记得有一次周末，他和王豪来我家玩，一进门，我迫不及待地对梁景霖说：“我们喜欢的《小屁孩日记》送到了!”梁景霖欣喜若狂地跑进我的房间，捧起书，如饥似渴地看起来……

“我们一起来和兔子玩儿吧!”我和王豪对梁景霖说。可梁景霖正在一丝不苟地看书，只见他一会儿手舞足蹈，一会儿紧锁眉头，一会儿开怀大笑，根本不知道我们在叫他。“不管他，我们和兔子玩儿吧!”我无可奈何地对王豪说!我们和小兔子跑遍了屋子，满屋飘荡着我们的欢笑声、嬉戏声。

我们和兔子玩累了，就一起玩电脑。“梁景霖，我们要一起玩你最喜欢的电脑游戏——《造梦西游3》吧!”可梁景霖还是纹丝不动，眼睛一刻也没有离开那本书。“哇!我的人物升级了!”尽管我们怎么诱惑他，他还在专心致志地看书……

“吃饭啦!”厨房里飘出一缕香喷喷的气味扑鼻而来，奶奶叫我们出去吃饭了，我们一窝蜂地跑到客厅，“哇!好香的饭菜呀!”我想：这些菜都是梁景霖喜欢吃的，绝对让他“口水直流三千尺，一定会把他馋死”!可是，好一会儿还没看到他的身影，我跑进房间一看，梁景霖还在一丝不苟地看书呢!没办法，我跑到他身旁，在梁景霖的耳边大喊一声：“书呆子，吃饭啦!”这是他从书堆里回过神来，他只好恋恋不舍地放下书，失望地去吃饭了!

说起“奶奶”这个词大家都不会陌生吧?我相信所有的小朋友都喜欢奶奶，因为奶奶特慈祥、特善良、特别疼我们，我也不例外，我也有一位这样的奶奶。

我的奶奶今年60岁了，个子瘦瘦高高的，奶奶有一头黑白相间的短发，一双慈祥的大眼睛下有一个高挺的鼻梁。虽然脸上不少深深的皱纹，但是，身体还是很硬朗的。

我的奶奶对我即慈祥又严厉。记得有一次，我去冰箱拿饮料，只听见“轰”的一声巨响，冰箱冷藏室的瓶瓶罐罐都掉下来了。我心想：这下可要挨打了!而我意想不到的是：奶奶不但没有责怪我，还非常着急问我：“有没砸伤你?下次一定要注意。”我听了，心里特别自责，立刻下定决心以后无论做什么事情都要注意，细心对待。

在我学习上，奶奶对我是要求又是严厉的。有一个周末，我没完成家庭作业就想偷偷溜出去玩耍。正好给奶奶逮住了，我低着头小声对奶奶说：“做，好了。”我心虚地说。那就拿出来我瞧瞧!我只好忐忑不安地把作业本交到奶奶手上。奶奶戴上老花镜，看着作业本，顿时脸上的笑容不见了，只见严肃和失望的表情，狠狠地批评我一顿，气呼呼地说：“重新认认真真写一份，才可以出去玩!”我只好认认真真地把作业重新写完才出去一下。当时，我心里还有点不服气呢。哈哈......

我的奶奶也很勤劳的。由于我妈妈工作原因，经常加班。家里都是奶奶在操持家务。有时妈妈为了不让奶奶那么辛苦，把换洗的衣物都藏起来自己下班后来洗，但妈妈一去上班，奶奶就开始找妈妈藏起来的衣物出来洗。妈妈经常对奶奶开玩笑：“妈，您都把我的衣服洗破了!”每当这时，奶奶就笑得像一朵菊花似的!说：“好，好，我赔你”我也在旁边哈哈大笑起来。瞧!这就是我的奶奶。

I am not fond of basketball,let alone to play it.But I have seen a

wonderful basketball game between my class and postgraduate class.It is so

wonderful that I cannt help asking myself "Is it real".The answer is pretty

yes.I also learn a lot from the game.

我有一个漂亮文静的姐姐对人特别宽容的姐姐。

我的姐姐有双水汪汪的大眼睛，头发是顺顺的，滑滑的，有一个樱桃小嘴，非常的美丽!她不仅美丽，而且非常的文静。每一次，我在玩的时候，总是可以看见她在床边看书，或者是在电脑前安静地打电脑。

有一次，我在看一本《优秀小学生应答问题》时，想趁这个机会考一考姐姐的学问到底是怎么样的，就问书中的一个问题。姐姐想了一下，然后用手算了下，又写了点什么……然后说：答案应该是48吧。我就把书翻到了最后有参考答案的一页，一看，喔，答案果然就是48啊!“你真是厉害啊，姐姐，你是怎么算的啊!!”我不由自主地赞叹道。接着，我又一连问了好几个问题，姐姐在我问的十个问题里面就只错了一个，我真是很佩服她啊!可是我的姐姐却说：“这个其实没什么的啦，你爸爸也会的啊。”

还有姐姐对人特别宽容。记得小时候不管我多么调皮，姐姐从来都没训过我，打过我。有一次，姐姐买了一个粉色的小猫玻璃杯，姐姐十分喜欢这个杯子，一会儿瞧瞧，一会儿摸摸。趁姐姐上厕所时，我拿起杯子来玩，玩着玩着一不小心掉到地上摔碎了。我意识到自己闯祸了，便吓得跑到二姨妈的怀里大哭起来，我以为姐姐这次肯定会打我，结果姐姐回来后，并没有打我，而是先看看我的手划破了没有，伤着没有?然后小心地把玻璃碎片拿起来看了看，又伤心地扫了起来，倒进垃圾桶里。

这就是我的姐姐，她宽以待人，严以律己，学习刻苦。不论在学习上，还是在生活中，她始终是我学习的榜样。

那时，爸爸妈妈或许是为了工作，或许是出于奶奶有带小孩的经验，生下我不久，就把我交给了奶奶养育。于是，不满1岁的我便住在了奶奶家，其实，当时奶奶也已经是一个七十岁的老人了，可她还是接受了养育我的重任。

曾记得在奶奶那儿生活的的时候，奶奶早晨起得很早，每次总是在我还在梦乡里的时候就买来了热腾腾的小笼包，从此小笼包成为了我早餐不可少的食物。在一个夏日的夜里，我一觉醒来，只见奶奶还半闭着眼，不停地摇摆着扇子，我想她为什么不开电风扇呢?后来我才知道，奶奶是怕我被电风扇扇凉，怕我生病，这可真是奶奶的一片苦心啊。就这样在奶奶的扇子下，我度过了一个个甜蜜的夜晚，可奶奶却没有睡一个安稳觉。听妈妈说，奶奶就是这样把她的三个儿女“扇”成大人的。

我在奶奶那儿生活了三年，不仅使我度过了一个美好的童年，还使我养成了许多良好的习惯。如：吃饭时不浪费粮食，从小就养成了爱看书爱写字，能言善辩的性格，这也许就是我现在性格比较外向的原因吧。

奶奶已是年近八旬的老人了，可是身子骨却非常硬朗。几次到旅游胜地时，其中总是少不了奶奶的份，她不怕旅途的劳累，比其他人显得更有精神，她不需要别人照顾，相反她还时刻挂牵着我等儿孙们。奶奶住在会同的一个小城镇，离怀化较远，所以我们也不经常来往。奶奶知道我现在有花零用钱的习惯，有时便偷偷地塞给我一些钱，还叮嘱我别把钱存入存钱罐，要我花掉。虽然奶奶的做法不是很妥当，但她毕竟还是为了关心、爱护我。一想到这些，我就情不自禁，眼眶里总是饱含着一丝丝泪水……

My name is Li Hua. Now I am in Class 1 Grade 1. I come from Niuzhuang Town. I was born On September 12, 1997. I graduated from Niuzhuang Middle school. I’m an outgoing boy and have many hobbies. I’m fond of listening to music but I am not good at singing. In my spare time I like reading books, playing chess and hanging out with friends. My favourite subject is English. As a chinese, I was really ashamed of having a little knowledge of dragon boat festival. Perhaps I was born in northern city, though my city is nearby sea, it has been built a U port which I can only see cargo ships and can t see the sweeping ocean. So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating Zong Zi . My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. Because there was no supermarket, we couldn t buy finished product from market. However, now, we can buy anything in supermarket, so my mother didn t make them anymore. The boat festival began to fade out my mind.

In reality, young people began to have a bug to celebrate foreign festivals, such as Christams, Saint Valentine s day, April Fool s Day, some people also celebrate Easter in church. Talk about Dragon boat festival, it s the same as some foreign conventional festivals, such as Witch s Day in Czech. People burned the witch s puppet so as to welcome spring. Some people are willing to celebrate foreign festivals because they like alien culture. And vice versa, foreigners who like China also concern about Chinese traditional culture.

After new holiday regulation, we have three holidays during the dragon boat festival. So many people will choose this time to travel. People who lived in Xiamen are able to visit Xiapu or Wu Yi mountain, these tourist attractions are in Fujian province,which is suit a short tirp. but I d like to stay at home for my decorate painting. I decide to draw two canvases about Christmas, it s really a big project. Then I ll hang them on the new house wall. I must start it now, or I can t finish them before Christmas eve. But I preceive it s a little difficult to draw them in such a hot season.

In the last several decades, our earth has been extremely polluted, such as

air pollution, water pollution, noise pollution and so on. In recent years, the

extreme weather becomes more and more frequent. Winter gets colder and summer

becomes hotter and it rains more frequently. All of these warn us that

protecting the environment is a serious and emergent event. As our general

people, we should build proper lifestyle. We should pay attention to water and

light saving. When we go out, we should firstly choose the public

transportation. The most important is that we must realize that we can do a lot

of things to protect our environment. Its our duty to make our home better.

The Spring Festival is very important to Chinese people. In the past，people could not often have meat，rice or other delicious food. They could only eat these during the Spring festival. So every year they hoped that the Spring Festival would come soon. Now， although people‘s life is much better，and we can eat the delicious foods everyday. People still like the festival. There are a lot of traditions of the eve inherited for generations. But,

old traditions. More and more people are glad to have the dinner in the

restaurants instead of cooking and having at home. However, no matter what it

is, a harmouious and peaceful night is the favorite of everybody here.

走进高一，代表着许许多多事的改变。代表着我从幼稚走向成熟，代表着全新心灵的又一次洗礼，代表着新奋斗目标的出现，因此，我要重新设立自己的航向，展望新学期。

虽说时间是愈合伤口的最佳良药，但中考的失利还久久的回荡在我的脑海中，不能抹去。那隐隐的伤痛总是徘徊在我心中，胸口有一种莫名的压力紧紧地压迫着我，让我喘不过气来。我希望，这种压力能化为动力，成为驱使我不断向上的最佳马力。

虽然这么说，但是在我内心深处，我鄙视自己，看不起自己，中考的失利让我蒙羞。老师经常耐心地开导我：你努力了不一定能成功，但你不努力就永远不可能成功。的确，我细细的想过了这句话，我经历的失败不是最终的失败，但是如果我从此一蹶不振了，那么这次的失败会是我永远的失败。我会用百倍的努力去追赶她。我相信，总有一天我会超过她的，无论那天来得有多晚。

过去上体育课时，我总喜欢一个人运着篮球，自顾自地在大半个球场上练习。起初，同学们因为没有篮球，总是想找我一起玩。可我嫌他们人太多，而且球技不好，因此婉拒了他们的请求。渐渐地，来找我的人越来越少，直到没有一人。我心想，太好了，终于没人烦我了。

那天，我如往常一样在操场上练球。我从中场带球狂奔，到达三分线时，一个急停后撤，将球迅速从身后转到左手上，过掉假想的防守人。接着，我从左边突破，到达篮筐附近时纵身一跃，在空中停顿一会儿后，背对篮筐将球反勾入筐。

整套动作行云流水，甚至有几分NBA球星的味道。可正当我欢呼雀跃时，这才发现球场上空无一人。大家都坐在草坪上，有说有笑的，却都没有注意到我刚才精彩的表现。

我的心凉了一大截，感到了前所未有的孤寂。如果没有人欣赏的话，打得再好又有什么用呢?

于是，我走过去，邀请他们一起打球。我本以为他们会因为我之前的态度一口回绝，没想到他们听说后，很热情地接受了我的邀请。这让我反倒有些惭愧了。

我们很快分好组。随着“开始”的哨音，兴奋不已的我，迫不及待地发出了球。我迅速将球送入队友手中，灵机一动，闪入篮下。如果队友能够意识到，那我们就能打次漂亮的配合。

队友此时却开始运球，我正有些失望，只见他一个假动作晃开防守人员，将球丢向空中。我见此状，身体下蹲，鼓足劲一跃，在空中接到了球。未等落下，我一个“大风车”拉杆上篮，把球转入筐中。

“耶!”我兴奋地大喊道。

“好球!漂亮!”队友们也大呼过瘾。

此刻的我，快乐从心中迸发而出，渗入每一个细胞，愉悦之情难以言表。

“快来买枣子，又香又好的大枣子，走过路过，千万不要错过。”我在喊着。这年暑假，我在卖枣子，为了什么呢?为了挣钱。为什么挣钱呢?因为我想买玩具零食吃。唉!可是之后却······

那个暑假中的一天，天气很热。我和妈妈开车去了外婆家，路上有风，却是热风，热地我直脱外套。一到外婆家，哥哥不在，我找来找去也找不到哥哥。我找不到哥哥，就去找外公，外公刚要出门卖枣子，我就迎了上去说：“外公，我想要钱去买吃的。”外公说：“好好好。”外公边说边从口袋里拿出了一叠皱巴巴的毛票，用龟裂的手指数着，妈妈看不下去了，说：“你和外公一起卖枣子，卖来的钱都给你好了。”外公也一致认同，我也认同。我和外公上路了······走了一两个小时，我们终于到街上了，我累得快不行了。我们在路上找了块空地，把枣子放好，就大声叫唤。

叫得我嗓子都哑了，看到别的摊子人山人海，而我们这却冷冷清清的，连只猫狗都不过来，我绝望极了，我是吃不到零食了。唉!要是哥哥在，就没有这么多遗憾了。我和外公一起叫卖，终于有一个人来买了，他尝了尝之后买了半斤。我可高兴了，数钱一看，连根棒棒糖也买不起，就这么点钱。后来，我们一直叫到中午，也没有人来买了，我们肚子饿极了，我已经在地上爬了，不，连爬的力气都没有了。唉!零食没买到，倒惹了一身汗。要是哥哥在，我就没有那么多遗憾了。

要是哥哥在，我就没有那么多遗憾了，我就可以买零食吃了。唉!唯独这次没有吃到零食，我遗憾的回家了。

在这秋高气爽、丹桂飘香的季节里，我校运动员们接受了新的挑战。在这一天，他们只有一个目标，只有一个信念——超越自我，为班级赢得荣誉。

随着“啪啪”的巨响，运动会开幕式揭开了神秘的面纱。小观众们个个伸长了脑袋，瞪大了双眼，仿佛要把每一个环节都看得一清二楚。绚烂的礼花响彻了整个校园，方队表演闪亮登场：鼓号队气宇轩昂，红旗队满面红光，鲜花队活力四射，呼啦圈队更是让人眼花缭乱……

开幕式在运动员和裁判员们慷慨激昂的宣誓中结束，紧接着，最激动人心的时刻到来了。天如幕，日如初，运动场内生龙活虎!没有轮到得运动员在空地上压压腿，活动一下关节;轮到的运动员们则一个个摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试。

每当枪声响起，起跑线就像一张拉满的弓，立即射出一把把利箭。运动员们以猛虎下山之势，你追我赶。我们班的啦啦队有节奏地喊着“哥不是跑步，是寂寞，六(2)班跑的不是寂寞，是成绩……”各班也都在为自己的运动员加油助威，呐喊声此起彼伏。

八百米长跑靠的可不是爆发力，而是耐力和毅力。一圈半后，运动员们的速度明显减慢，气喘吁吁。我班的蒋雷遥遥领先，把其他选手甩在了身后。又过了一圈，不好，蒋雷被人反超，这下可把我们这些忠实小观众吓瘫了，正当我们准备“哀悼”时，蒋雷一咬牙，像一匹骏马一样，疾驰起来，七步，六步，三步，只差一点点了……赢了!我们情不自禁地欢呼起来!

接下来是跳高比赛，蒋雷再次出战。他可谓是师傅出马，一个顶俩。此时，大家的心都蹦到了嗓子眼儿。只见他像一只轻盈的小鹿，纵身一跃，便跳了过去。“小信鸽”激动地“飞来飞去”为我们报喜。这一回，横杆提高了许多，不等我们猜想，蒋雷又已经轻如燕地一跃而过，回头露出了胜利的微笑。瞬间，操场上爆发出经久不息的掌声。蒋雷竟然破了上一届的纪录!“哦，蒋雷，蒋雷，你真雷人。”我不由得赞叹道。再看看其他同学，有的竟手舞足蹈起来。

不知不觉，运动会已经接近尾声，快乐的时光也一晃而过。可是，它却永远烙在了我的心中，成为小学生涯中一本快乐的相册。

哦，人生如赛场，路途似跑道。就让我们坚持不懈、顽强拼搏，大胆追求自己的梦想吧!

和煦的阳光照在大地上，让我觉得十分温暖，让这个忙碌的假期多了几分愉快。微风在空中闲逛着，像一个调皮的孩子。学校要求的每天运动一小时，这一小时，也许是我最快乐的时刻。

今天我又下去运动了一阵，其实在后20分钟里，我已是在玩了。但今天下了一点雨，草地上有些湿滑，所以只有一个小伙伴出来了。我们俩几乎是无聊透了。突然，那草地上的自动洒水管引起了我的注意。作为我们这些天真的小孩，忍不住想去研究一下。

那时候，整个小区的自动洒水管都没有开。我们先去找了一个自动洒水管，找到水管之后，看到右侧有一个红色的按钮，看样子是开关，我们便逆旋转了90度，结果，那个水竟然没有喷出来，还是跟原来的一样。我们明白了，得去找一个能开水的管。我对那个小伙伴说：“你去那边找一下，我在这里找。”

我找啊找，始终没有被我找到，包括小伙伴那里，也没有找到。突然我发现我们好像有一个地方从没找到过，便去那里找。拧开第一个，发现没有喷水。我又想：应该在另一个水管上。好奇心驱使着我，走向了那根长长的立着的洒水管。我蹲下来，找到那个红色开关，一扭，“哗啦啦”一股清新的水流朝的脸上喷来，我顿时一惊，连忙跳开了，但已经迟了，水喷得我满脸都是。

“快把水给关了，我也被淋湿了。”小伙伴离我很近，他也猝不及防。我赶紧把水关了。我们既感到悲哀，又感到兴奋。悲哀的是，我的脸全湿了，兴奋的是，我找到了一个能喷水的洒水管。

我们顾不上身上的水了，粗略地擦了一下，便跑到洒水管上，又一次打开，但我们这次很注意，没有让水碰到自己身上。经过仔细观察，这个洒水管的工作原理让我大开眼界：水流喷射时，通变道管，促使水流一分为二，然后一部分水流进入分管，通过反向推进，使分管敲击主管，得到旋转的作用。

夕阳已经降到了树梢上，为天边洒满了五彩的颜料，那五彩的“颜料”，仿佛也在对我笑……

People always believe that when there is pressure, there is motivation, it seems that pressure equals motivation.

We need pressure, it makes us keep move on, with pressure, we know what to do and how to fulfill our targets. Without pressure, we are just like a child, never grow up, having no idea of responsibility. It is pressure that makes us become mature, we should have pressure, it indeed equals motivation at the certain level. While having too much pressure is bad for our mind, it is just like a burden that presses our mind, making people hard to take a breath.

Nowadays the case of people commit suicide is increasing, the reason is that people can’t take a breath from much pressure, they feel there is no hope in life, no matter what they do, life just frustrates them. We should have the right attitude towards pressure.

人们总是相信有压力才有动力，似乎压力等于动力。

我们需要压力，它让我们前进，有了压力，我们才知道应该要做什么和怎样去实现我们的目标。没有压力，我们就像一个小孩，永远长不大，不知道什么是责任。压力让我们变得成熟，我们应该有压力，压力在一定程度上却是等于动力。然而太多的压力对于我们的心智来说是不好的，这会像一个负担一样抑制着我们的思想，让人喘不过气来。

现在人们自杀的案例上升，原因在于人们不能从巨大的压力中呼吸，觉得生活没有希望，无论他们怎么做，生活都会打击他们。我们应该正确对待压力。
