There is no denying the fact that it has been a hotly debated topic whether students should attend military training in China in the past years. Opinions on this issue differ sharply. Some hold the positive view. They say that the training can not only build up students’ bodies but also temper their willpower. Besides, through the training, students can develop their team-spirit and sense of discipline.Others, however, hold the opposite view. 一、大学生艾滋病感染的现状分析

中国疾病预防控制中心给出的数据和分析指出："截至2013年8月31日，我国现存活的艾滋病病毒毒感染者和艾滋病病人428867例，死亡人数127758例"。 其中15-24岁青年学生的艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人从2008年的482例增加到2012年的1387例，占每年新发现的艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人的构成比例从2008年的0.9%到2012年的1.7%，呈现较大幅度的上升趋势。

"我国的艾滋病疫情已经从高危人群开始向普通人群蔓延，青少年已成为受艾滋病影响的主要人群。" 当代大学生的生理处于活跃时期，心理发展还未完全成熟，知识尚不完整，性观念又比较趋于开放，自我保护意识不强，缺乏相关的经验和知识来抗击艾滋病，让自己免于艾滋病的侵袭，因此，有学者将大学生也归为了艾滋病毒的高危易感染人群。大学生感染艾滋病病毒的主要途径是不安全性行为。随着社会的发展和观念的变化，我国大学生的婚前性行为态度逐渐开放，性行为的发生率已经到了一定的程度，高校学生卖淫嫖娼的行为以及男性同性恋感染艾滋病的新闻报道也已屡见不鲜。另外，虽然政府机构在积极倡导要正确认识和对待艾滋病，但由于艾滋病对人体巨大的危害和至今为止的不可治愈性使恐艾心理在中国民众中普遍存在，大学生这一群体也不例外。根据笔者的调查，有74%的同学表示不愿意和艾滋病人或艾滋病毒携带者住同一个寝室，有72%的人表示如果自己不幸感染率艾滋病将会选择不将其公之于众。因此，面临大学生艾滋病感染率的逐年上升，对该群体及时进行积极有效的干预措施非常必要。

二、大学生艾滋病感染率上升的原因

(一)大学生对艾滋病相关知识的缺乏和认识的偏差

通过对安徽、湖南、兰州地区部分高校的300名大学生的抽样调查发现，大学生对艾滋病本身的认识及其传播途径的知晓不全面准确。分别有41%、53%的同学一般都在报纸书刊、电视广播中获取艾滋病的相关知识和新闻。而通过老师传授获得艾滋病知识的学生只占28%。有57%的大学生表示在大学期间从未参加或遇到过学校举办的任何关于艾滋病防控知识的宣传活动。有很大一部分同学觉得艾滋病离自己的生活很远，和自己并没有多大的关系。能够完全清楚正确地回答出艾滋病的三种主要传播途径的学生数也只占43%。大多数学生也表示不知道感染艾滋病病毒后或艾滋病发病期间身体会出现怎样的反映和症状。同时大部分学生也表示愿意甚至渴望了解更多关于艾滋病的知识 ，对艾滋病防控问题持有非常积极的态度。

艾滋病所带来的社会恐慌也会影响艾滋病感染率的上升，本只是慢性传染病的艾滋病在我国被赋予了道德的不同色彩。那些艾滋病毒携带者怕受到外界的孤立和职责而不敢对外宣扬，有的甚至可能会出现抱负社会的负面情绪。而大学生对艾滋病知识的匮乏使得他们不能正确对待艾滋病毒携带者，以此形成一种恶性循环。调查数据指出，当知道有同学感染了艾滋病后，有67%的学生选择会减少与之交往的频率，大部分学生表示不愿意和艾滋病病毒携带者同住一个宿舍。

(二)学校对艾滋病的预防控制不够重视

被调查者中有53%的人表示在大学期间从未参加或遇到过学校举办的任何关于艾滋病防控知识的宣传活动。国家和政府非常重视艾滋病的预防控制，采取下发文件，增加投入等十分积极的措施，但是在具体的落实方面仍存在不够重视或流于形式等问题，宣传内容带了太多理论化的色彩，形式单一，在学校开展的艾滋病宣传教育还不到位，不能满足大学生对艾滋病相关知识的需求。学校对艾滋病预防控制重视程度的不足会直接导致学生的防艾意识观念淡薄。

(三)大学生心智尚未成熟，易受外界诱惑

随着社会的发展和观念的转变，人们对性的看法和认识越来越开放，青年学生更容易接受这样的新观念，对婚前性行为和同居甚至同性相恋的观念变得更加开放。同时，大学生的生理正处于青春期这一阶段，他们对性产生更多的兴趣，并由最初的反感转为爱慕，这本身就是一种正常现象。但是这一时期的学生心理发展还不成熟，知识结构也不完整，自我保护意识淡薄，情绪又很多变，在诱惑面前感性和冲动往往会战胜理性而不能自制。也有学生因为金钱等利益的诱惑而成为性工作者，通过性行为感染艾滋病已成为当代大学生感染艾滋病的主要途径。另外，教育的缺乏和青少年自控能力的不足让部分大学生容易染上毒品，从而也增加了大学生的艾滋病感染率。

三、大学生艾滋病防控的建议措施

艾滋病的危害已经不单单是对个体生命和公共卫生的影响，它已经转变成整个社会的一种价值理念，危及到了社会的和谐运行机制。当代大学生作为我国新生代的主力军，对艾滋病的防控变得越来越必要，本文大学生艾滋病的预防控制也尝试提出一些解决的建议。

(一)高校需加大艾滋病防控知识的宣传教育力度。

前文所提学生对艾滋病的相关知识仍非常缺乏，同时也抱有积极学习的态度。高校作为大学生学习和生活的主要场所和领导组织单位，应高度重视大学生艾滋病的防控工作。学校可开设生理卫生或艾滋病相关知识的选修课程，通过老师的讲述让学生更加全面、系统、深入地认识艾滋病。举办艾滋病相关知识的讲座，邀请专业人士前来讲学。另外学校可以结合自身的特点，在校园内外深入开展各种形式的宣传艾滋病预防控制的活动，例如在每年的12月1日"世界艾滋病日"前后举行以艾滋病预防控制为主题的演讲比赛或者座谈会等各种不同形式贴近学生生活的活动。学校在举办这些活动的时候应按照宣传教育为主、培养文明健康生活的方式，坚持贴近学生实际，注重活动的实际效用，而不只是流于形式，只为完成任务，要将经常性的宣传和重点宣传相结合。

(二)开辟新的引导途径来培养大学生健康的行为方式

人们都通常更愿意听取与自己年龄相仿，背景、兴趣爱好等相近的朋友或同伴的看法和建议，特别是大学生还处在迷茫、叛逆的青春期，需要那种可以相互讨论怀孕、性、吸毒等一些敏感话题的同伴，因此在艾滋病预防控制的工作中，大学生的同伴教育有时远比老师的说教有效得多。招募一些具有相关专业知识、对艾滋病的防控工作有热情的大学生志愿者，对他们进行艾滋病知识和沟通能力等的培训，促进他们形成正确的价值观念和健康的行为方式。这些志愿者通过同伴之间的信息共享和行为示范等来影响和教育周围的同学，以此类推，在大学生这一群体中形成积极的影响和效应。

另外，随着信息社会的不断发展和新媒体时代的到来，大学生的社交已经不再局限于校园生活，各种网络社交团体中都有大学生的身影活跃着。网络的复杂性和多面性对大学生健康行为方式的建立会产生很多的不良影响，因此要正确引导大学生的网络社交行为，避免受到一些不良信息的诱惑而感染艾滋病毒。

(三)鼓励学生自发的组织干预，在社会的防艾工作中起带头作用

当代大学生是一个特殊的群体，他们的思维非常活跃，知识层次比较高，更易于接受和掌握艾滋病的相关知识，可塑性又很强，在学校的教育和引导思维同时，鼓励大学生自发成立关于艾滋病预防控制的社团组织，变被动接受为自主教育，定期举行艾滋病防控的主题活动，由大学生自己策划、宣传和执行，能带动更多的学生加入艾滋病防控工作的队伍。在进行大学生自身艾滋病预防控制的同时，还可以走进社会，走进艾滋病人的生活，宣传艾滋病的防控和治疗，作为纽带来帮助艾滋病毒携带者和艾滋病人接触社会，融入社会生活。只要足够的重视和正确的引导，大学生的青春朝气和爱国热情将会给我国艾滋病的预防控制发挥积极的作用。

Nowadays, the problem of college students employment becoming more and

more serious. About a decade ago, university students could find satisfactory

and enviable jobs after graduation, while at current situation, about 30% of

graduate students can’t find a job but stay at home after graduation.

Employment difficulty of college students is due to the following reasons.

Among these, the increasing recruitment of colleges and universities plays a

vital role. In addition, many colleges and universities fail to adapt their

courses to the development of economy.

Considering such a rough job market, I think it is high time that we took

effective measures to solve the problem. Above all, college students should

realize their own defects and further improve themselves to keep their

competitive edge in society.

Moreover, colleges or universities should provide more trainings and

internship opportunities before the students enter the society. Besides, college

students should hold a right attitude towards jobs and set their job

expectations at a suitable level.

Only through these ways can the college students find a satisfactory job

and have a brighter future.
