许多人分不清瑞典与瑞士，这也难怪，瑞典是一个不张扬的国家。去瑞典之前，我除了知道这个国家的天很蓝以外，很少听到别的什么。

7月10日，我提着行李箱走出机场，充满新鲜感地打量着这个对我来说完全陌生的地方。这儿的天很蓝，高高的，有些透明，空气是那么新鲜。经过冬天的漫漫长夜，夏天的瑞典充满阳光，太阳一直到晚上11点钟才落下，第二天3点就升起。

离开迷人的因特拉肯，坐在旅游巴士上，我的心里不禁浮想联翩。阿尔卑斯山真的那样的美丽吗?

从小时候看过《海蒂》这本书起，就对书里所描绘的阿尔卑斯山那美妙的景色神往无比。无论是玫瑰色的小云朵、温顺而友好和善的山羊，还是猎猎的山风、皑皑的白雪，都是我无数次想象过的。现在就要去了，在去的路上了，我反而有些担心，阿尔卑斯山真的是我想象里的那个样子吗?

•观光小火车

到达了山脚，一个小火车站出现在了我的面前。我们就将在这里坐上小火车，去阿尔卑斯山脉的第二高峰——少女峰(Jungfrau)。这是我第一次坐登山火车，火车轨道中间有特殊设计的钢齿，使得火车可以在陡峭的山峰上行驶而不会滑下去，这个火车还有一个名字，叫“云霄火车”。当小火车驶上了一块广袤的草甸子时，我被阿尔卑斯山的美震惊了。时而陡峭的山峰，时而和缓的草坡，远处雪山白雪皑皑，近处草坡上散布着无数美丽而又绚烂缤纷的野花，美得让人迷醉。有蒲公英，有铃兰，有雏菊，有紫云英，还有许许多多叫不出名的，真真正正可以用山花烂漫来形容。在草坡之上，零星地散布着一个个安详而又宁静的小村庄。一座座的小房子全用木头搭成，几乎每座小房子的窗台上都种植着鲜花，真是别有一番情趣。在小房子的四周，成群的牛羊，悠闲地漫步在鲜花盛开的原野上，懒懒地吃着随处可见的嫩草。牛羊戴着铃铛，时不时传来清脆的铃声。随着小火车的行驶，就在这山峰之上，草坡之间，慢慢地出现了一个小湖。湖小小的，可是碧波荡漾，就像一块透亮的蓝水晶，嵌在草坡之间。这是多么和谐的一幅画卷啊!

•雪峰

途中，小火车还穿过一个个隧道，据说是穿过了艾格尔(Eiger)峰和门希(Monch)峰。一个半小时后，在我的期盼下，终于，小火车缓缓停在了少女峰的峰顶。好冷呀，山顶是个冰雪世界。冰川横于眼前，除了雪与冰的晶莹洁白，只能看到极为干净的蓝天与少许的云朵。为了正视冰山，我戴上了墨镜——冰雪在阳光的照射下格外刺眼，反射出明亮的光，像一枚巨大而又晶莹的钻石。在巨幅蓝天的映衬下，美丽的少女峰是多么的奇丽壮美啊!我的心被深深地震撼了。

•迷人的阿尔卑斯

在瑞士，有一则古老的传说：传说天使来到凡间，在一座美丽的山谷里居住下来，还为它铺上了无尽的鲜花和森林，镶嵌了银光闪烁的明珠，许愿说：“从现在起，人们都会来亲近你、赞美你，并爱上你”，说的就是阿尔卑斯山的少女峰。

Forest Pretention保护森林

Our country has a large area of forest. However, not until recently did the government begin to realize the importance of protecting the forest. As we may know from various sources, the government recently adopted a policy called "restore the farmland to the forest"(退耕还林).This has brought much hope to the forest of our country as well as the sustainable development of our country.

Pollution: a Social Problem

When we read newspapers, we often come across the word pollution. This word was not familiar to the people some decades ago. But now, it is a serious threat to usbecause. it means the poisoning of the air, seas, rivers and lands, which would do harm to our health.

There are many factories that bring pollution to us. We can not have fresh air in the morning. This is mainly because of the poisonous smoke coming from factories, especially chemical ones. In rivers, seas and oceans, there are industrial wastes. Some factories just throw their wastes into seas or let them flow into rivers. When people drink the water from such rivers, they get poisoned. Besides, there is rubbish from ships and when sometimes an accident occurs in an ocean, oil flows out from tankers.

On land, the accumulation of rubbish in the streets may dirty the city and ruin our health. This is mainly due to the improper disposal of rubbish by people.

If we do mot fight against pollution, surely one day all of us will be killed. Some people like to put the blame on the industrial revolutions. On the contrary, the pollution problem will be solved only with the help of modem science and technology.

Nowadays the topic on Cinese Dream by our Chairman Xi’s speech inspires everyone all over China, especially the students who will enter university to achieve their dreams. I’m so proud that I am the one.

As for my own dream. I have always wanted to be a doctor. Not only can doctors save people’s lives but also they are doing a respectable job. Doctors can also help people to live a better life with their professional knowledge. I believe to help others is to help ourselves, and it surely can bring me happiness and pleasure.

To realize my dream, firstly, I must try to work hard from now on. And I must learn as much as possbile so that I can get into a good medical college, where I will prepare myself adequately for the job of a doctor. Senondly, I have to train myself to be more careful, that is the basic to do everything . Finally, believe myself. Because confidence is the key to success. I think only in this way can I accomplish my goal, my Chinese dream.

至于我自己的梦想。我一直想成为一名医生。医生不仅可以挽救人的生命也是他们在做一个体面的工作。医生可以帮助人们过上更好的生活与他们的专业知识。我认为帮助别人就是帮助自己,一定可以带给我幸福和快乐。

为了实现我的梦想,首先,我必须试着从现在开始努力工作。和我必须学习半年,这样我就可以进入一个好的医学院,在那里我将自己充分准备一个医生的工作。Senondly,我必须训练自己更小心,这是基本要做的一切。最后,相信自己。因为自信是成功的关键。我觉得只有这样我才能实现我的目标,我的中国梦。

Whatever one does, one should do it with confidence. If one has no confidence, there is little possibility that one would ever achieve anything, especially when one is faced with drawbacks or hardships. This troth seems to be self-evident. However, in reality we do see a lot of people who complain that they lack the ability to do ,something or that their difficulties are too great to be overcome,For someone, this might be true. But for many others, this only shows that they have lost heart.

Why do people often feel frustrated even though they are capable of doing some thing? There are, among others, two main reasons. First, these people do not have a correct estimate of themselves. Second, they overestimate the difficulties.

It is passible to build up faith in oneself by having the right attitude towards ones own abilities. We should never underesrimate our abilities but should believe in the proverb: "Where there is a will, there is a way." Confidence is the promise for fulfilling a task successfully.
