In recent years, the volunteering spirit has spread among the Chinese

people, especially among youngsters. According to a survey, in 20__, there were

about 1,700,000 volunteers who offered service for Olympic Games. Actually, an

increasing number of people become volunteers in China every year.

Volunteering actions are of tremendous benefits to both those in need and

the society. Olympic Games are a good example. As is known to all, volunteers

played an active role in Beijing Olympic Games. Without them, it would be a

tough task to hold this un-precedent Olympic Games. Therefore, we can say that

it was those volunteers who ensured the success of these games.

As modern college students, we should get actively involved in volunteering

activities. By participating, we can learn how to work well in a team, how to

With the growing awareness of healthy eating， more and more people now are

paying more attention to the importance of healthy diet and an active life。 But

at the same time， a growing unrest over food safety in the China has caught

everyone’s concern。

When it es to the food safety incidents， especially 2008 Chinese milk

scandal， every consumer has much anger to pour upon them。 In September 2008， a

fresh outbreak of kidney disease occurred， due to baby formula contaminated by

melamine.Three babies died and over 6，000 were made sick by the tainted formula。

The supplier of the milk， Sanlu Group， is a name brand and is a major player in

the industry in China。 The pany is said to have known of the problem for months，

but claims the contaminant came from milk suppliers.

Who should be main responsible for these serious incidents like milk

scandal? On one hand， plex China’s food regulations should shoulder part

duties.We should realized its monitoring system can be unresponsive， and the

government departments that oversee and enforce policies have overlapping and

often ambiguous duties。 On the other， food producers and suppliers lack deserved

responsibility for consumers! What they cares is only their own interest and

profit maximization.

In my opinion ，everyone involved in it should set up a high responsibility

for others， law related should be passed and carried out.Only in this way can we

e by a healthy eating and a harmonious world.

支离破碎的车辆，血迹斑斑的路面，铁青僵硬的尸体……望着交通局展开的“重大交通事故图片展”中令人惊心动魄的一幕幕，我幼小的心灵被深深地震撼了。在我的耳边，仿佛回荡起事故的家属那一声声撕心裂肺的哭喊声……

也就在那时，我深深地感受到，作为学生，也应遵守交通规则，不能追车、跳车，否则会付出惨重的代价。“高高兴兴上学，平平安安回家”是每个老师和学生的共同心愿。

从我家到学校，几乎全是马路，所以妈妈经常嘱咐：路上一定要小心，注意交通安全。而我总是嫌妈妈太罗嗦。然而有一天，我却改变了这个想法。

那天下着蒙蒙细雨，天阴沉沉的，我背着书包走在回家的路上，快到家的十字路口时发现那围满了人，不一会儿，从人群中传出一个消息：两个小学生因过马路时，追逐打闹而被迎面而来的摩托车撞倒在地，人们立即把受伤的小学生送到医院，医生说他们的情况十分危急。不过在医生们的奋力抢救下，他们都脱离了危险。

现在，我终于明白：每一个人都要自觉遵守交通规则，就算是最完善的交通设施，再先进的交通工具，也保障不了人们的生命安全。

在我们的学校也是存在一些不安全的因素，比如说：因为我们的校园很小只有两个篮球场这么大，不能同时让20几个班同时做，所以分成了几批，都在大课间的时候站好队，往下带队，由于有些不做操的班级已经下课在楼道里面，使本来就不宽敞的楼道变得更加拥挤，该上的上不去，该下的有下不来，万一上面有同学没站稳所有的同学不都跟着遭殃?做操，还是有秩序的带队可是到了中午放学同学们一拥而下这不是更加危险吗?还有在上体育课和课间的时候同学们爱打篮球在操场上跑得满头大汗先不说影响下节课的听课质量，磕磕碰碰的事也常有发生……

中午有一部分不回家的同学就在学校门口买点饭将就吃了，学校附近有好多餐馆，一般价格很便宜，看报纸知道知道，这些地方的食品卫生安全却难有保障。这些店基本上都是一间房子，操作面积小，校边店三无食品、过期食品泛滥，无证经营现象较为普遍，从业人员未进行健康体检和培训，食品安全隐患大，且无餐具消毒、保洁设施，无三防设施，洗手、洗菜、洗碗消毒共用一个水池或水桶，有的甚至连冰箱都没有。这样的环境真让人担心，我们想想自己都后怕。

中国青少年研究中心曾作过一次调查，结果表明安全事故已经成为14岁以下少年儿童的第一死因。校园安全涉及青少年生活和学习方面的安全隐患包括食物中毒、体育运动损伤、网络交友安全、交通事故、火灾火险、溺水、毒品危害、性侵犯、艾滋病等20多种。所以创建一个健康、文明的校园环境是刻不容缓的，其实有些安全隐患是我们自己造成的，所以只有我们自己去解决，象放学的时候我们可以自觉地走右边，学校也可以在楼梯的中间画上标志线，时刻提醒着我们，减少不必要的事故，因为在外面吃饭比较不干净，所以我希望学校能够办一个食堂，解决一部分同学的吃饭问题。其实安全隐患无处不在，我们要善于发现，善于解决才行。

在我心目中的平安校园是一个很安全、很环保的美丽校园一进学校大门每个同学都要由机器人检查，看学生带没带危险物品。然后往前走就看到一个操场，操场上有一个机器人他是负责清洁操场卫生，如果有同学乱丢东西他会及时上前制止，它还有一个重要的任务就是保护同学的安全，如果有同学要摔倒，它就会在同学没摔倒之前，把同学扶起来，操场旁边有一个大花坛，里面的花草树木是永远也不会干枯凋谢的，最中央是一棵松树，它的四周是各种各样的花草，五颜六色，异样好看，在画坛四周有很多的刺，如剑一般锋利。如果哪个淘气的小朋友想去摸它，园中的“平安保卫机器人”便会来阻止你，如果你不听，它会讲好听的笑话，你高兴过后，也不会那么淘气了。

草场后面是就是教学楼里面摆放整齐的课桌，每个教室里还有一个机器人，它会随时提醒同学们注意安全，比如，在上手工课，同学剪纸的时候，快剪到手了，机器人就会自动提醒：“注意安全”。

上体育课不像以前那样在操场上，全部搬到了楼顶上，楼顶上像一个体育馆，四周是观众席，中间是我们活动的场地，上体育课的时候还有一个助教，它会随时的看着同学们，以防发生意外。在学校的一角还有一个“电子阅览室”只是一个有时间段开放的上网场所，需要根据你的成绩，进行不同上网模式，我相信想玩的同学一定会付出努力，积极向上它使同学们健康上网。不在沉迷于网吧。

校园，是我们成长的摇篮，是我们学习的乐土。可危险的陷阱也可能就隐藏在其中某一角落。

前一段时间，我对校园安全进行了调查，发现学校在以下方面做得很好。

一、安全知识的普及

每隔一段时间，学校就会给我们讲解安全知识，比如防火、防电、饮食安全等方面。有时还会让我们收看安全教育短片，之后在班中进行讨论。老师们也会收集安全小知识，只要有时间，就会向我们传达。我们会制作安全知识小报，这些小报都是同学们自己平时积累的成果。制作小报的时候我们不用再查找资料，因为我们已经胸有成竹。

二、行为习惯的培养

学校每个楼梯上面都标有上下楼靠右行的标志。同学们也会自觉遵守规则。每节课间楼道里还有护导员进行检查和监督，防止某些同学忘记规则，追跑打闹做游戏，以消除安全隐患。年级会上老师还会对课间情况加以总结，加深我们的安全意识。

三、饮食安全的保障

学校里面的饮水机的外壳是隔热的材料制成的，这样即使有同学不小心碰到它，也不必担心。而且每次从里面流出的水都是适合饮用的温度。即使你口渴，心急，也不会被烫伤。

学校的营养餐选用的是北京市指定的配餐公司，校长每天和我们一起食用营养餐，监督饭菜质量，保证食品安全。

另外，学校从不让学生爬上窗户擦玻璃。这也是出于安全的考虑。

但是通过调查，我发现学校里面也存在一些不安全因素，需要改进。比如：学校的清洁工人有时在下课前几分钟擦地，下课时地面没有干，会造成同学滑倒。还比如：在下雪的时候，操场上会结冰，学校应该在湿滑的地方放置警示标，提醒同学们不要在冰上游戏。再比如：教室里的吊扇，应该经常维护，以防螺丝松动，掉下来砸到人。

此外建议学校经常组织突发事件的演习，加强逃生训练。

学校是我们的第二个家，我希望家里没有危险，只有欢声笑语。让安全隐患从我们身边消失，让我们快快乐乐生活每一天!

人体有着90%以上的水，因此水是必不可少的。也不是什么水都能喝，许多水都是对人体有害的。

生水及未处理过的水，这种水常含有各种各样的细菌、病毒和寄生虫。喝了生水，很容易引起疾病和寄生虫感染。况且如今工厂、生活废水、农药残余等污染严重，喝生水引起疾病更是高频率。

死水，也就是长时间不动的水，常饮这种水，对未成年人来说，会使细胞新陈代谢明显减慢，影响生长发育;中老年人则会加速衰老;老化水及死水中的有毒物质，也会随着水贮存时间增加而增加。

沸腾时间长和反复煮沸的水也不能喝。这种水因煮过久，水中不发挥性(重金属)含量高。久饮这种水，会干扰人的消化功能，造成昏迷，甚至死亡。

蒸馏水是实验室用的水。这是普通水蒸发后的水蒸气在空气中出现“液化”而形成的一种干净、无任何杂质的水。常饮这种水，会导致机体严重缺乏各物质，疾病便闻风而来。

不开的水也不能喝，人们饮用的自来水，虽然经消毒灭菌处理过。但是，终有生命顽强，漏网之鱼的细菌未被消灭，而低温无法杀死这些“佼佼者”。而这些细菌，有害物质大都有致癌作用。那么，怎样净化水?

其实很简单，化学实验中的过滤法既简单方便又实用。面对浑浊的水，要将其净化，可以先沉淀(也可直接过滤)，然后只取上部分水，用一根小棒引流，在三层滤纸上过滤。这样，不溶物质便留在了滤纸上，为了使水更加洁净，可以在其它干净滤纸进行多次过滤，最后，再加热使水沸腾杀菌。这样，便得到了一杯较干净的水。

在生活中，人们也“依样画葫芦”，在水质差的地方，往往制造了各种大同大异的“净水器。”在水龙头口包裹几层纱布便是最原始的方法。

我相信将来的新兴产业肯定有净水处理器，未来的水也会越来越安全。

食品、药品安全关系你我他

有一天晚上，我做完作业，正在看电视时，听见爸爸和妈妈在聊天，妈妈说:“小璐她爸，你说，现在买什么东西吃好呢?这种菜可能有激素，那种可能有污染或是变质的，真不知道吃啥好!”

“唉，现在食品的安全问题，真是令人头痛啊!造假的、环境污染的太严重了。都没有一个安全的制度能打击这些食品。”爸爸担忧的说。

“铃!铃!”电话响了。“哎，你好!你是?”我彬彬有礼的问。

“你是小璐吗?我是杉杉的妈妈，她今天中午在外面吃了饭后，就老说肚子痛，而且不停地拉肚子，我知道你爸爸妈妈是医生，看看应该怎么办?” 肯定是想找一个好医生，我经常见爸妈的朋友不舒服是也会找爸妈商量，担忧找不到好医生和用药治疗，耽误或加重病情。我随即将电话给妈妈。

妈妈接过电话，说:“杉杉妈妈，你不要太着急，现在我去帮你联系，找个好医生给杉杉看病。” 唉，都是不安全的食品惹的祸。

这时不仅让我想起前段时间新闻报纸和电视报道的“三鹿事件”。三鹿奶粉让一个个婴幼儿头大，嘴小，低烧，浮肿。这花儿般娇嫩的幼小生命，刚来到世间几个月就枯萎、凋谢，真是让人心疼。伤害这些无辜的小生命的罪魁祸首，竟然是原本应该为他们提供营养的“奶粉”!

所有孩子都喜欢吃的 “肯德基‘新奥尔良烤翅’中含有 ‘苏丹红’”，苏丹红是一种被广泛用于汽油、地板、鞋等产品增色增光的人工合成工业染料，能使人致癌，某某医院因所进的药品质量不符合要求，致许多病人病情加重和并发多种病，有的病人因此而枉死。等等事件，这些都让人不寒而栗，好像身边所有吃的、用的都是不安全的。

正所谓“民以食为本，食以安为先。”，我们是爸妈的心肝宝贝，我们是祖国的花朵，我们更肩负着持续发展和建设祖国的重任，安全的食品才能让我们健康的成长，安全的药品是抵御威胁健康的武器。为了孩子的笑声，为了更加阳光灿烂的明天，让我们携起手来，共同努力，打造安全、卫生、有质量的生活。

My views on campus security

Our university have a bad campus security problem I think.There is so much thieve in our campus,one of my schoolmate had already been stolen three bicycle,for more convenience in campus,he cannot help but bought anyother second hand bicycle.they go to the emplacement bridge for second hand bicycle,and the crabman there find more bikes for selling,and then people who lost the bicycle go there for another,then they stolen more, then come into being avicious circle that will never be end. For does the campus sexurity well,I think it should give more guards around student’s dormitories when students are studying.And I think it also should make another more firmly door for dormitory guard.

This holiday is busy and happy.

This holiday is very busy. I need to do homework, review the contents of

last semester, prepare for next semesters contents, take notes, and attend

classes, and...

The vacation homework is at least two weeks to finish and a lot of

homework. Homework is seldom finished in a week, but I dont miss the time of

primary school vacation, because homework can increase knowledge and enhance the

content of last semester.

It will take two weeks to review the content of last term. Although the

content is much more than the primary school, I have learned a little faster.

Review time I dont feel boring, I feel very interesting, my old friends and I

can not only say hello but also as a detective to ferret out the last semester I

同学借给我一支笔，我一不小心把笔弄快了，我向同学道歉，但他硬说我是故意的，我感到很冤枉，流下了委屈的泪水。我无奈之下，冲出班门，独自一人在操场上漫无目的地走着，脑海中不断地浮现出刚才发生的画面，眼泪再一次留下了。老师肯定在教室上等着我回去解释了。我擦干泪水，重新回到教室。我明白，不管发生什么事，我总得面对。

刹那间，我觉得自己长大了，不再是一个无知的小女孩了。

一个学期下来，我的收获很大，我已经可以脱离父母的襁褓了，和同学们友好相处。经过一个学期的学习，我取得了优异的成绩，在散学典礼上，老师郑重地把“三好学生”的奖状递给我，看着老师和同学们满意的笑容，我心里暖暖的，我会心地笑了。

And we all know that the more knowledge a person has, the better-behaved he will be. I think this is the charming of reading. The importance mentioned above just a part of reading. It has so many advantages that I can’t list all in a short time. It is irreplaceable in human beings’ life.

随着世界的发展，越来越多娱乐供人们消磨时光。阅读在过去常常就是一种重要的娱乐。但现在却越来越少人喜欢阅读了。但仍然还有很多人是喜欢看书的。对我来说，我认为阅读是很重要的。理由如下。

首先，阅读可以开阔我们的视野。我们了解很久以前发生的事情的主要方式是通过阅读。人们用他们自己的方式尽自己最大的努力写关于他们那个年代的事情。我们看书的时候，我们才有机会了解到一切。书中的内容包含知识的方方面面。通过书籍我们可以了解到关于传记，科学，技术，文化，经济等方面的知识。从阅读中，我们的视野很难不被拓宽。

其次，阅读可以陶冶我们的情操。我相信阅读一些优美的句子或者书中描述的美丽东西会使我们感到放松和舒适。我们都知道一个人拥有的知识越多，那个人就会表现得越好。我觉得这就是阅读的魅力。如果有更多的人喜欢阅读，这个世界会变得更加文明。

上面所提到的重要性只是其中一部分。阅读有很多的优点，在短时间内我都不能一一列举我不能列举。它在人类的生活中是不可替代的。

Security issue may sound clichéd, but when it comes to the campus security, we have to take it seriously. Nearly every day, there are reports to the security office on campus that valuable things are stolen away. A surrounding with stealing and mugging can’t be worse for studying. In such cases, what measures should be taken to improve the campus security?

On one hand, we students should strengthen our security awareness. Once we smell out something unusual, we should report it to the campus guard immediately. On the other hand, more equipment such as monitors should be installed on campus so as to detect crimes as soon as possible. Besides, a proper amount of security guards should be arranged to patrol the campus.

I like reading books so much, rencently, I fall in love with the travel

books. When I open these books, I am attracted by the colorful pictures. Reading

these books can broaden my vision, I know there are so many places that I have

never heard of before. I also learn the different culture. I am so eager to go

to these places and have a look at them. So I have made up my mind, I will

travel to the places that are around me first, and then when I grow up, I will

It is shocking to notice that extreme violence has occurred with frequency on campus in recent years, home and abroad.

In November this year, a college student from a prestigious university stabbed to death a professor who was preparing for his teaching. In the US a deadly shooting by a Korean American college student resulted in 33 classmates’ death. These tragedies seem to be unimaginable when college students are regarded as the elite of the society. Some people claim that the higher education do not improve moralities of those college students. Others believe that college students are fragile in their internal minds. These opinions do make sense when we take the overloaded pressure imposed on college students into consideration. While there is no way to rid totally the world of such violence, it is more important to take measures to avoid those occurrences.

Among those solutions, psychological aid is one. If psychological consulting had been resorted to, those tragedies should have happened with less possibility.

Mid Autumn Festival is a traditional festival of China。 It used to be as

important as Spring Festival 。It is usually celebrated in September or October。

This festival is to celebrate the harvest and to enjoy the beautiful moon

To some extent， it is like Thanks Giving day in western countries。 On this

The environmental health of our school is not good enough. 联想到我们学校的环境卫生也做的不够好。虽然许多同学都非常爱学校，每天可以看到许多同学在认真地为学校服务，有的捡起地上垃圾扔在垃圾桶，有的主动拿起扫帚扫地，还有的主动擦黑板......

可是还有些同学在保洁方面做得不够好，包括我自己，有时很随便地扔垃圾、纸屑，有的同学明明看到地上有纸屑，但他们当作看不见，这样很没“主人翁”的精神，也大大地影响了学校的面貌。希望同学们行动起来，开展“大家都来弯弯腰”的活动，人人争做学校的小主人，人人从我做起，使我们的校园环境既清洁，又美丽。让大家在优质的环境中读书，这样才会取得好成绩。

刚进入校门，你会听到溪水“哗哗——”流淌的声音。沿着声音，你便能看到一条清澈的小溪。而这条溪水则是校园里的第一风景线。岸边，那如烟的柳丝，在清风中微微地扭动着柔软的腰肢，任凭阳光的菩萨，鸟儿停卧在柳枝上婉转的鸣唱，花坛里，青翠的嫩草渲染了校园的气氛，五彩缤纷的花儿正在争奇斗艳地开放，散发出迷人的香气。蝴蝶翩翩起舞，蜜蜂也在勤劳地工作。此时此景，会让你感到“常记溪亭日暮，沉醉不知归路”的安逸与陶醉。
