什么是正确的网络安全观?笔者认为，总结起来，正确的网络安全观至少包含以下要义：

第一，网络安全是网络主权下的安全。国家主权是国家的固有权利，是国家是否独立的重要标志。习总书记指出，《联合国宪章》确立的主权平等原则是当代国际关系的基本准则，覆盖国与国交往各个领域，其原则和精神也应该适用于网络空间。若没有网络主权，一国的网络安全也就失去了基础。承认和尊重各国网络主权，就应该尊重各国自主选择网络发展道路、网络管理模式、互联网公共政策和平等参与国际网络空间治理的权利;就不得利用网络技术优势搞网络霸权;就不得借口网络自由干涉他国内政;就不得为了谋求己国的所谓绝对安全从事、纵容或支持危害他国国家安全的网络活动。

第二，网络安全是国家安全体系的重要组成部分。随着网络的全面普及和信息技术的进步，网络渗透到社会生活的方方面面，人们的日常生活和社会经济活动须臾不能离开网络。此时的网络安全就不仅仅是网络本身的安全，而是关涉到国家安全、经济繁荣和社会进步。作为国家安全在网络空间中的具体体现，网络安全自然而然地成为国家安全体系的重要组成部分。“没有网络安全就没有国家安全。” 维护网络安全是网络时代保障国家安全的重要任务之一。

第三，网络安全是与发展并进的安全。习总书记指出，网络安全和信息化是相辅相成的;安全和发展是一体之两翼、驱动之双轮;安全是发展的前提，发展是安全的保障，安全和发展要同步推进。这非常经典地概括了网络安全与发展的辩证关系。目前我国网络应用和网络产业发展很快，但网络安全保障没有同步跟上。因此，要在进一步加强信息化建设的同时，大力开发网络信息核心技术，培养网络安全人才队伍，加快构建关键信息基础设施安全保障体系，全天候全方位感知网络安全态势，增强网络安全防御能力和威慑能力。

第四，网络安全需要全社会共同维护。当前绝大多数的网络关键基础设施为民用设施，网络的终端延伸到千家万户的电脑上和人民群众的手机上，网络的应用深入到人们的日常生活中。泛在的网络需要泛在的网络安全维护机制。这个泛在的网络安全维护机制就是习总书记所说的，网络安全为人民，网络安全靠人民。维护网络安全是全社会共同责任，需要政府、企业、社会组织、广大网民共同参与，共筑网络安全防线。

第五，网络安全需要国际社会共同维护。全球互联网是一个互联互通的网络空间，网络的开放性必然带来网络的脆弱性。各国是网络空间的命运共同体，网络空间的安全需要各国通过多边、多方模式共同维护。正如习总书记所指出的，网络安全是全球性挑战，没有哪个国家能够置身事外、独善其身，维护网络安全是国际社会的共同责任。

我校在校内张贴了海报、发放宣传材料，课堂上组织学生认真学习网络安全知识手册;同时积极组织学生参加中小学安全知识网络答题活动。同时在设置了计算机课的班级年级在信息技术课上传授了一些与网络安全有关的知识并布置任务，让学生在网上搜集一些与网络安全相关的小故事并相互在课后进行讲述传播。

(三)举办“网络安全大讲堂”知识专题讲座

为普及网络安全知识，我校还为学生们开展了专题讲座，讲座主要围绕《如何帮助青少年提高网络基本识别能力》，《如何养成良好的上网习惯和行为》，《净化青少年上网环境》，《青少年网瘾的危害》这几个主题进行，取得了良好的效果。

(四)依托校园网和校园电视传播网络安全正能量

为加大网络安全宣传周活动宣传力度，我校不光在校园网上醒目位置添加了网络安全宣传周活动专题，搜集整理了相关网络安全知识上传到网站上，还依托学校在周四的下午的班队会时间播放学校有关网络安全宣传周活动宣传片，向广大师生传播网络安全正能量。

信息技术和网络的快速发展应用在极大促进经济社会发展的同时，也带来各种新的网络安全问题，病毒木马传播、黑客攻击破坏、网络盗窃诈骗、有害信息蔓延、网络游戏成瘾等都给广大网民的信息安全和财产安全带来巨大威胁。我校通过此次“网络安全宣传周”活动加强了网络安全宣传教育，提升了学生们的网络安全意识和基本技能，构筑出了网络安全的第一道防线，在增强学生们的网络安全防范意识和自我保护技能方面都取得了较好的效果。

Campus security

Rencent years , campus security has become a public concern after a series of safety accidents, such as, the electric door guard has replaced the traditional "door lady" in a dormitory at Shanghai Songjiang University City, within the range of many universities.

There are many reasons for this phenomena, including student, school, social and so on.

No matter what the reason, In order to decrease such campus security accidents,we should takewe have to take it seriously.For the first instance,as a student,we should increased the sense of security so that we can pay attention to it. Moreover, campus ought to streng

then the safety education of students and management.Last but not least,as a citizen, we should build the sense of responsibility to campus.

As is known to all， food is a priority for the mon people.Recently，

however， reports about food problems have often been seen in the newspapers，

showing that people have always been concerned about what they eat every day.

The reason for this problem is that some of the food producers are too fond of

making money， leading to the result that they use whatever will make the food

look good or taste better without considering the bad consequences。 This is not

normal because people just cannot live without eating anything.

So we should take all the measures necessary to forbid the food producers

to make food that is not safe enough. Laws should be strengthened and the

government should have more control over these producers。 Only when people are

no longer worried about whether their food is safe or not can they enjoy a

better life.
