今天，老师发给了我一本书，这本书的名字叫做《网络安全与道德读本》。第一眼看见这本书的时候，就感觉到有一种奇妙的新鲜感。这本书到底写的是什么内容啊?它的“皮肤”整体呈橘黄色，里面内容丰富。等我看完这一整本书以后，才明白了这本书主要是让我们学会在网上做到自我保护，不受到他人的欺骗，那样才能安全的在网上自由的“嬉戏”、“玩耍”。

读完这本书后，令我印象最深的是两件案例：一件是有一个沉迷于网络的学生，连续三个通宵在网吧里上网没有回家。由于父母生气，所以对其进行了批评与教育。他因不服，竟然一气之下跳了楼，结果摔伤，留下了残疾，使得他一生受到了影响。

还有一件事是美国有一位少年“网虫”上网成癖，整天茶不思，饭不想的。最后，父母实在无奈，只得给他配备了轮椅，以便于吃饭时能强行将他从电脑前推开。他的手指总是不停地在动着，仿佛想要移动想象中的鼠标。他只是为了活下去才吃饭、睡觉，除此之外，他从不离开电脑屏幕。经医生确诊，他已得了严重的网络成瘾综合症。

喜爱电脑可以，不过千万不要太迷恋它。否则你也会像他们那样成为“网虫”的。那样你将和一个废人没有什么区别了。你的身心，你的学习……我想你一定不想成为一个不健康的人吧!而且，千万不要去了解那些不健康、不文明的网站和信息。

不过，电脑也有它的好处：像查询信息，网上定购，结识朋友……和这个虚拟的世界作形影不离的“好朋友”，一定要学会在网络世界做到自我保护，不轻信他人，那样，你才能安全的在网络上得到你想要的东西。

在结识qq好友的时候，我们一定要三思而行，小心谨慎地选择。千万不能乱加好友，不然将会制造出一些不必要的麻烦。在我身边就有一个活生生的例子：有一次，一个小女孩在网上认识了一个“朋友”，很快他们便成了qq好友，后来，那个好友叫她去一个地方玩，那个小女孩爽快的答应了，独自一人走出家门。结果到最后一看，原来是一些不良分子，跟在qq上说的完全不一样，就这样，她被无情地抓走了。

当然，网络还是利大于弊的，很多网站都是正规的绿色网站，还有很多类似安全教育平台的网站，这些网站可以增强你的防范意识，开阔你的视野。甚至，很多学习和工作都离不开网络，有了网络，我们足不出户，也能知道外面的世界。

网络就像是一把双刃剑，用得好，可以出神入化，稍微“操作”不好，便会使你身处险境。所以，我们在使用过程中一定要擦亮自己的双眼。

所以我们大家不能乱上不明的网站，如果乱上的话，可能会受法律得制裁，到时候会不堪设想，而且还会让父母担心，所以我们大家要做一个好学生，不要常常让父母担心。

平常在玩电脑的时候，老师都会说：“上电脑课，不能玩游戏”。这是为什么呢？原来是怕有些游戏会有一些电脑小病魔，会让一台电脑生病，病情是中毒。

现在有一些人在网络设下一些陷阱，让别人的电脑掉入陷阱里而中毒，不只是中毒而已，有些人不小心泄漏了个人资料，可能会引起诈骗集团的觊觎，或是在网络上看血腥和暴力的网站，都是不好的行为，所以只要开到不好的网站，就要快速的关闭才可以避免电脑发生危险，我的小笔电，也差一点中毒，还好有快速的扫描一遍，不然电脑就会中毒了。

希望电脑有中毒的人，可以把病毒清理掉。
