大年二十三，过小年，差不多在这时候，春节就开始了。大街上分外热闹，卖对联的，卖年糕的，卖干果的小贩们全都出来了，整个世界都变得喜气洋洋。马路两旁的路灯上都挂上了火红的灯笼，给这本来就喜气洋洋的世界又增添了一丝喜庆，一丝生机。家里，爸爸、妈妈、爷爷、奶奶和我齐上阵，一起打扫家里，让家变得干干净净、焕然一新。爸爸很勇敢，担任了擦玻璃的重任，他拿一块抹布，先在窗户里边擦，然后再爬到窗户外的防盗窗上，站在防盗窗上，擦外玻璃。我则担任递工具、扔垃圾等很轻松的活儿。就这样，不过两天，家里就会整整齐齐了。

七天转眼间就过去了，除夕在越来越热闹的气氛中来临了。这一天，我高高兴兴地起床，兴奋地穿上过年的新衣，然后和爸爸妈妈爷爷奶奶一起吃过春节的第一顿饺子，爷爷制作的肉馅香甜可口，奶奶擀的饺子皮儿又白又薄，再加上爸爸妈妈一流的包饺子技术，煮好的饺子，很好吃，我一次就能吃15个。中午，炸带鱼，炸茄夹、藕盒、豌豆荚……下午，我和爸爸一起贴对联，贴福字。晚上，爷爷就会烤猪蹄儿，烤出的猪蹄儿色香味俱全，一点儿也不腻，很美味。

晚上吃完饭，我们一家人坐在电视机前，一边看春晚，一边包饺子，为第二天早上的“饺子宴”做准备。春晚的一个个小品让我们哈哈大笑，一首首动听的歌曲让我们陶醉在其中，一个个舞蹈让我们着迷……晚上十二点的钟声敲响，鞭炮声四处响起，往窗外望，原本漆黑的夜晚被燃烧的鞭炮照得很明亮。我和爸爸也会来到楼下，放鞭炮，很有趣。

大年初一随着凌晨十二点的钟声来到了。早上起来，又是一顿美味的饺子，上午，爷爷奶奶出去串门，走亲访友，我则在家玩耍，什么小提琴、作业、书，全都被我抛在了一边。中午，一顿丰盛的午餐端上了桌，鱼、虾、肉、菜，应有尽有，让我大饱口福。下午，我和爸爸妈妈一起去表哥家串门，看姥姥。晚上，我们一家三口去散步，去放花炮。

接下来，大年初二，初三，初四……就到了正月十五——元宵节。

这一天，刚刚冷淡下来的气氛又热闹起来。无论走到哪，都能看到红红的灯笼。这天上午，我们一起去看社火表演，什么扭秧歌、舞龙、舞狮子……都演得很精彩。元宵节，家家户户自然都要吃元宵，所以超市里的元宵卖得很快。晚上，圆圆的元宵端上了桌，尝一口，黏黏的皮，甜甜的馅儿，真好吃。晚上，我们去看漂亮灯展，一盏盏美丽的花灯让我们看得眼花缭乱。

元宵节过去，到了正月十八的光景，过年的红火、喜庆与热闹慢慢地消失，大人们都要上班，小学生们也都开学了，一切又平静了下来。

过春节的时候有许多习俗，比如拜年、守岁、放鞭炮、吃年夜饭等等。其中，我最喜欢的就是包饺子。

过春节的时候，我吃着美味的饺子，便跃跃欲试，想自己做一回饺子。因为是第一次做饺子，妈妈帮我减少了一些难度，饺子的馅儿帮我做好了，饺子皮也扞好了，用皮来包馅儿的任务就交给我了。我自以为包饺子是很简单的事情，所以便不仔细做，结果刚刚做好第一个，我就出了洋相。我往薄薄的饺子皮里放一大块馅儿，心里想：馅儿多放一些，吃起来才过瘾。可是饺子皮小，不能把馅儿全都包起来，我没把馅儿取出一些，而是继续用劲压饺子皮。接着那饺子皮承受不住我施加的压力，皮破了，馅儿一起都露了出来，然后我也没多想，就将错就错，又拿来两张饺子皮，把饺子上的大洞补起来，最后包出来了一个“巨无霸”饺子，它的大小一个抵三个。第一个饺子失败!

第二个饺子在包的时候，我吸取了第一个饺子的失败经验，只放了一点点儿馅儿，后来看包得太扁了、太小了，就只好把它拆开，往里面继续放馅儿，只是拆皮的时候用力过猛，饺子皮居然不争气地又破了。第二个饺子再次失败!

第三个饺子，大小适中，终于勉强成功了，接着我就以第三格饺子为基础，又饱了许多成功地饺子。吃着自己包的饺子，我想：果然是自己包的饺子最好吃。包饺子就是我最喜欢的春节习俗。

The Spring Festival is the most important festival for the Chinese people.   All family members will get together to have a big meal on the New Years Eve. Well watch the fireworks and eat dumplings. And some families will sit together to chat or watch the get-together of CCTV. Its a big and special programme.

Almost every family will watch it until 12 oclock. During the spring festival,people can visit their relatives or friends .Its also a happy time for children . They can get a red package from parents and grandparents, or relatives , and there is money in it. So the children are very happy during the festival.
