easy, even more pressure than the pressure of high school life. Why do you say that? If universities want to realize their dreams, they cant relax themselves and enhance their self-control ability. When other students go online, they should stay in the study room or study in the library when they go shopping. And the university is also half a society, to have its own interpersonal relationship, and to speak the corresponding responsibility. If what position in the school, but also for the appreciation of their own to do some "small abacus." The parents who go to school are not around, and some things have to learn to take their own ideas. How time flies! One month has passed before I could take any notice of it. This is the start of my freshman year in Fudan University. At the very beginning, everything and everyone is strange to me. But now, everyday and in everyway, I am getting better;I am getting used to it.

I would like to tell you two things in my university life that are of great importance and interest.

Freedom is what I am looking forward to since the very first day of my primary school. A lot of people said to me, "Study hard, and you will get freedom when in university." But when I really entered university, I find the real situation is different.Freedom costs me a lot. If I refuse to wash my clothes, for example, they will just lay there, unclean. In a word, I have to do everything and take care of myself. Well, it doesn‘t mean that I don‘t like the life style. On the contrary, I like it very much though it is hard at the beginning. It is really a challenge for me.

I appreciate a famous saying from Albert Camus, "Freedom is nothing but a chance to be better." That‘s right. Real freedom comes with responsibility. Some teenagers believe that freedom means doing whatever you like. But I think that is not real freedom at all. One can have his or her own freedom, while at the same time respect others‘. It is not easy to think on behalf of others. University life provides me with this precious chance to practice it.

College is always considered as a turning point in our educational career and life. I would use adaptationas the key word when describing my first year at college.

As we enter a new school, we first have to adapt a new environment and meet new people.As we leave home and move into the school dormitory, we need to learn to live and get along with other people who have different living habit. And as we start a higher level education, we need to adopt a new way of study. Teachers are no more like the ones in high school that will push us to learn.

Instead, we have more options and spare time to do what we want.

I am glad that I have overcome the difficulties and adapted the new life of college. I have achieved a lot more than I expected at my first year of college. First of all, I have made new friends who share the same hobbies and met new teachers who inspire me in all way. Secondly, I have become more independent. I have got used to a new way of study and often study different things by myself. I can take care of myselfwithout parents being by my side all the time. Last but not least, I have learnt to make full use of my time. I believe time management is a very essential skill in college life as we have more freedom than ever before. It has helped me not to waste time and turned me into a well-organized person.

My first year at college is excellent and I really appreciate all that I have learnt this year.
