This summer holiday I plan to go to the beach. I will go there with my

2.28 星期二 晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

3.3 星期五 小雨

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问“我有理由迟到吗?”最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。

3.5 星期一

昨天穿了整天的高跟鞋跑来跑去，傍晚到住处时脚痛得很厉害，都是高跟鞋惹的祸。今天我终于放弃我坚持足足两天的“职业淑女装”计划，改穿帆布鞋了，虽然看起来有点“不敬业”但至少我精神状态好多了，晚饭也算是能咽下了。今天下午总负责人赫老师给开了个小会，会上总结了一周班级的基本情况，听起来都是些琐碎的小事情，例如老师的表现是否合格，学生课堂表现等等。赫老师用聊天的方式很细心的分析着这些，不仅仅吸引老师们的注意，连所有其他负责老师也不自觉的被吸引过去了，我在一边看着赫老师，一边瞧瞧其他老师的反应。真不知道让我发言的时候能不能也有这样的效果，希望有吧。不过接手前的这个星期有点像被判“死缓”，哈哈。

3.9 星期三

天正式给学生上高中的课了班上有20几个学生和听课的老师，但是我一点没有紧张。因为可能培训的时候适应了吧上课做了一次单元测试，所以后来我就讲了一节试卷评讲课，一节单词的讲解。讲试卷时明显就发现了自己的不足，知道答案却难以讲解的明白。每个题目都得到字典上去寻求解释，还需要向老师请教如何讲解。很多很细微的知识点也要向学生解释清楚的。经过这几节课的实践，自己虽然还是难以把握讲解的方法，总算还是学得了一些。自己感觉在讲解试卷时，内容会很枯燥，同学们听着也很无聊，开始在下面做别的了，谁料被坐在下面的老师发现了，把他们教育了一番，可能是我光顾着自己讲了，都没怎么注意下面的同学的反应。这一点以后一定得避免。回顾这四周的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，或者写错了某句话，老师把错误指出来后而无地自容。但是我想通过两个月的实习我一定会越来越好的。

一个星期六下午，我看见妈妈正在吃力地拖着地，脸色灰暗，额头上冒着细细的汗珠，我突然想起妈妈这段时间看书，看的很晚，很辛苦，便心疼地对妈妈说:“妈妈，你去休息吧，让我来拖。”“不用了。”妈妈说。我说:“我今天学了乌鸦反哺这个成语，连乌鸦都知道应该照顾父母。我当然也应该孝敬你们喽，帮你们分担一些家务。”妈妈高兴的说好吧。

于是我把妈妈扶到沙发上休息，结果她手里的拖把干了起来，我拿着拖把，左拖拖右拖拖。结果拖过的地方又被我踩脏了。妈妈看到了，就对我说，拖地要倒退着拖，两手要握着拖把柄，两脚要一前一后交替着拖，我按照妈妈说的去做，拖了不一会儿，我就觉得手臂酸酸的，我碰到角落就避开，拖完后，那些角落里的尘灰随处可见，格外显眼。妈妈发现了就对我说，拖地的时候角落里也要拖到，于是我走到卫生间，把拖把清洗了一下，开始了扫角落运动。我变换不同的角度，把角落里打扫的干干净净。这时我已经累得气喘吁吁，两臂酸的举不起来，感觉脊梁上已经微微出汗，但看着自己的劳动时果，我还是感到异常兴奋。

我带着成功的喜悦跑到妈妈面前，妈妈搂着我说，你真棒，把地面拖得那么干净。

通过这次劳动，我知道了妈妈每次做家务都是那么辛苦，那么劳累，劳动是最光荣的，也可以锻炼一个人的意志，以后我一定要多抽出时间，帮妈妈分担些家务。

离军训结束的日子渐渐向我们逼近了，已经是第三天了。明天就将进行彩排练习，可是今天的我们表现很不好，惹的从不发火的教官生气，让老师失望，连我自己都快失去信心了。在最后几分钟里，教官让我们沿着赛道原地踏步练习，可我感觉整个节奏变的好快，让我有点赶不上。有时看者自己的步伐和旁边的不一样时，我觉得好羞愧。都一个高中生了，怎么连这样简单的步伐都会错，真得一种我拖累大家的感觉。

在烈日炎炎下，看着别人席地而坐，喝茶嬉闹，我们也好想这样做。可是教官说：“流了同样多的泪水，为什么他们走得比我们好?这句话顿时让我们安静了几分钟，每个人都在反省，因为每个人都有一种荣誉感，都想证明自己，是啊，同样的辛苦，同样的汗水，凭什么我们比别人差。我希望明天的我们会进步，会让教官自豪，让老师引以为傲。

今天晚上的篮球赛真得让我大开眼界，看者双方队员努力灌篮，努力抢篮板的样子，我心里非常激动，大声地喊着加油，尽量想盖过对方的声音，似乎球场上的比分会因我们的的呐喊而改变。终于的比分一样。毕竟“友谊第一，比赛第二”嘛!

5月8日星期四

今天下午，英语老师拿考卷来发，没想到第一个就是我，我连害怕的时间都没有了。

可我拿到考卷的时候，这简直是老天送给我的惊喜。我考了98分！从四年级开始，我英语考试就没有一次能上九十分以上，不是七十几，就是八十几。可这回，竟然得了个98分！太让人不敢相信，连我自己感到不可思议。当我看到扣分数的那一道错题时，脸一下阴了下来——只是四个开头没写大写字母，就扣2分！这2分扣得未免太冤了吧。我把考卷拿着，快步走到位置上时，刚好老师叫到了姚子恒的名字。我以为他的分数会比我的分数高。没想到，哈哈，竟然比我的分数少。我得意扬扬，只能用考卷挡在我面前，好收敛我的得意。

记得考试的时候，我是擦了又改，改了又擦，前面两面才全对的。还有，第一题连线的，连单词和意思，这几单元的单词我都能背出来，称得上倒背如流，这种小题难不倒我。哦，我太激动了，还是收敛不住。

还有，还有，第五题简直是奇迹！这题的意思，我都不明白，只能跳过，等我全部写完了，再返回来写。这时，英语老师已经要收卷了，我也不知道是什么意思就随便填，没想到我瞎猫碰上死耗子，全蒙对了！

哇，这次我考得很满意，我又收敛不住了……

在李教官的指导下，我们大步跨进笔直的赛道，等待着教官的指令，突然李教官一声令下要我们做“立正”的姿势，同学们一下子讨论开了，有的撅着嘴说：“这谁不会，我还以为要我们干“大事”呢!”有的扭扭腰，一屑不顾，我心中也有了“这有什么难的”这种思想，这时教官大声呵斥：“肃静，给我站好。”我赶紧双手往背后一握，两脚并列，这么简单就完成了，我还暗中自喜。

不料，教官指出很多同学的错误，这些同学几乎是全班，其中还包括我。“立正”在我们看来是小事，但要完美地完成这些小事很不容易，我们高度集中精神，手臂紧靠身体两边，大拇指紧握食指第二节，四指并拢，背部向右缩，两腿并列紧绷，两脚尖并不是并列，而是呈60度角。

刚开始人挺精神后来脚软了，心也慌了，动作不能及时地完成，但教官依旧铁着心，让我们硬撑着。

“叮叮……盼望已久的铃声终于响起，虽然今天是苦的，累的，但未来的明天都是美好的。

生活中的每一件小事都是大事，我们只有认真完成小事才能成就大事，认真对待小事吧!
