9月19日上午，河池市2016年国家网络安全宣传周活动启动仪式在市职业教育中心学校举行。活动通过展板展示、现场互动、课堂授课等形式，积极宣传文明上网，增强全社会网络安全意识，呼吁共同维护网络安全。

当你穿过马路，要走人行横道或过街天桥，地下通道。如果你是骑自行车或摩托车，要骑在路的右边。红灯亮时，请停止并等待绿灯。转弯或停车时要给一个手势。要让孩子们知道，在马路上玩耍是很危险的重要性。帮助老人和小孩过马路是一件好事。如果每个人都遵守交通规则，步行或骑在路上将会变得更安全。

在我刚接触网络时，进入的却是娱乐圈。和同学玩游戏、聊天真是“精彩”，却不知这精彩后面耗费了多少珍贵时间、精力。我也想学习，但面对浩瀚如海的网站，我不知所措，转来转去就是那几个娱乐网站。

当然，我不愿在这小小的、无聊的娱乐圈里转，于是我找了一些网址，决定寻找网络的另一部分……

“ Google”、“百度”这些搜索网站早已如雷贯耳了，于是我从这里下手。当我充满欢乐的在搜索栏中输入“学习”，再轻轻按下回车键后，一大片结果出来了。我想：这回我可以用网络学习了吧。可当我打开这些网站时，一大堆广告，一大堆无用的信息，充斥着整个页面，而如何学习却一点也不知道，根本不是我需要的。我有些灰心失望，难道人人称赞的网络就这些乱七八糟的学习资料吗？ 我又退回“精彩”的娱乐圈，那些游戏网站可真好找啊！终于，在一个论坛中，我看到有人推荐66站“小荷66”。我随即高兴得打开，毕竟我心中学习的心思没有灭掉。来到小荷66后，也许当时我还不太懂怎么操作，上网没有经验。看着什么点什么，什么都想看，却什么都看不懂（我看着不是我看得懂文章）。得知注册后便可发表文章，便随便注册的了一个账号，急忙把存在电脑上的文章发表，充满信心地等待有人赞扬我的“大作”。可过了很久，我那几片文章还在投稿箱里睡大觉，没人看，没得分，更没人点评。我气急败坏的把那些文章删除，愤怒地离开了小荷66。突出娱乐圈又一次失败。

后来，我对网上学习没多大兴趣，而是对精彩的软件世界找了迷。这是我的一个舅舅和一个同学吸引我的。他们经常和我谈论到电脑，当然少不了介绍他们利用软件得到的成果，于是我对软件感兴趣了。文字处理软件，杀毒软件，网页制作软件，系统优化软件……大都从网上下，于是我从网上得到了许多上网知识，懂得躲开那些坏网站了。而那些软件也让我得到了许多电脑知识，给我以后如何使用学习资料奠定基础。应该说软件世界很精彩，但就在此时期，我也结识了不少学习软件，如“金山词霸”，“英语步步高”通过这些软件推荐的网站，我又想在一次寻找心目中的精彩网络。

这时我要参加数学竞赛，便从网络试着找资料。此时有一定上网经验的我很快找到了“”，并且，我通过友情连接发现了一大批的站，我就如窜进宝库的强盗，这时却不知选哪件宝物了。一阵欢喜地搜寻后我得到了许多试卷、讲解，让同学惊讶得问我怎么得到资料的，我说：“网上多的是！”

尝到甜头的我继续搜寻，各种站也相继浮出水面，收藏夹里的站都挤满了。我可以通过“我爱e书”得到大量的电子书，如《骆驼祥子》、《老人与海》、《冰心文集》，精美的页面让我沉醉于其中，方便地操作也让我不再哗啦哗啦的翻书，随便几点，便可免费得到，真是得来全不费工夫！我可以用email跟同学交流了，一封长长的信、照片、资料，只要轻轻一点就可以让同学得到，无需邮费，更不怕丢失，网上最新消息、精彩的文章我也可以通过email订阅，天下大事尽展现在小小的屏幕上。我可以通过100e学英语，快捷的网络让一本一本的书籍随着“嘀嗒嘀嗒”的鼠标声来到屏幕上，电脑的优势让一句一句的英文说起话来，不仅电脑帮你听写，你也可以背给电脑听，一位难得的好老师活生生的站在屏幕上。还有令我感动的是我在百度上提出我不懂得问题，一下热心人纷纷来为我解答，让我不止如何感谢。我和几年前相遇的小荷66也重逢了，用新的眼光一看：翡翠般的页面，众多的作文如同一朵朵美丽的花朵在这个平台上尽情绽放，或歌颂感人的友谊，或述说快乐的经历，或抒发内心的感情……于是我再次发表我的文章，当然用心去写得文章人人都喜欢，看着网友的点评我感到无比的欢乐，也热情地参与对别人作文的评价。

我想，现在我应该真正的认识到了网络的价值——可以快速的与朋友联系，可以获得海量的资料，可以浏览各种信息，可以与网友讨论问题，可以轻松地学习，可以展示自己的文章……以前娱乐圈只不过是网络的一个特区而已，软件世界只不过为网络提供辅助罢了。

此时此刻，我想说：“网络真精彩！”

为进一步提升全员网络安全意识，增强企业网络安全风险管控水平，近日，市局以“网络安全为人民、网络安全靠人民”为主题，扎实开展“国家网络安全宣传周”活动，营造起良好的网络安全环境。

加强组织领导，层层分解责任。结合工作实际，制定“国家网络安全宣传周”活动计划，健络安全管理组织机构，细化安全主体责任和监管责任，落实终端病毒防控、日常运维监测、系统隐患整改等方面的管控措施，严防网络安全事故发生。

加强宣传引导，增强安全意识。强化网络风险宣传，定期通过微信群、微信公众号等方式，对网络诈骗手段、个人信息保护措施等进行专题推送;充分利用电梯间展示终端“使用频繁、受众广泛”特点，选取网络安全警示教育短片，进行全天滚动播出，引导全员了解网络安全风险，培养安全意识。

加强教育培训，有效防范风险。组织信息化方面骨干力量，到青岛市局(公司)、中百集团等单位学习网络安全风险管控措施和经验;邀请信息化安全方面专家，采用观看网络安全警示教育片、实例讲解、模拟故障处理等形式对网络安全知识进行培训，进一步提高网络安全辨别能力和防御能力。

加强日常管控，提升应急处置能力。联合专业机构，对应用系统、网络核心设备等重点部位进行检测，查找安全漏洞，采取有效防护措施;按照网络安全应急预案演练方案，组织信息化部门人员定期演练，针对发现的问题，及时修订完善应急预案，切实提升突发事件应急处置能力。

In spite of objections from public opinion， many students cant draw themselves away from video games. It seems that the more they are prohibited from playing the games， the more they are tempted to do so. Many students indulge themselves in playing these games.

Video games are harmful to both the inzidual and society in many ways. First， they endanger the young peoples health. Sitting in front of the computer for hours on end is bad for the players eyesight as well as his entire physique. Secondly， they distract the young people attention from their work and study. Absorbed in the games， the player often forgets to go to work or class. Sometimes even if they are at work or in class， they are still thinking of the games they played or are going to play after work or after class. As a result， they quickly fall behind others in their work and study. Thirdly， they lead young people to moral degradation. Some young people are especially interested in games that are filled with violence. If they play these games a long time， they may also settle disagreements through violence， which may give rise to higher crime rate.

Therefore， it is time we took effective measures to solve this problem. On the one hand， young people should be made fully aware of the danger of video games. On the other， illegal video game houses should be eliminated， and software producers should be encouraged to make more beneficial video games in the future.
