When one crosses the street, one should take the crosswalk, underground passage or pedestrian overpass. If one is riding a bike or motorcycle, keep riding on the right side of the road. When the red light is on, please stop and wait until the green light is on. Give a hand signal if one wants to turn or stop. It is important to let the children know that playing on the road is very dangerous. Helping the aged and children cross the road is always a kind deed.If everyone obeys the traffic rules, it will be much safer to walk or ride on the road.

I am often very afraid to cross-large wide streets. I always go to the traffic light and use the crosswalk, but many times I have been frightened. When the light changes to green I still need to look both directions to check the traffic. On many occasions a speeding motorcycle or bicycle or once a truck drove past the red light and across the pedestrians path. When I have my bicycle, I get off and walk across the street, but always someone crosses the red light. Once at the intersection near the shopping mall I saw an accident: a taxi had stopped for the light, and another truck came from behind and did not stop. This year, the most stringent traffic rules are carried out, in order to reduce traffic accidents and improve citizens’ safety and property. One of them is strictly prohibited to drunk driving. I think it’s reasonable to this issue, no matter how strict the traffic rule is. Drinking reduce people’s sensibility that people can’t react immediately when the unexpected situation occurs, due to the anesthetic effects of alcohol. Besides, people will be tire easily after drinking, which is desperately dangerous to driving. In addition, people are usually excited after drinking. With stimulation of alcohol, people sometimes overestimate their own and try to do something dangerous despite of the advice of the people around them. have raised the whole social concern. It seems not only about childrens

personal development, but also about the whole countrys future.

There are two main views in debate, which of them is that children should

obey the rules set by parents and teachers. The other is that less control will

As for the former, the advantages of it seem to be very apparent, which of

them is that children can make a distinction between right and wrong things. And
