外婆首先拿着两片粽叶，一折，做成一个圆锥型的“斗”，用左手固定好，再把糯米放进“斗”里，注意不要装太满，右手把粽叶的尾巴往前拉，紧紧的盖在“斗”上，并用手指把盖的边缘压下去，弄平整以后把过长的粽叶折向右侧，用绳子绑好，一个粽子就完成了。
