1.认真审题。要求学生认真审读图表或提纲，领会意图，捕捉信息，确定文章时态及体裁。

2.写提纲。教师引导学生构思文章要点，写出每个段落主题句、关键词，然后确定细节和内容要点。

我的理想就是当一位英语老师。从我给学生们上第一堂课开始，我就面带笑容，用温柔的语气给同学们上好每一堂课。同学们上课时如果乱讲话，我不会严厉地批评他们，而是轻轻地走到他们身旁，摸摸他的头，心平气和地对他说：“你上课别开小差哦！认真听，成绩才能好呢！”在课堂上，我会让他们把刚学的课文读读啦、背背啦，把单词抄抄啦、默默啦。我还会抽空和他们一起背英语儿歌，唱英语歌谣，一边唱，一边做动作。每一次测试，我对他们的要求不高，考在90分以上就可以了。同学们有什么单词、句子不会读，或者有什么题目不会写时，我都会耐心指导，一直把他教会为止。下课后，我还会和同学们一起做一些英语小游戏，我还会定期在班级开展一些活动，如“英语故事会”、“朗诵大赛”??等他们掌握一定的单词后，我会让他们写英语作文，写得好的，我会把他们的作文贴在“英语小作家栏”里，我更会叫他们用英语问好，最后我还会对他们说：“把英语学好，长大后对出国有用处，一个人英语学得好，去国外时外国人会夸奖你的。”

光说不行，还得有行动，我要从现在开始，努力地学，踏踏实实地干，朝着理想飞奔。

英国威斯敏斯大教堂石碑上的这一段话，不得不引起我们的反思，就在理想与现实之间，我们最应该考虑到现实的问题，现实是衡量你行事目标的准则，我们应从现实的角度出发，从小事做起，从小的目标做起。

理想应建立在现实的基础上。例如，鲁迅少年因父病而立誓从医，后目睹社会的状况，行医医的只是肉体，并不能医治心灵，因此果断弃医从文，才有了后来人们所熟知的鲁迅。试想，如果鲁迅当年并没有意识到现实社会的不堪，而等到他年老时才去后悔，到那时的他行将就木，又怎能引起风波?又如何能将自己犀利的笔尖直插敌人的心扉呢?答案自然是否定的。

荒谬理想的恶果。十年文化大革命，严重阻碍了整个社会的发展，错误的方针致使建立的新中国陷入了新的斗争，历史课本上写的”一个萝卜千斤重，稻米长的比人高。”等等可笑的言论竟是那时人人信仰的口号。而那些文化分子又有多少是被那时的反文化分子残酷至极的打击着呢?

那些荒谬的理想，根本没有考虑到现实，而一味的夸大其词。如果那时候的人们都是清醒的，没有被反动分子迷惑了，那将是另一番景象，或许他不会有那么大的动乱，我们的文化也不会被毁灭的如此之重，知识分子也就不会惨遭冤屈。荒谬的理想是可怕的，它一味地只追求梦想的，却从不思量现实生活中是否正能做到。

侵略者的疯狂理想。那些嚣张的侵略者妄想称霸世界。于是，战争开始了，人们无尽的痛苦也接踵而至，残酷的凡尔登绞肉机，在那样短的时间内，屠杀了数不尽的年轻生命，一个个活生生的人瞬间消逝，仿佛就是一个人间地狱。毕加索的《格尔尼卡》，留给我们的是痛苦，是一个卑弱小镇的不幸，他让我们更深刻的体会到侵略者的恶毒。只是，那些侵略者也许就是不明白这世上相生相克的道理，不可能永远的胜利，他称霸世界的野心也不可能实现，每个国家都会相互牵引。他们的理想只会让他们自食恶果、自取灭亡。

我想，作为一个人，他应该有理想，因为人是最高级的动物，他能思考，但理想，必须是建立在现实中，只有现实中这个理想能成立，你可以做到，它才会结出最甜蜜、最让你动心的果实。

The spring festival is Chinese most traditional festival every 365 days.

Each Chinese pay much attention on it. Every year about 15 days before spring

festival， the migrate works and white-collars are beginning crowded

home-returning.

But， in recent years， with the development of the world， many different

attitudes between the young and the old towards the spring festival come forth.

The old are still pay more attention to the spring festival， but the young

gradually change the mode to spend their spring festival holiday， such as travel

overseas.

When I am a childhood， I celebrated the spring festival with my family

about a month in my winter vacation in traditional way， such as helping cleaning

our houses， putting red couplets on gates， setting off firecrackers， and wear

new clothes. Now， I spend only 4 or 5 days at home with my parents in

celebrating the spring festival， then I will hurry back to work. Maybe in the

near future， I will have no time celebrating spring festival hometown， and my

parents have to come to stay with us in the city.

Whether or no， I like the spring festival. It is one of the most important

part of our Chinese culture. However busy I am， I will try my best to

celebrating it with the traditional way to protect those our ancestor has leave

behind.

Now let me tell you something about our school. Our school is the key school of

our city with the most beautiful campus. It has many trees, flowers and a lot of

grass. We have two very nice and teaching buildings and a dormitory building. In

addition, the school is well-equipped with excellent equipment, such as a new

gym, a computer room and a large library. There are also a lot of electives to

choose from, such as painting, typing and cooking. Above all, there are many

excellent teachers in our school. Classes are interesting, the teachers are

kind, well-educated and knowledgeable and willing to help students in study as
