强姓起源颇广。同时为炎帝和黄帝的传人。在中国的历史舞台上，五胡十六国相继出现，使得中华民族日益庞大茁壮，时日一久，当时的所谓汉人与胡人，在传统文化的共同薰陶之下，再也不分彼此，亦分不出彼此。一手造成这个局面的是苻坚。大家都知道，他是氏族人。随着他扬名显世，他的族人也自此出人头地，在那一段日里扮演十分重要的角色，而我国的强姓，便是当时氏族的一个主要姓氏，苻坚的后代就姓强。关于强姓在1000多年以前与氏族的这段渊源，有《名贤氏族言行类稿》上的一段记载，可资说明，该稿是这样说的“……秦录有强永、强帛、姚秦录有强越、强斌、西阳强京，并略阳志也。”从以上的述说，大家也许会认为强氏是一个源自氏族的姓氏，实际上这种想法大谬不然，我国强氏的源远流长，他们的历史可以远溯到大约3000年以前的春秋时代，只是在南北朝之时，氏裔的强氏特别的表现出色罢了。那么我国最初的强氏又是怎样来的呢?这一点，《性苑》一书有着很明确的记载说：“左传郑大夫强鉏之后，望出丹阳。”这一支强氏的始祖强鉏，在春秋时代的郑国，也是一位风云人物。由此看来，我国的强氏是有两个主要的来源的，一支出自春秋时代的郑国大夫强鉏，一支则出自南北朝时表现出色的氏族。前者的主要繁衍地区是安徽省境内(古之丹阳)，后者则活跃于陕西省境内，算起来都是源自我国北方一个姓氏。唐朝末年天下大乱，再度造成了我国民族的大迁徙，一向活跃于北方的强氏，也在此时播迁到南方各地，宋明之际、江、浙一带的强氏纷纷崭露头角，其中又以宋代浙江钱塘的强家，最为锋芒毕露。

作为一名进入一个全新工作环境的新员工来说，尽管在过去的工作中积累了一定的工作经验，但刚进入公司，难免还是有点压力。为了能让自己尽早进入工作状态和适应工作环境，有问题及时请教同事，积极学习工作所需要的各项专业知识，努力提高自己的业务水平。这段时间我学到了很多知识，自己的技术水平也得到了很大提高，过得非常充实和快乐，再累也是值得的！

在这里，我要特别感谢在这段时间帮助过我的领导和同事，正是因为有了他们无微不至的关怀和不厌其烦的帮助，才使我的于尽早从那种紧张情绪中解放出来，使我尽快地适应了环境，全情地投入了工作！在这里，我喜欢XXX这个工作岗位，因为这个岗位具有很高的挑战性，能让我把所学的知识运用到实际当中，并能很好的发挥我制定计划、处理问题等方面的能力，正因为对工作的喜欢，使我能全情投入到工作中去。

作为新员工，我会去主动了解、适应环境，同时也要将自己优越的方面展现给公司，在充分信任和合作的基础上会建立良好的人际关系。除此之外，我还要时刻保持高昂的学习激情，不断地补充知识，提高技能，以适应公司发展。在工作中我可能会有迷惑和压力，但是我相信只要能端正心态、有十足的信心勇敢地走下去，就一定会取得成功。
